Abstract

In today's modern era, many businesses are opening shops in the field of shoe washing services, especially in big cities. The research conducted by the author aims to see whether or not there is influence of promotion and service in making decisions to purchase shoe washing services. The sample used in this study amounted to 30 customers purchasing services. This study utilized a qualitative approach by conducting several face-to-face interviews. The results of the study show that all statement items are stated in a narrative, valid and also reliable manner.

Abstract

Human resources are pivotal in driving an organization towards its overarching objectives. The inherent rationality and intelligence possessed by individuals have a profound impact on guiding an organization, rendering them indispensable assets for leadership that significantly influence an organization's prosperity. This study is centered on the examination of PT. Visi Cakrawala Pratama. Within this organization, we seek to unravel how specific factors, such as corporate culture and management styles, exert their influence on employee well-being within the workplace, leveraging quantitative research methods and statistical analysis through tools like SPSS and multiple linear regression. This study encompasses 70 participants, representing the entire staff of PT. Visi Cakrawala Pratama, and their insights were collected through an online questionnaire. The results of this research unveil a substantial connection between organizational culture, leadership, and the primary metric of employee job satisfaction at PT. Visi Cakrawala Pratama. The implications of these findings extend to both researchers and practitioners, offering a solid theoretical framework for further exploration into the intricate relationship between organizational culture, leadership styles, and the contentment of employees. This study underscores the critical role that human resources and leadership play in shaping the trajectory of an organization's success.

Abstract

UMKM Harum Wangi processes sweet potatoes into various products, including sweet potato brownies and sweet potato cysts. The limited promotion of these products has hindered their widespread recognition among the public, potentially leading to reduced income. This research employs a descriptive method to address this issue. The study involves direct field action and comprises four stages: 1) Observation, 2) Data analysis, 3) Planning, and 4) Implementation. The findings of the marketing research reveal that UMKM Harum Wangi heavily relies on word-of-mouth promotion. To enhance marketing efforts, it is recommended that the business establish a presence on Facebook and Instagram. Leveraging these social media platforms not only offers cost-effective promotional avenues but also extends customer outreach, potentially spanning across Indonesia. Furthermore, for systematic product distribution, establishing sales accounts on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia is advised. Additionally, creating visually appealing promotional materials like banners and posters can contribute to better brand awareness and public recognition of these MSME products.

Abstract

This article discusses sustainable village development efforts through a community participation approach in Catak Gayam Village. This service project is designed to improve the welfare of village communities by actively involving them in every stage of development, from identifying needs to project implementation. Through observation, survey and training methods, the Catak Gayam Village community is empowered to play an active role in decision making and managing local resources. The results of this project show a significant increase in the quality of village infrastructure as well as community capacity to manage development sustainably. Community participation proved to be a key factor in the success of this project, creating a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for development outcomes. These findings provide an important contribution to village development models that can be applied in other regions with similar conditions.

Abstract

Environmental awareness is one of the main challenges in creating a sustainable society. In Mangunharjo Village, low awareness of the importance of environmental conservation prompted a greening movement based on youth collaboration. This program aims to increase participation and environmental awareness through education, greening actions, and sustainable plant management. The methods used include environmental awareness training, joint tree planting, and assistance in plant maintenance. The results of the program showed an increase in youth understanding of environmental issues and increased active participation in greening activities. In addition, a synergy was created between the youth and the community in maintaining and caring for the village environment. This program has a positive impact by creating a greener environment and strengthening environmental awareness among the youth of Mangunharjo Village.

