Abstract

Stunting adalah malnutrisi kronis yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan nutrisi dalam jangka waktu lama. cukup lama sehingga menyebabkan gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak, termasuk tinggi badannya lebih pendek atau lebih pendek (kerdil) dari standar umur. Penerapan anggaran penanganan stunting dalam bentuk program atau strategi harus memperhatikan faktor risiko penyebab Stunting di kabupaten tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi daerah rawan gizi dan potensi penyebab terjadinya melalui analisis komunitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan tentang bidang-bidang kerentanan gizi dan potensi penyebabnya. Metode pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah dengan melakukan edukasi stunting gizi buruk pada ibu melahirkan dan anak kecil di desa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan untuk mendapatkan koordinat lokasi stunting berdasarkan desa, laporan surveilans Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pandeglang tahun 2022, serta faktor risiko stunting berdasarkan klasifikasi stunting. Cakupan pelayanan pemeriksaan kehamilan K6. melengkapi asuransi vaksinasi dasar dan asuransi menyusui. Hasil analisis spasial dengan superposisi faktor risiko dan sebaran kasus stunting di Kabupaten Pandeglang menunjukkan bahwa variabel lokal penyediaan pangan melalui potensi sumber daya alam, cakupan pelayanan antenatal K6, cakupan vaksinasi dasar yang memadai dan cakupan ibu menyusui dapat berkontribusi terhadap kejadian stunting. Oleh karena itu, penguatan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat menjadi hal yang perlu dilakukan untuk mempercepat pencegahan stunting di Desa Awilega Kecamatan Koroncong Kabupaten Pandeglang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah teori bilangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Pengujian uji Persyaratan Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas dan uji linieritas, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh t hitung = 4,959 sedangkan t tabel = 1,833 maka thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel (4,959  > 1,833) dan Fhitung = 24,589 sedangkan Ftabel = 5,12 maka Fhitung lebih besar daripada Ftabel (4,959  > 1,833) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima jadi terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah teori bilangan. Persamaan regresinya Y = 3,136 + 0,868X hal ini menunjukkan setiap kenaikan kemandirian belajar siswa akan diikuti oleh kenaikan prestasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah teori bilangan. Hasil dari penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah teori bilangan. Kata Kunci: Kemandirian belajar, Prestasi belajar.

Abstract

The utilization of technology in education has become crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of learning. One platform that can be utilized is Canva, a user-friendly graphic design tool widely used by users in various fields. This research aims to examine the potential utilization of Canva as a learning resource for students in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). The methods employed include literature review and direct observation in related pesantren. The results of community service show that Canva can be effectively used as a means to create visually engaging and interactive learning materials. In its development, a clear problem-solving framework, involvement of relevant target groups, and evaluation of results and discussions are required. In conclusion, the utilization of Canva in learning at pesantren can enhance students' motivation and interest, provide variation in the use of learning resources, and facilitate accessibility of learning materials. Further suggestions include conducting more studies on the effectiveness of Canva usage in pesantren learning and developing more specific guidelines for educational purposes.

Abstract

This research investigates the involvement and ability of junior high school students in solving mathematical problems by incorporating GeoGebra in the Numbered Head Together (NHT) approach. A dynamic mathematics application called GeoGebra and (NHT) is thought to offer improved problem solving and active learning. This research used a quasi-experimental with an equivalent control group design for State Middle School students in Cilegon City. Questionnaires and tests of mathematical problem solving abilities are the research instruments used. The analysis techniques used was prerequisite tests (normality test and homogeneity test), hypothesis testing (independent t test) and percentage of learning activity questionnaires. The results of data analysis show statistically significant differences between the control and experimental groups using GeoGebra on NHT learning and student engagement. The research recommendation from the research results is to encourage teachers to integrate dynamic software in the preparation and implementation of teaching using GeoGebra.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model on students' problem-solving ability and self-confidence. This research is a quantitative research using quasi-experimental methods. The research design used is nonequivalent control group design. The research design used is nonequivalent control group design. The stages of this study, namely 1) conducting pretests, 2) providing learning treatment, 3) conducting posttests and questionnaires and 4) drawing conclusions. This research was carried out in class VIII C and class VIII D MTs Daar Al-Ilmi Academic Year 2023/2024. The instruments of this study are tests and questionnaires. This test instrument is in the form of a posttest that measures students' mathematical problem-solving abilities and this questionnaire is in the form of a statement to find out students' mathematical confidence. The results showed that students' mathematical problem-solving ability and mathematical self-confidence of students who received the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type learning model treatment had an average score of 84.27 Better than the mathematical problem solving ability of students who obtained conventional learning model treatment with an average score of 80.28. So it can be implied that there is an influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model on students' problem-solving abilities and students' self-confidence is proven.

