Abstract

The quality of service in higher education institutions is very important because it can affect student satisfaction, learning outcomes, and the reputation of the institution. Therefore, higher education institutions must continuously strive to improve the quality of the services they provide. This research aims to build an empirical model of service quality for educational institutions by looking for variables that influence strengthening service quality based on data and information from sources. This research uses qualitative methods through an interview and observation process with study program staff at the Indonesian Defense University Education Institute in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. In this research, it was found that the dominant variables that influence the quality of teaching staff services are (1) organizational climate, (2) training effectiveness, (3) job satisfaction, (4) professionalism, (5) empowerment of educators, (6) motivational work, and (7) professional commitment. Therefore, improving the quality of educational institutions is important and must be a main concern for institutions.

Abstract

This study focuses on evaluating the medical records at RS TK II Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa, Jakarta, in line with the standards set by the Komite Akreditasi Rumah Sakit (KARS). The evaluation aims to measure the quality of the hospital's medical record system, a critical aspect of hospital operations that impacts patient care and administrative efficiency. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to assess the medical records against KARS standards. Key findings indicate that while the hospital meets basic compliance requirements, there are significant areas for improvement, particularly in the completeness and accuracy of records. Recommendations include the implementation of enhanced training programs for staff, regular audits, and the adoption of advanced electronic medical record systems. The study highlights the importance of adhering to established standards to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery and suggests that continuous improvement in medical record management is essential for achieving accreditation and improving overall patient outcomes.

Abstract

This study investigates the feasibility of transforming RSIA Buah Hati Ciputat into RSU Buah Hati Ciputat, a Type C general hospital. The expansion is driven by the growing healthcare demands in Tangerang Selatan, where population growth and urban development have led to an increasing need for comprehensive medical services. The study evaluates both external factors, such as demographic trends, economic conditions, and regulatory requirements, and internal factors, including the hospital’s current facilities, human resources, and financial status. A mixed-methods approach is employed, combining quantitative data analysis and qualitative insights. Financial analysis is conducted to determine the investment requirements, projected revenue streams, and cost structures, while SWOT analysis is utilized to assess the hospital's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The findings indicate that the expansion is financially viable and strategically advantageous, with strong potential to improve healthcare access and quality in the region. Key recommendations include investing in infrastructure upgrades, enhancing human resources, and securing adequate funding to support the expansion. The study concludes that transforming RSIA Buah Hati into a general hospital is a feasible project that aligns with the healthcare needs of the local community and provides significant opportunities for growth and development.

Abstract

The study titled "Marketing Strategy for Air Force Central Hospital Dr. Suhardi Hardjolukito Yogyakarta: A SWOT Analysis" aimed to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy framework for the hospital management to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction. Utilizing primary and secondary data sources through interviews, questionnaires, and literature review, the SWOT analysis identified the hospital's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, leading to strategic recommendations. The study concluded that with effective marketing strategies, such as competitive pricing, strategic communication, and service excellence, the hospital could significantly improve its market position and patient intake.

Abstract

Amidst the competition between companies today, creating a competitive advantage is an absolute thing that organizations must fulfill. One way to create excellence is to have employees with the skills, knowledge, and competencies that meet your organization’s needs. Human Resources (HR) is one of the resources that play an important role in achieving the goals of an organization. While an organization has sufficient physical capital or the latest technology, people will still manage and nurture the implementation. The study uses quantitative methods to analyze the extent to which talent management impacts career development in HR organizations. A private university in LLDikti Region VI has shown a partial and simultaneous positive and significant influence on aptitude management, knowledge management, and job evaluation in employee career development. The existence of good talent management in the organization is expected to increase the potential talents within the organization to occupy crucial positions in developing the organization in a better direction