Abstract

The purpose of the irnir circulation is to know and explain how the atmospheric storer affects the atmosphere of the store and the location of the mirnat berrir consumer in the mirnirmarkert Pucuk Irbun. The population of irnir is the consumption mirnirmarkert Pucuk Irbun. For example, the number of people who have been recruited is as many as 100 people, using random random cases. The data on the irnir narrative was processed using SPSS verrsir 26. Hasirl pernerlirtiran proves that the parsiral bairk storer atmospherrer as well as the location of the perirr influence of the posirtirf and sirgnirfirkan are facing the mirnat berlir consumern in the mirnirmarkert of Pucuk Irbun. Serlairn irtu storer atmospheric pherrer and location of sircara sirhaltan with a positive influence and sirgnirfirkan facing mirnat berlir consumern in mirnirmarkert Pucuk Irbun. The influence of the atmospheric storer and the location facing the mirnat berlir consumer in the mirnirmarkert of Pucuk Irbun is 31.3%

Abstract

Digitalization has great potential in advancing the halal tourism sector in Indonesia, in line with the global trend of adopting technology to enhance the traveler experience. As a country with the largest Muslim population, Indonesia has the opportunity to become the world's premier halal tourism destination. Global Muslim tourism spending reached USD 102 billion in 2020, despite a decline due to the pandemic. Digitalization can accelerate this recovery through innovations such as sharia-based booking platforms, halal guide apps, and digital payment solutions. However, challenges such as technological infrastructure gaps, low digital literacy and regulatory limitations are significant barriers. This study examines the potential of digitalization in supporting the growth of halal tourism in Indonesia, including implementation solutions that include strengthening regulations, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and inclusive digital infrastructure development. This study also explores the experiences of other countries, such as Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates, in integrating technology to support halal tourism, to provide strategic recommendations relevant to Indonesia.

Abstract

This research analyses Gojek's role in maintaining market share through the implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies. As the leading on-demand service platform in Indonesia, Gojek utilises various digital channels, such as social media, online advertising, and customer data analytics, to strengthen its presence in the market. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies implemented by Gojek in creating brand awareness, attracting new customers, and building consumer loyalty. The results of the analysis show that Gojek's success is driven by an integrated digital marketing approach, including data-driven service personalisation, promotion through social media, and innovation in service features such as cashback and loyalty programs. In addition, Gojek's ability to adapt to the needs of local consumers provides a significant competitive advantage amid increasingly fierce market competition.This study concludes that digital marketing strategies play a key role in Gojek's success in maintaining and expanding market share. The findings provide important insights for other technology companies looking to maximise the potential of digital marketing in the face of market challenges.

Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 telah memicu perubahan fundamental dalam dinamika manajemen perusahaan, menuntut kepemimpinan yang lebih adaptif serta organisasi yang gesit (agile) dalam merespons disrupsi teknologi dan pasar global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kepemimpinan adaptif berperan dalam membentuk agilitas organisasi sebagai respons strategis terhadap kompleksitas lingkungan bisnis digital. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan wawancara mendalam terhadap beberapa pemimpin perusahaan dari berbagai sektor industri, baik lokal maupun internasional, temuan menunjukkan bahwa organisasi dengan kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada kolaborasi, pembelajaran berkelanjutan, dan pemberdayaan tim cenderung memiliki kapasitas adaptasi yang lebih tinggi (Duchek, 2020; Northouse, 2021). Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital seperti big data, AI, dan sistem manajemen berbasis cloud mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan fleksibel (Fitzgerald et al., 2014). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan model kepemimpinan adaptif serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelolaan perubahan dan inovasi organisasi di era digital.

Abstract

Generasi Z, sebagai kelompok karyawan baru yang tumbuh dalam era digital, memiliki karakteristik unik yang menuntut pendekatan kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan emosi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi Z. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, data dikumpulkan dari sejumlah responden yang mewakili karyawan generasi Z di berbagai sektor industri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, terutama melalui dimensi inspirasi dan motivasi. Sementara itu, kecerdasan emosional berperan penting dalam meningkatkan adaptabilitas, kerja sama tim, dan produktivitas individu. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemimpin untuk mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan yang inspiratif serta mendorong peningkatan kecerdasan emosional di lingkungan kerja guna mengoptimalkan potensi karyawan generasi Z.
