Abstract

This article discusses ice breaking in creating a fun learning perspective on neuroscience and learning psychology. This research is a field research on empirical experiences at the basic education level. The habit of using ice breaking at MI Muhamadiyah 1 Ponorogo has been going on for a long time, it has been held in all classes and at all levels, the results have a significant impact on improving the learning process and results. This article explains the various types of ice breaking that are used, that from a neuroscience perspective, ice breaking makes students' brains fresh, so that the brain will concentrate and will easily absorb information in the learning process. While in the perspective of learning psychology, ice breaking in the learning process will make students not feel bored in learning, can increase learning motivation and make students active and creative in the learning process. A conducive and pleasant climate makes everything that students learn easier and more fun for students.

Abstract

Abstract The indifferent attitude of elementary school age children towards the surrounding environment due to their tendency to play gadgets and online games requires efforts to cultivate environmentally caring characters by utilizing waste management programs from an economic and educational perspective. This program aims to overcome the problems of target partners, namely: diverting non-productive activities into positive and productive activities by honing children's sensitivity to the surrounding environment; as well as increasing the work ethic and enthusiasm for learning of 30 children who are members of the waste soldiers. The method used in this program is empowering the target community through intensive assistance in the form of work ethic development and tutoring through study houses and literacy corners. Work ethic development is carried out through instilling the values ​​of discipline and a culture of hard work through class explanations and socialization. Meanwhile, increasing the target partner's enthusiasm for learning is carried out through guidance and additional lessons at home. Coaching and learning activities are guided by coaching and learning modules that have been previously designed by the service team. Keywords: Character, Environment, Garbage, Early Age. Abstrak Sikap acuh anak usia sekolah dasar terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya yang disebabkan kecenderungan bermain gadget dan game online memerlukan usaha dalam penanaman karakter peduli lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan program pengelolaan sampah perspektif ekonomi dan edukasi. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra sasaran, yakni: mengalihkan kegiatan non produktif menjadi kegiatan positif dan produktif dengan mengasah sensitifitas anak terhadap lingkungan sekitar; serta meningkatkan etos kerja dan semangat belajar 30 anak yang tergabung dalam prajurit sampah. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam program ini adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat sasaran melalui pendampingan intensif dalam bentuk pembinaan etos kerja dan bimbingan belajar melalui rumah belajar serta pojok literasi. Pembinaan etos kerja dilakukan melalui penanaman nilai-nilai disiplin dan budaya kerja keras melalui penjelasan dan sosialisasi kelas. Sedangkan peningkatan semangat belajar mitra sasaran dilakukan melalui bimbingan dan tambahan pelajaran di rumah belajar yang dikondisikan. Kegiatan pembinaan dan pembelajaran dipandu dengan modul pembinaan dan pembelajaran yang telah didesain sebelumnya oleh tim pengabdian. Kata Kunci: Karakter, Lingkungan, Sampah, Usia dini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis aspek struktural dan psikologi cerpen Kompas “Dua Wajah Ibu” Karya Guntur Alam tahun 2012, juga pendidikan akhlak. Konsep dalam psikologi menggunakan teori sastra yaitu psikoanalisis Sigmun Freud. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research. Objek kajian berupa teks cerpen Kompas yang berjudul “Dua Wajah Ibu” karya Guntur Alam tahun 2012. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) aspek struktural meliputi a) penokohan yang menggunakan teknik analitik dan dramatik, b) alur yang digunakan adalah konvensional, c) latarnya meliputi latar tempat yaitu Tanah Abang, rumah kontrakan, sumur pompa air, rumah berdinding batu setengah triplek, kontrakan Kurti dan terminal Bus Kampung Rambutan, sedangkan latar waktu pada petang, subuh, siang dan malam serta hari-hari setelahnya, d) sudut pandang yang digunakan adalah sudut pandang orang ketiga “perempuan tua”.2) Aspek psikologi struktur kepribadian dalam cerpen tersebut terdiri dari tiga unsur yaitu id, ego dan super ego. Ketiga unsur ini sangat memengaruhi akhlak manusia.. 3) Cerpen tersebut menyajikan Pelakonan  dan Peniruan yang sarat dengan nilai akhlak  yang diperlukan dalam pendidikan akhlak manusia sehingga cerpen atau karya sastra dapat dijadikan media efektif dalam pendidikan akhlak untuk semua usia.

Abstract

This study examines the character education model by Eduwisata Ndalem Kerto Ponorogo through outing class activities. It examines the level of success in instilling various characters developed in Indonesia for early childhood. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative field research type. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation related to the early childhood character education model, interviews with managers, teachers and students during outing classes and documentation of outing class activities. Data analysis is done by organizing, interpreting, presenting data narratively, and drawing conclusions. The study results revealed that the early childhood character education model through outing classes at Eduwisata Dalem Kerto includes gardening activities, learning fun, interaction with livestock, and cooking fun. This outing class activity is designed for 2 hours and is guided directly by the instructor from beginning to end. The results of the character education model through outing classes effectively instil various early childhood characters from characters developed in Indonesia. It should be noted that this study is still limited to the early childhood character education model using outing classes in eduwisata. The findings of this study provide originality in the form of a character education model for early childhood through outing classes in the form of gardening, learning fun, cooking fun and livestock edu-tourism that can be used as a fun and meaningful early childhood education model. These findings provide many contributions to the enrichment of character education models, specifically character education for early childhood which is rich in stimulation that develops the character and intelligence of early childhood.

