Abstract

This study examines the character education model by Eduwisata Ndalem Kerto Ponorogo through outing class activities. It examines the level of success in instilling various characters developed in Indonesia for early childhood. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative field research type. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation related to the early childhood character education model, interviews with managers, teachers and students during outing classes and documentation of outing class activities. Data analysis is done by organizing, interpreting, presenting data narratively, and drawing conclusions. The study results revealed that the early childhood character education model through outing classes at Eduwisata Dalem Kerto includes gardening activities, learning fun, interaction with livestock, and cooking fun. This outing class activity is designed for 2 hours and is guided directly by the instructor from beginning to end. The results of the character education model through outing classes effectively instil various early childhood characters from characters developed in Indonesia. It should be noted that this study is still limited to the early childhood character education model using outing classes in eduwisata. The findings of this study provide originality in the form of a character education model for early childhood through outing classes in the form of gardening, learning fun, cooking fun and livestock edu-tourism that can be used as a fun and meaningful early childhood education model. These findings provide many contributions to the enrichment of character education models, specifically character education for early childhood which is rich in stimulation that develops the character and intelligence of early childhood.

Abstract

Islamic Education Management is education that aims at and develops an Islamic society, so that it can benefit other people. Islamic Education Management Based on Salaf_Modern Integration which is implemented at the Darul Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School is an integration of Salaf and Modern Education Management. The research was conducted with the aim of finding out the Implementation of Islamic Education Management Based on Salaf-Modern Integration. This research method uses qualitative research methods. Judging from the location of this research, it is a type of field research. This research is based on data collected directly from the field which aims to systematically describe the facts found in the research. Field research is intended to obtain data related to the discussion in this thesis. The researchers' findings after conducting initial observations at the Darul Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School found several things as follows: Firstly, curriculum planning at the Islamic boarding school was carried out by the Islamic boarding school itself with 3 stages, namely planning by the principal or director of education levels, then reporting to the Foundation section and discussing with the facilitator. . The two Islamic boarding school curricula through organizing take 3 curricula, namely the Pondok Salaf curriculum, the Pondok Modern Curriculum. Second, implementation is carried out by facilitators or teachers with supervision by the school principal and the Foundation department. The four evaluations are carried out weekly, semesterly, annually and incidentally involving the school administrators, facilitators/teachers, the curriculum department, and the Foundation. Implementation of Salah_Modern Integration is divided into 3 times, in the morning with modern subjects, in the afternoon activities with Salafiyah subjects and in the evening used to study Arabic and other languages

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the ta'hil program in improving the professional competence of Grade 1 Arabic language teachers at Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School and to analyze efforts to enhance the professional competence of Grade 1 Arabic language teachers through ta'hil for Tarbiyatul Mu'allimath Al-Islamiyah teachers. Using field research methods and a descriptive qualitative approach, this study directly observes efforts to improve teacher competence through ta' hil Tarbiyatul Mu'allimat Al-Islamiyah. The research focus includes guidance on preparation, implementation, and evaluation of learning. The results show that the ta'hil program contributes significantly to improving teachers' abilities in mastering four language skills (maharah) and learning evaluation techniques. Grade 1 Arabic language teachers who participated in this program demonstrated improvements in material readiness, classroom management, and the ability to deliver lessons effectively. Positive impacts were observed not only in teacher performance but also in students ability to absorb the material. This study concludes that the ta'hil program is an effective means for Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School to develop the professional competence of Arabic language teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of Qur'an memorization through the application of Ilqa’ Mufradat, as some memorizers use vocabulary as cues to facilitate memorization and enhance their understanding of Arabic. The Ilqa’ Mufradat method is a learning approach that integrates the mastery of Arabic vocabulary into the Qur'an memorization process.This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources consist of the Ilqa’ Mufradat instructor, halaqah (Qur’anic study circle) teacher, Arabic language instructor, and the students. The results of the study show that the implementation of Ilqa’ Mufradat involves planning, execution, and evaluation stages. A structured application of Ilqa’ Mufradat has been shown to improve students’ understanding and retention of memorized verses. This is evident from the Arabic vocabulary sessions and evaluations, which indicate that the students’ average scores exceed the minimum competency standard—namely, scores above seven. The students' Qur'an memorization is considered good, as shown by their achievement of the monthly target of one juz per month.

Abstract

The teaching of Al-Qur’an Hadith delivered by the 7th-grade Al-Qur’an Hadith teacher at MTs. Darul Fattah Galak Slahung Ponorogo uses a classical method. This is based on direct observations and interviews with the Al-Qur’an Hadith teacher, and it was also found that students' scores are still below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Based on this issue, the researcher is interested in conducting research using the STAD method. The researcher aims to determine the increase in motivation and the extent of improvement in Al-Qur’an Hadith learning outcomes through the STAD method among 7th-grade students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Fattah. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method conducted over 2 cycles, with each cycle consisting of 2 sessions. The instruments used are observations of student activities throughout the learning process from beginning to end, while test instruments are used to assess students' cognitive knowledge levels and learning outcomes. The results of activity observation as an assessment of motivation in learning in cycle I showed student activeness at 61.29%, and in cycle II it was 75.10%. There was an increase in the percentage of learning completeness from cycle I at 63.64% to cycle II at 91.18%, an increase of 27.54%. Thus, the STAD method can improve the motivation and learning outcomes of Al-Qur’an Hadith for seventh-grade students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Fattah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pelatihan public speaking dalam kegiatan muhadarah guna meningkatkan rasa percaya diri peserta didik. Pelatihan public speaking dianggap sebagai metode efektif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum, yang berdampak positif pada kepercayaan diri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek peserta didik di sebuah sekolah menengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan public speaking yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan muhadarah dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri peserta didik secara signifikan. Kegiatan muhadharah juga menumbuhkan karakter religius dan sosial peserta didik melalui penerapan nilai-nilai keislaman seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan sopan santun dalam berbicara. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini dapat dijadikan alternatif strategi pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan rasa percaya diri peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan pendidikan holistik sebagai upaya pengembangan kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Kampus 4 Kediri Jawa Timur. Pendidikan holistik dipandang penting karena mampu mengembangkan seluruh potensi manusia secara seimbang, termasuk aspek emosional dan spiritual yang menjadi landasan pembentukan karakter positif santriwati. Kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual dipandang bagian dari soft skills yang dapat memperkuat makna dari kecerdasan lainnya, sekaligus menjadikan pondasi mental yang menentukan perilaku positif seseorang agar dapat menemukan jati dirinya, makna hidupnya dan arah tujuan hidupnya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan holistik di Gontor Putri diterapkan melalui visi, misi, kurikulum komprehensif integratif, kegiatan intra-ekstrakurikuler, pembiasaan, pengarahan, keteladanan, serta bimbingan konseling. Faktor pendukungnya adalah sistem pendidikan yang baku, guru yang ikhlas dan berdedikasi, serta sarana-prasarana yang memadai. Hambatan yang ditemukan yaitu keterbatasan profesionalisme guru dan kurangnya pemahaman santriwati mengenai pentingnya pendidikan pesantren.
