Abstract

This PKM aims to overcome the problems of the State High School (SMK) 2 Lumajang in the management and utilization of the website in the KBM and information process. The problems encountered by the State High School (SMK) 2 Lumajang include (1) Information technology that is already widely available in schools has not been utilized optimally as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information, (2) The ability of teachers / website admins who are still minimal in utilizing information technology as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information,  (3) The web is a media that is currently popular among the younger generation and has facilities that can be used as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information, (4) The demands of the times that have been increasingly advanced in information technology. The solutions offered are (1) Providing skills and abilities to create and manage websites as a supporting medium for the teaching and learning process and school information (2) Information technology in this case the Internet network available in schools can be utilized optimally as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information; (3) Develop Training Modules (4) Partner assistance (4) Website Creation Simulation and its management. The external target to be achieved is skills in the use of information technology for teachers and school web admins by creating and managing a website as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information and improving the ability of teachers to utilize information technology to create and manage teacher websites and school websites.

Abstract

Judul tugas akhir ini adalah “Kualitas Pelayanan Bartender di The Lounge Four points Hotel by Sheraton Surabaya”. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan bartender di The Lounge Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Surabaya. Rumusan masalah tugas akhir ini adalah “bagaimana kualitas pelayanan bartender dalam mengoptimalkan pelayanan di The Lounge Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Surabaya” dapat memuaskan dari segi pelayanan, kenyamanan dan presentasi yang menarik. Dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Teknik Analisa Deskriptif. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini yaitu kualitas pelayanan bar-tender di The Lounge Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Surabaya adalah sangat memuaskan.

Abstract

Laporan Tugas Akhir ini berjudul Kualitas Pelayanan Pramusaji Saat Theme Night Dinner Pada The Square Restaurant Di Novotel Bali Nusa Dua Hotel & Residence. Tujuan penulisan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pramusaji saat Theme Night Dinner di The Square Restaurant Novotel Bali Nusa Dua. Dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Teknik Analisa Deskriptif. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa Theme Night Dinner merupakan pelayanan makan malam yang dilaksanakan di The Square Restaurant Novotel Bali Nusa Dua dengan menyajikan aneka ragam menu yang menggunakan buffet service; Persepsi tamu terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pramusaji Theme Night Dinner di The Square Restaurant adalah Baik.

Abstract

Laporan Tugas Akhir yang berjudul “Peranan Divisi Pastry & Bakery Dalam Menangani Breakfast Di Novotel Bali Nusa Dua Hotel & Residence”. Yang melatar belakangi penulisan ini adalah cara divisi pastry & bakery dalam menangani Breakfast oleh divisi pastry & bakery di Novotel Bali Nusa Dua Hotel & Residence. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan divisi pastry & bakery dalam menangani breakfast di Square Restoran Novotel Bali Nusa Dua Hotel & Residence. Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang di peroleh selanjutnya di analisis menggunakan Teknik analisis Deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada saat low season dan high season peranan divisi pastry & bakery dapat menangani breakfast dengan baik dan optimal.

Abstract

In carrying out the task of selecting learning media, teachers must be able to determine the right type of media so that learning objectives are achieved effectively. Several factors that need to be considered in selecting learning media include: learning objectives, materials to be taught, student characteristics, appropriate types of media, the environment where students learn, and the availability of resources. Mastery of Information Technology in education is very necessary in accordance with the times, because teachers' ability to master information technology will affect the teaching and learning process for both teachers and students. However, there are still various factors that cause low mastery of information technology among teachers. Some teachers think that using learning media such as PowerPoint actually complicates their work. The target results of this community service activity are to improve the ability of elementary school teachers to present interesting presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint media. Participants consisting of elementary school teachers in the SDN 1 Sempusari Jember environment are expected to have additional insight and skills around Microsoft Power Point. The results of this activity show an increase in teachers' understanding and skills in using Microsoft PowerPoint. Through lecture methods, discussions, and question and answer sessions, participants are actively involved and are able to overcome various challenges faced in using this media. Overall, this activity has succeeded in improving teacher competence in utilizing technology to support the learning process

