Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) as a form of higher education service to the community are implemented in Cibodas Village, Tangerang. The focus is to provide simple accounting bookkeeping training to small businesses, especially small stall traders in the area. The methods used involve surveys, outreach, and training using the "Cash Book" application. The results show increased understanding of financial management and use of digital cash books. The evaluation shows active participation and hope for a positive impact on the financial management capabilities of MSMEs in Cibodas Village.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sudah merambah ke bidang digital marketing bagi para pelaku usaha. Salah satu alat digital marketing adalah media sosial. Media sosial inilah yang dapat membantu bagi para pelaku usaha dalam melakukan promosi dan penjualan produk, salah satunya adalah pelaku UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi para pekalu UMKM khususnya UMKM yang ada di wilayah dasana indah bojong nagka kelapa dua, kab. Tangerang adalah penyebaran promosi masih menggunakan cara konvensional dengan cara penyebaran brosur, mengikuti bazar, membuka lapak, dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut. Hal ini menyebabkan jangkauan daerah pemasaran dan penjualan produk ruang lingkupnya kecil. Sehingga perkembangan bisnis para pelaku UMKM tidak berkembang pesat. Hal ini mempengaruhi pendapatan yang tidak meningkat, jumlah produk yang dijual tidak meningkat dan ruang lingkup wilayah pemasaran tidak luas, selain itu berpengaruh pada besarnya biaya operasional untuk promosi dan penjualan produk. Dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi pemasaran digital UMKM di wilayah dasana indah bojong nangka kelapa dua, kab. Tangerang nantinya para pelaku UMKM dapat memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat batu digital marketing sehingga cakupan wilayah promosi menjadi luas dan membantu dalam melakukan penjualan produk.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertemakan: Pemberdayaan dan Pelatihan Sosial Kepada Anak Panti Di Yayasan Baitul Yatim H. Caong. Pelaksanaan KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari minggu tanggal 26 november 2023 bertempat di Yayasan Baitul Yatim H. Caong beralamat Jl. Serdang Kulon, Kecamatan Panongan, Kabupaten Tangerang Provinsi Banten. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode daring dan metode luring yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa/i yang terdiri dari Program Studi Manajemen Bisnis, Universitas Pramita Indonesia. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat memberikan pengalaman positif, keceriaan, dan interaksi yang bermanfaat bagi anak-anak di panti asuhan, sekaligus memberikan dukungan dan kontribusi positif dari pihak mahasiswa, memberi pengalaman yang didapat baik panti maupun mahasiswa, serta melestarikan hidup yg rukun dengan memberi ilmu yg berhubungan dengan fenomena saat ini.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan motivasi berwirausaha ibu-ibu PKK melalui pelatihan pemasaran kreatif di Desa Rancagong. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan yang terdiri dari pemberian materi, sesi tanya jawab, dan pemasaran berbasis media sosial. Sedangkan instrumen evaluasi kegiatan ini menggunakan angket dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa ibu-ibu anggota PKK: mampu berinovasi dalam memasarkan secara kreatif termotivasi untuk berwirausaha sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga -mampu mengemas produk yang menarik dan aman serta mampu memasarkan produk makanan ringan melalui media sosial

Abstract

The increase in the elderly population raises concerns regarding the potential lack of understanding of chronic illnesses in this age group and their impact on quality of life. The main objective of this initiative is to provide education on a better understanding of the health issues faced by the elderly and how to manage them effectively. The study was conducted in November 2023 with 25 participants involved: 1) Preparing educational materials, 2) Providing education to elderly caregivers, and 3) Evaluating the impact of these activities through pre-and post-tests. As a result of the study, an increase in knowledge about various health problems and strategies to improve the quality of life of the elderly was observed after receiving education. As part of this activity, health status examinations were conducted, and the quality of life of elderly individuals was assessed using questionnaires. It was found that 52% of the participants reported suffering from hypertension, heart disease, or metabolic endocrine diseases. It is worth noting that the physical domain had the lowest quality-of-life score compared to other domains. In conclusion, it could be argued that community health education activities may play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life of the elderly by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage their health challenges