Abstract

This research explores an innovative model of Islamic character building for children with special needs at MI Muhammadiyah 2 Ponorogo, particularly those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The study is motivated by the urgent need to develop inclusive Islamic education that not only provides access but also ensures meaningful participation and spiritual growth for neurodiverse learners. Using a qualitative case study approach, the data were obtained through in-depth interviews with teachers, school leaders, and parents, participant and non-participant observations of daily religious activities, as well as documentation of school programs. Data analysis was conducted through the Miles and Huberman model involving data reduction, data display, verification, and triangulation to ensure validity and credibility. The findings indicate that Islamic character formation is effectively carried out through consistent religious habituation, including congregational prayers, Qur’an recitation, memorization of short surahs, and daily prayer practices. These activities are strengthened by differentiated teaching strategies that adapt to the cognitive and behavioral characteristics of students with ASD and ADHD. The research highlights the central role of teachers as role models, the influence of a supportive school culture, and the involvement of families as critical supporting factors. Nevertheless, the study also identifies several challenges, such as limited teacher competence in inclusive religious pedagogy and difficulties in managing diverse behavioral responses of students.This study contributes both theoretically and practically to the discourse of inclusive Islamic education by presenting a holistic and humanistic model that integrates spiritual values, moral exemplification, and adaptive pedagogical practices. The model not only emphasizes religious habituation but also encourages empathy, patience, and collaboration among educators, parents, and peers. Therefore, the findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, Islamic educators, and inclusive schools in designing and implementing religious character education that is equitable, contextual, and transformative. Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of the application of 5R culture in improving the quality of learning at MI Muhamadiyah Kasihan 1 Tegalombo Pacitan. This study uses a field research method with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach with observation, documentation and structured interview techniques. Data analysis used in this study is an analysis technique by reducing data, presenting data and verifying or concluding. The results of this study indicate that the application of 5R culture in improving the quality of learning includes: 1) Classroom management planning that is systematically arranged and prepared by paying attention to stages, procedures, factors and fulfillment of learning facility needs. 2) Implementation of class management by providing and arranging adequate learning facilities, realizing a comfortable classroom design, arranging facilities and learning resources concisely, neat application by educators and students and neat in placing items, as well as consistently well-maintained cleanliness. 3) Evaluation of class management by providing assessment notes on the implementation, monitoring, supervision and improvement of the achieved achievements. In this case specifically in the application of classroom design, neat living, cleanliness of the classroom and environment, and consistency in managing the class in improving the quality of this madrasah.

Abstract

Tawhid is the initial foundation for a Muslim in his life in the world and in the afterlife. Of course this must be instilled in every Muslim since he was born into the world. Therefore, in addition to formal learning. Education of monotheism in madrasah diniyah muhamadiyah Siman Ponorogo panceran seek through the preliminary prayer time and recite after maghrib and dawn.The objectives of the research are (1) To know the implementation of tauhid education in children in Madrasah Diniyah Muhammadiyah Pijeran Siman Ponorogo, (2) To know monitoring and evaluation of tauhid education in children In Madrasah Diniyah Muhammadiyah Pijeran, Siman, Ponorogo.The approach of this research is qualitative. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive analysis technique, with data reduction flow, display data, and the conclusion of verification, and the thinking model used is inductive.Based on the discussion that has been done previous chapters on Implementation of tauhid education in Madrasah Diniyah Muhammadiyah Pijeran can be drawn conclusion:(1) Implementation of tauhid education applied in Madrasah Diniyah. Muhammadiyah Pijeran is as follows: With the method of memorizing asmaul husna with kinestetik memorize the body movements, hands, feet, natural tadabur that is by inviting students to study in the free to contemplate the creation of Allah SWT. The result of the two methods above is the change of character on the students / santriwati, the prayer becomes more orderly and the students / santriwati increasingly believe in the existence of God so that increasingly its faith. (2) Monitoring and evaluation of education at Madrasah Diniyah Muhammadiyah Pijeran monitoring students by giving control card of prayer and control card to discipline santri then evaluation of tauhid education with periodic system ie uts and uas by inserting tawhid materials in all lessons as for evaluation form can be in the form of written exam and oral examination

Abstract

Allah SWT created the universe, including the Earth with all its contents such as plants and animals, long before the existence of humans. Therefore, humans have an obligation to love and preserve the environment so that it functions according to its nature for the welfare of all. One effort to preserve the environment is manifested through the Adiwiyata program in schools, which aims to build students' character. This study focuses on MAN 1 Ponorogo, a nationally acclaimed madrasah participating in the Adiwiyata program. The goal is to understand the implementation of the program and its role in shaping students' morals. Using qualitative methods through interviews, observations, and documentation, this study shows significant results. The implementation of the Adiwiyata program at MAN 1 Ponorogo successfully encourages students' creativity in waste management, energy and water conservation, as well as the utilization of organic products. More importantly, this program has been proven to be highly influential in shaping students' character. From being previously indifferent, students have become more responsible, independent, and highly aware of the importance of protecting and saving the environment.