Abstract

This study examines how algebra block support and the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning paradigm affect secondary school students' mathematical creativity and self-efficacy. The literature review highlights the necessity of creative teaching strategies in mathematics education. In this study, a non-equivalent control group was utilized in a controlled experimental design, with one group implementing the NHT model with algebra block support and another group employing traditional teaching techniques. Pretest, posttest, and self-efficacy instruments were used to gather data. The study's results indicated a significant increase in students' mathematical creativity capacity when utilizing algebra blocks to support the NHT model. In addition, there was a noticeable increase in the pupils' self-efficacy. An examination of the data using statistical methods revealed notable distinctions between the experimental and control groups. The primary finding indicates that the NHT learning paradigm, in conjunction with algebra blocks, helps enhance secondary school students' mathematical creativity and self-efficacy capacity. The study's findings offer insightful information about initiatives to enhance methods for teaching mathematics.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on students' problem-solving abilities and learning independence. Motivated by the low problem-solving skills in mathematics, caused by a lack of varied learning models and student inactivity, the study compares students receiving PBL treatment with those undergoing conventional learning. A quasi-experimental method was used, involving a pretest, posttest, and learning independence questionnaire. The study was conducted in the 2023/2024 academic year with 8th-grade students from SMP PGRI Walantaka. Results show that students in the PBL group had significantly better problem-solving abilities compared to those in the conventional group, with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating the effectiveness of PBL. Additionally, the average learning independence of students was 79%, categorized as good. The findings suggest that PBL can improve both problem-solving abilities and learning independence in mathematics education.

Abstract

Fenomena pergaulan bebas di kalangan remaja merupakan salah satu bentuk risiko sosial yang berdampak serius terhadap perkembangan karakter, moral, serta masa depan generasi muda. Sekolah sebagai institusi pendidikan formal memiliki peran strategis dalam mengantisipasi dan memitigasi risiko tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep manajemen risiko sosial di lingkungan sekolah, dengan fokus pada strategi pencegahan pergaulan bebas di Sekolah IT Widya Cendekia Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur sistematis terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan, termasuk teori manajemen risiko, pendekatan pendidikan karakter, serta praktik-praktik pencegahan perilaku menyimpang pada remaja. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen risiko sosial yang efektif mencakup tiga pendekatan utama: (1) identifikasi faktor risiko dan protektif di lingkungan sekolah dan keluarga, (2) penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman dan kearifan lokal, serta (3) kolaborasi antara pihak sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat dalam membangun lingkungan belajar yang sehat dan aman. Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pengembangan program mentoring, pembinaan keagamaan, serta kebijakan disiplin yang konsisten sebagai bagian dari strategi pencegahan. Implikasi dari hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi para pendidik dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang kebijakan dan program intervensi yang terintegrasi untuk menanggulangi pergaulan bebas di lingkungan pendidikan.Kata kunci: manajemen risiko sosial, pergaulan bebas, pendidikan karakter, strategi pencegahan.

Abstract

Learning implemented in a blended form has not been maximized in presenting the material, the presentation of the material is extensive and extensive so that the material is difficult to understand, in the assessment aspect of online learning, it has not been able to measure individual abilities, and it is difficult to measure these abilities. This study aims to develop valid and practical multimedia mobile-based microlearning and assessment in calculus lectures. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, Dissemination). The research instrument used is a validity sheet in the form of a questionnaire validated by material experts, media experts and language experts. The questionnaire was used to measure the practicality of student responses to the products developed on 40 students taking calculus lectures. The data analysis technique used is the percentage of validity and practicality of the products developed. The results of the study indicate that the development of multimedia mobile-based-microlearning and assessment developed based on material experts, media experts, and language experts obtained valid criteria and based on student responses, the multimedia mobile-based microlearning and assessment developed met practical criteria. It can be concluded that the development of multimedia mobile based microlearning and assessment meets the valid and practical criteria for use in calculus lectures and can facilitate the improvement of students' mathematical understanding.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the creative thinking ability and resilience of MTs students in mathematics learning through the application of an ethnomathematical approach based on Datulaya and Panjunan batik motifs on geometry transformation materials. The background of this research is based on the low interest of students in mathematics, as well as the weakness of creative thinking skills and students' resilience in facing difficulties, especially in abstract materials such as geometry. The type of research used was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The experimental class received treatment using an ethnomathematical approach based on local batik motifs, while the control class followed learning with conventional methods. The ability to think creatively mathematically is an important aspect in solving mathematical problems. This study also contains a qualitative descriptive approach to describe creative thinking skills based on the level of resilience of grade IX students of MTs Al-Huda Kelanggaran. The research subjects were classified into three categories of resilience: high, medium, and low. The data collection technique was carried out through questionnaires, tests, interviews, and online documentation. Data is analysed through the process of reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that students with high resilience can provide varied, systematic, and innovative solutions. Students with moderate resilience can present more than one solution, although it is lacking in the aspect of detail. Meanwhile, students with low resilience are only able to give limited answers, even though they are still systematic. This research was carried out quantitatively with a quasi-experimental approach on grade IX students of MTs Al-Huda Kelanggaran, Serang City. The research sample consisted of class IX.1 as an experimental class and IX.3 as a control class, with a total of 30 students. Data analysis used hypothesis tests through the independent sample t-test. The findings of the study showed that the average posttest score of students in the experimental class reached 72.56, while the control class was 64.11. This indicates that the ethnomathematical approach has a more positive influence than conventional methods, especially in improving students' creative thinking skills and mathematical resilience. The use of local batik motifs as a contextual learning medium not only deepens the understanding of mathematical concepts but also fosters a sense of pride in regional culture and shapes the character of students. This study recommends integrating elements of local culture into the mathematics curriculum as an innovative and meaningful learning strategy. To develop students' creative thinking skills optimally, creativity is needed in exploring the mathematical elements contained in the Banten culture.