Abstract

Chronic pain can result from various clinical conditions and may persist for more than three months. The symptoms can range from mild to severe. While chronic pain can be associated with various diseases, its exact cause sometimes remains unclear. In 2019, data from the National Health Interview Survey in the United States indicated that approximately 1 in 5 adults experienced chronic pain, with over 7% frequently limiting their activities due to this condition. However, there is no comparable data available for Indonesia. Chronic pain restricts activities and can decrease a person’s quality of life. Various options are available for pain management, one of which is non-pharmacological therapy, including hot-cold compresses, massage and stretching techniques, music therapy, and aromatherapy. These therapies aim to improve bodily function, regulate emotions, reduce weakness, stress, and anxiety, and decrease the need for pain medication. Gout is among the most common causes of chronic pain, with a prevalence of 3.9% in the US, 2.5% in Europe, and 7.3% in Indonesia, according to Riskesdas (2018). Based on this, local citizens were provided with education about pain management. This community service activity involved educating citizens on non-pharmacological treatments for chronic pain management and offering health services to residents of Angke. The purpose was to increase knowledge about non-pharmacological treatments for managing chronic pain. This activity was conducted on April 27th, 2024, from 07.00 to 12.00 at the Dhammasavana School in the Angke sub-district area, West Jakarta. The activities proceeded smoothly and in an orderly manner. A comparison of citizens’ knowledge before and after the education revealed a 58.18% increase in knowledge, contributing to improved welfare among the local residents.

Abstract

The development of economic management demonstrates a greater awareness of the relationship between consumer behavioral intentions and service excellence. Businesses can provide better customer service and boost positive word-of-mouth and economic performance by implementing a customer-centric approach and utilizing contemporary technologies. The impact of service quality on the intents of conduct in economic management has become an interesting research focus. Based on several research results conducted, there are several findings that can provide insight into the connection between behavioral intentions and service excellence. Good service quality is key to creating and maintaining positive behavioral intentions among customers. By understanding and managing the dimensions of service quality, companies can increase long-term success is influenced by a number of factors, including favorable word-of-mouth, client happiness, and loyalty in economic management.

Abstract

Patient loyalty is one of the most important factors in drug therapy to achieve successful disease treatment. We conducted a literature review to examine the relationship between drug information services and chronic patient loyalty in pharmacies. The method used was a systematic examination of related studies and articles, using a qualitative approach. The first screening included 50 articles and excluded 9 articles, the second screening excluded 30 articles, and the final articles used in this review were 11 articles. The results showed that drug information services had a positive effect on patient loyalty through the mediation of patient satisfaction. The factors that influence drug information services include the type of drug information, competence of the pharmacist, interpersonal communication, and service time. The factors that influence patient loyalty include trust, commitment, customer value, and switching costs. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan dalam mendukung penerapan efisiensi anggaran sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Instruksi Presiden (INPRES) No. 1 Tahun 2025 di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada tuntutan reformasi birokrasi dan pengelolaan anggaran yang efisien, transparan, serta akuntabel. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pegawai dan pimpinan di lingkungan BPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki peran signifikan dalam mendorong efektivitas pelaksanaan efisiensi anggaran, terutama melalui peningkatan partisipasi pegawai, komunikasi yang terbuka, serta keteladanan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kendati demikian, tantangan dalam aspek budaya organisasi dan resistensi terhadap perubahan masih menjadi hambatan dalam implementasi kebijakan anggaran yang efisien. Selain itu, pemimpin yang efektif tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengarah, tetapi juga sebagai motivator dan inspirator bagi timnya sebagaimana yang dilakukan di BPS Sumatera Barat. Dengan menciptakan visi yang jelas dan menetapkan tujuan yang terukur, pemimpin dapat mendorong tim untuk bekerja lebih keras dalam mencapai efisiensi yang baik.

Abstract

Background: Obesity is influenced by genetic factors, lifestyle, and environmental factors. This increase in obesity gives rise to various chronic disease problems.Objectives: This study aimed to identify genetic variations of Vitamin D receptors and determine the relationship to obesity in terms of body mass index and body fat percentage in the working group.Methods: This study is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional research design approach in the Jembatan Dua area, Angke sub-district, West Jakarta. The research instrument used was a questionnaire to obtain characteristic data, as well as an examination of VDR gene variations rs1544410, rs2228570, rs7975232, and PCR examination to obtain data on gene variation.Results: The results obtained are as follows: the average age of subjects was 42.24, with 58.1% females. A total of 39 (69.1%) are Javanese. Thirty-one (50%) subjects were included in the category of obesity (BMI> 25), and 41 (66.1%) subjects were obese category based on the body fat percentage. The results of bivariate analysis obtained SNP VDR FoxI gene obtained a significant relationship with body mass index with a p-value of 0.047, while the VDR BsmI gene obtained a statistically meaningful relationship with body fat percentage with a p-value of 0.043.Conclusion: FoxI and BsmI VDR polymorphisms are associated with body mass index and body fat percentage.
