Abstract

Desa kedungboto merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di kecamatan Porong, kabupaten Sidoarjo. Desa ini merupakan sebuah desa yang memiliki banyak pengusaha UMKM (Usaha Mikro, kecil, dan Menengah), akan tetapi banyak yang masih stagnan dengan hanya mengandalkan pola promosi dari mulut ke mulut WOM (Wouth Of Mouth). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dengan melatar belakangi sebuah keinginan agar seluruh usaha yang ada dalam desa kedungboto dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat luas dan menjadikan media sosial tersebut sebagai ikon desa kedungboto sehingga dapat meningkatkan brand image desa kedungboto. Metode yang digunakan memiliki tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan awal yang di isi dengan kegiatan mulai dari pembuatan flayer dan beberapa akun media sosial, tahap pelaksanaan diisi dengan kegiatan pemaparan dan kegiatan foto produk, dan yang terakhir tahap evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan terhadap UMKM desa kedungboto, dapat dijelaskan terkait kegiatan rebranding yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan dengan memanfaatkan sosial media Facebook, Instagram, dan TikTok serta menyertakan publikasi ke media berita memperoleh hasil yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

As awareness of the importance of mental health increases, social media platforms such as Instagram have become effective channels for spreading information and providing mental health support. One account that stands out in providing mental health services on Instagram is @APDCIndonesia. This study aims to analyze the content of mental health campaigns posted by @APDCIndonesia account at certain periods. This study uses Social Media theory as an analytical framework to gain in-depth knowledge about the content of mental health campaigns posted by the Instagram account @APDCIndonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with an emphasis on literature research. The analysis process includes observing the content campaign strategy, the content presented, and the selection of content that is considered representative to be analyized. The data analysis technique used refers to the Miles and Huberman models. Based on the results, researchers found that the @APDCIndonesia Instagram account has successfully utilized social media to reach a wide and diverse audiences, increasing awareness and support for mental health, showing that with the right strategy, social media can be a very effective tool in mental health campaigns.

Abstract

This study aims to examine audience perceptions of the "Login" program broadcast on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel as a medium for da'wah and education. The study employs the S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-Response) theory, which explores the perception process through three main stages: sensation, attention, and response. The findings indicate that the "Login" program consistently captures the audience's attention, as evidenced by the high frequency and duration of viewing. The program is able to meet the audience's need for information and entertainment, which in turn enhances their level of attention. Respondents also reported that the show not only entertains but also provides new insights and influences their views on the topics discussed. Overall, the "Login" program successfully shapes strong perceptions among viewers through the S-O-R process, where the stimulus from the show effectively captures attention and influences audience responses, both emotionally and cognitively. This suggests that the "Login" program can function effectively as a medium for conveying messages of da'wah and education

Abstract

Brand yang sadar akan lingkungan semakin penting di era saat ini, dimana konsumen semakin sadar terhadap lingkungan dan mendukung brand yang menunjukkan komitmen terhadap keberlanjutan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan citra brand Dellcart dengan mengadopsi penggunaan kemasan ramah lingkungan. Penulis menjelaskan bahwa brand Dellcart ini memiliki peluang untuk meningkatkan citra mereka dengan mengadopsi kemasan ramah lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan tahap identifikasi kebutuhan dan masalah dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada pemilik brand, edukasi mengenai kemasan ramah lingkungan kepada pemilik brand, survei supplier kemasan ramah lingkungan, perancangan desain dan pengadaan barang, serta diakhiri dengan evaluasi proses dan hasil. Brand Dellcart telah berhasil mengadopsi strategi pengemasan yang berkelanjutan dengan mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari produk mereka. Hal ini juga diiringi dengan pembuktian respon positif dari para pelanggan yang sangat mendukung inovasi kemasan ramah lingkungan yang diterapkan pada produk Dellcart. Kegiatan inovasi ini menciptakan keunggulan baru dalam citra brand dengan menyampaikan pesan yang jelas tentang dukungan Dellcart terhadap perlindungan lingkungan.