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced digital era, the Internet of Things (IoT) has become a key element in industrial transformation, especially in supply chain management information systems. This study aims to explore the implementation of IoT in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain in the manufacturing sector. Using a literature review approach, this study identifies various IoT applications, such as sensor networks, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, and cloud computing that have made significant contributions to real-time data collection, asset tracking, and inventory management. The results of the study indicate that IoT implementation not only improves operational efficiency but also strengthens the competitiveness of companies through automation and artificial intelligence-based data analysis. IoT has been proven to optimize production processes, improve supply chain visibility, and reduce operational costs. However, challenges such as device interoperability, cybersecurity, and resistance to technological change are still major barriers to IoT adoption. This study also highlights the importance of collaboration between IoT solution providers, technology experts, and policy makers to create an ecosystem that supports innovation. The right implementation strategy, accompanied by comprehensive workforce training and a collaborative approach, are needed to maximize the potential of IoT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang Stress Kerja: Analisis Anteseden Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Karyawan Hotel Di Jember. Sehingga melalui penelitian ini dapat memberikan sumbangan pemikiran kepada asosiasi persatuan hotel dan restoran Jember dan lebih khusus kepada pelaku usaha jasa perhotelan sebagai acuan dalam mengambil kebijakan dalam menyusun strategi penanganan stress kerja sebagai faktor pengaruhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis anteseden stres kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan karyawan hotel di Jember. Data dianalisis dengan regrasi linear berganda dengan uji parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Stressor Ekstraorganisasi, variabel Stressor organisasi, variabel Stressor Kelompok mempunyai pengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Kualitas pelayanan, sedangkan variabel stressor individu mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas pelayanan, secara simultan atau bersama-sama variabel Stressor Ekstraorganisasi, Stressor organisasi, Stressor Kelompok, stressor individu mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kualitas pelayananhotel di Jember

Abstract

Community-based homestay management is one of the strategies in supporting the development of sustainable tourism and based on the local economy. However, there are still many homestay managers who face various obstacles, such as a lack of understanding of service standards, limitations in digital marketing, and a lack of implementation of sustainability concepts. This community capacity building program in homestay management aims to improve servicequality, digital marketing strategies, and environmentally friendly practices in homestay management in Sidomulyo Village, Jember Regency. The method used in this program is the Participatory Action Research approach. The results of this program show that after the training, 80% of tourists feel more satisfied with the homestay service, while 90% of managers start actively marketing their homestays through social media and online platforms. In addition, the concept of sustainability is on the rise, with 70% of homestay managers starting to implement waste sorting systems and reduce the use of single-use plastics. Despite this, the program still faces a number of challenges, such as limited funds for facility renovations, lack of ongoing assistance in digital marketing, and lack of cooperation with travel agents and tour operators.

Abstract

Kabupaten Jember terdiri dari 248 Desa. Keberadaan Desa-Desa memiliki potensi daya tarik wisataseperti alam, budaya, kuliner dan ekonomi kreatif, namun sebagian besar Desa belum memanfaatkannya sebagai objek wisata. Oleh sebab itu, masyarakat memegang peran penting dalam memanfaatkan dan mengelola daya tarik wisata, salah satu kelembagaan ditingkat Desa yang bergerak dalam wisata adalah kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis), yang berperan sebagai motivator, penggerak serta komunikator dalam upaya meningkatkan kesiapan dan kepedulian masyarakat disekitar daya tarik wisata. Kegiatan pelatihan yang ditujukkan untuk Pokdarwis Desa Wisata Sidomulyo Kecamatan Silo Kabupaten Jember dalam rangka penguatan pengetahuan mengenai Tata Kelola Objek Pariwisata. Metode pelatihan menggunakan ceramah, Curah Pendapat dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan pokdarwis memiliki pengetahuan dan mampu mengimplementasikannya di desa.
