<![CDATA[This service is designed with the aim of providing training in managing Islamic boarding school organizations to the administrators of the Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang Islamic Boarding School. As an Islamic educational institution, Islamic boarding schools play a crucial role in shaping the character of students and providing holistic education. To ensure sustainability and sustainable development, effective and efficient management is needed. Through this training, it is hoped that administrators at the Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang Islamic Boarding School can develop their managerial skills, understand and implement best practices in managing Islamic boarding schools. Mastery of modern management concepts, strategic planning, human resource management and Islamic boarding school finances is the focus in improving organizational governance. In this way, it is hoped that Islamic boarding schools can provide the best service to students, achieve better educational and da'wah goals, and strengthen their organizational foundations to support long-term development. Overall, it is hoped that this training will make a positive contribution in advancing Islamic boarding schools as quality and competitive Islamic educational institutions.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to explore and analyze the impact of implementing integrated quality management (TQM) in improving the quality of learning at MTS Al Hidayah. The community service method is used as the main approach, with a focus on designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for teachers and school staff. This approach includes an initial evaluation to identify madrasah needs, designing training programs that are appropriate to the local context, as well as ongoing implementation and monitoring. The research results show that TQM training is effective in improving teacher teaching competence, encouraging the use of formative evaluation, and strengthening transformational leadership in madrasas. Ongoing evaluations show improvements in the physical infrastructure and collaborative school culture. This research contributes to the literature on the implementation of TQM in the context of madrasah education, with practical implications for the development of sustainable educational policies and strategies]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the local content of madrasa education implemented at SMPN 5 Jombang and analyze its implications for improving students' Islamic Education (PAI) skills. This qualitative research with a case study design involves the principal, teachers, and 60 students from grades 4-6 as subjects. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires. The results showed that SMPN 5 Jombang had integrated five madrasa subjects as local content in its curriculum. Management of local content looks mature and structured. The impact on improving PAI skills of students is very positive, as indicated by an increase in the average value of PAI, improved religious behavior and discipline of student worship. However, several obstacles were also found such as limited learning hours and the methodological competence of teachers that needed to be improved. With proper mitigation, the integration of madrasa local content has the potential to improve the quality of learning and PAI skills of elementary school students, as long as the planning and management are carried out in a structured and systematic manner]]>

<![CDATA[This service aims to provide marketing management training to marketing team students at STIT Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang to improve performance in promoting the campus. In the increasingly developing digital era, campus marketing requires the right strategy to reach a wider and more effective audience. This training focuses on increasing students' understanding of basic marketing concepts, the use of social media for promotions, as well as market analysis techniques and effective communication. This training was carried out through a participatory approach involving 20 students as active participants. The method used in this service consists of several stages, namely needs assessment, theoretical training, practicum and simulation, evaluation and feedback. Based on the evaluation results, this training was proven to be able to improve the marketing team's skills in designing and implementing more professional and creative marketing strategies, as well as having a positive impact on achieving campus marketing goals]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to strengthen the Islamic character of tahfiz students through an intensive guidance programme based on Indonesia-Malaysia collaboration in Darul Falah Selangor. Islamic character education is a fundamental foundation in shaping a generation of quality huffaz, yet the challenge of integrating Quranic values into daily behaviour remains a major issue. This community service programme used a participatory action research approach involving 45 tahfiz students for six months. The implementation method included three stages: preparation with needs assessment, implementation of an intensive mentorship programme for four months, and ongoing evaluation. Results showed significant improvements on three dimensions of Islamic character: akhlaq towards Allah (89% increase in sunnah worship and 82% in recitation quality), akhlaq towards fellow humans (78% decrease in conflict and 85% increase in communication skills), and akhlaq towards the environment through the green pesantren initiative. The programme succeeded in increasing motivation to memorise by 91% with a 65% decrease in recitation errors and a 78% increase in memorisation fluency. An Indonesia-Malaysia collaboration resulted in an innovative mentoring model that combines local pesantren wisdom with modern technology. This programme proved to be effective in producing a generation of huffaz who excel in memorisation while having a strong Islamic character.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the implementation of administrative management in improving administrative services at MTs N 15 Jombang and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The research uses qualitative methods with descriptive design. Data was collected through structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and verification techniques. The research results show that administrative management is carried out through planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up which involves assigning tasks according to expertise and improving performance through communication and motivation. Supporting factors include appropriate assignment of tasks and a harmonious work environment while inhibiting factors include a mismatch between tasks and skills and a less professional attitude.]]>