Abstract

Purpose: The use of social media can also help complete work, especially advancing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Sidoarjo area. This community service activity is carried out to promote local products and also increase the knowledge and skills of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) so that they are able to increase product sales and marketing using social media platforms, especially Instagram accounts. Methodology: This activity goes through three stages: observation carried out with discussion, preparation carried out by providing materials, and implementation carried out with assistance with product photos and social media management. Results: The result of this service is to provide benefits and knowledge regarding the importance of social media and product photos in increasing sales for MSMEs. Applications/Originality/Value: What was obtained after carrying out this activity was that Kupang Jaya MSMEs and Sustainable Kitchens had catalog photos and social media as a forum for promoting sales.

Abstract

Community service activities at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi aim to address the challenges teachers face in designing creative and engaging learning media. The program includes an introduction to the Canva application, providing teachers with opportunities to create learning media projects, as well as offering guidance and evaluation. As a result, seven teachers successfully gained new knowledge and skills in using Canva, which enhanced their creativity in designing affective and visually appealing learning media. This activity made a positive contribution to the development of teachers’ competencies and enriched students’ learning experiences.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti efektivitas strategi komunikasi korporat dalam menyebarkan prinsip 5C—Komunitas, Negara, Iklim, Pelanggan, dan Perusahaan—menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Riset berfokus pada entitas korporat yang menggunakan sampling purposif untuk mengkaji dampak dari komunikasinya. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa komitmen perusahaan terhadap kesejahteraan komunitas mencakup penciptaan lapangan kerja bagi lokal dan inisiatif CSR yang substansial. Secara nasional, kepatuhan terhadap undang-undang pajak dan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan ekonomi mendefinisikan dedikasinya terhadap negara. Upaya perlindungan iklim dibuktikan dengan kepatuhan terhadap standar lingkungan dalam transportasi dan praktik hemat energi dalam operasi kantor. Hubungan pelanggan diperkuat melalui penetapan harga yang transparan dan penyelesaian masalah secara efisien, meningkatkan kepuasan secara keseluruhan. Secara internal, perusahaan menumbuhkan keterlibatan dan kepemilikan karyawan, secara signifikan meningkatkan moral tempat kerja. Implikasi dari temuan ini menegaskan peran penting strategi komunikasi terintegrasi dalam memajukan praktik bisnis berkelanjutan yang menguntungkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis semiotik Ferdinand De Saussure untuk menginterpretasi konsep kerinduan dalam lirik lagu "Ayah" oleh Seventeen. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif interpretatif, metode penelitian ini menganalisis studi dokumen untuk mengekstrak informasi relevan dari berbagai sumber. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa lirik lagu tersebut menggambarkan sosok ayah sebagai figur penting yang memberikan perlindungan, dukungan, dan bimbingan, yang sangat dirindukan ketika ia tidak ada. Stanza pertama menekankan peran ayah sebagai pelindung dan pendidik yang tak tergantikan, stanza kedua sebagai sumber kebahagiaan dan contoh teladan, dan stanza ketiga menyoroti dampak abadi ajaran ayah serta kerinduan mendalam yang dirasakan oleh anak. Penggunaan frasa tertentu dalam stanza ketiga secara menyentuh menyampaikan rasa kehilangan dan kerinduan ini. Implikasi dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa representasi semiotik figur ayah dalam musik dapat berdampak mendalam pada pendengar dengan menggema pengalaman pribadi mereka tentang kehilangan dan kenangan.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine how the PRSA (Public Relations Society of America) Code of Ethics principles are represented in the film Air (2023), which depicts the communication strategies between Nike and Michael Jordan in establishing brand image. Method: Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through detailed scene observation and supporting theoretical documentation. The analysis employed stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion to identify ethical values embedded in character interactions and narrative development. Results: The findings indicate that the six PRSA principles—advocacy, honesty, expertise, independence, loyalty, and fairness—are consistently reflected in the film, particularly through the communication strategies and decision-making processes of Sonny Vaccaro and Deloris Jordan. These portrayals illustrate the role of ethics in fostering credibility, building reputation, and maintaining public trust within professional Public Relations practice. Novelty: This research contributes to the intersection of media studies and public relations ethics by demonstrating how cinematic narratives can serve as a medium to analyze and contextualize ethical practices, offering insights for both academic discourse and professional application in the communication field.
