Abstract

Pengenalan produk lokal khas Sumatera Utara dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan brand image setiap daerah untuk lebih diketahui oleh masyarakat setempat maupun wisatawan pendatang dari luar Provinsi. Senjata strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan adalah berupa mengikuti atau mengadakan pameran untuk setiap event kebudayaan dan nasional, karena sangat berpeluang mendatangkan pengunjung lebih banyak sehingga misi dan tujuan promosi yang diharapkan meningkat ketercapaiannya. Seiring perkembangan zaman, desain suatu booth pameran ikut andil berperan penting dalam menentukan indikator keberhasilan sebuah pameran sebagai daya tarik untuk dikunjungi berdasarkan dari rasa penasaran dan kekaguman pengunjung terhadap Booth pameran. Perancangan Exhibition Booth menerapkan konsep melalui tata pajang, tata letak, estetika, dan warna yang mewakili cerminan dari suku budaya Sumatera Utara serta suasana desain yang unik dan bernilai. Ukuran desain Booth mengikuti standar pameran untuk mengurangi space-consuming dan efektif dalam meletakkan produk. Material bahan utama pembuatan booth menggunakan Plywood dengan kualitas tidak mudah rusak, ringan dan mudah untuk dibentuk.

Abstract

Exhibition merupakan perancangan stand atau booth pameran. Pameran adalah salah satu strategi yang efektif bagi pengusaha untuk mempromosikan barang atau jasa. Faktor utama yang paling penting adalah bagaimana cara mendesain booth atau stand pameran sehingga banyak pengunjung yang berdatangan. Booth ini bertujuan sebagai tempat untuk peserta pameran menampilkan produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen, dan dapat memberikan kesan yang bagus bagi pengunjung pameran. MHTC (Malaysia Healtycare Travel Council) adalah Lembaga pemerintah yang dipercayakan dengan tanggung jawab mengatur industri dan penyedia layanan memfasilitasi dan mengembangkan industri perjalanan perawatan kesehatan Malaysia. Dengan brand “Malaysia Healtycare” yang bertujuan menjadikan Malaysia sebagai tujuan kesehatan global termuka. Malaysia Healtycare Expo 2022 setelah keberhasilan 2 pameran sebelumnya yang dilaksanakan di Jakarta dan Surabaya. Dengan dibukanya perbatasan internasional, Malaysia siap menyambut wisatawan Kesehatan menawarkan layanan kesehatan berkualitas kelas dunia, mudah diakses dan terjangkau secara kompetitif, serta perawatan end-to-end yang lancar didestinasi aman dan terpercaya. Abstract

Promotion is an important part of marketing goods and services. Promotions can contain information that can attract consumers' interest in the goods and services we offer. With the promotion, it is hoped that there will be an increase in sales figures for the product or service being promoted. Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage markets its villas and lodging rooms through social media such as Facebook and Instagram as well as online booking applications such as Oyo. Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage only contains information related to villas and lodging in the form of Facebook and Instagram page statuses, not through advertisements on the social media. The Oyo application only contains information related to lodging rooms and villas. The information provided is also very limited, only regarding the price and facilities in the room or villa. In fact, the natural scenery around Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage is very beautiful to look at. Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage is surrounded by Gundaling Hill, local people's plantations, and beautiful views of Mount Sibayak. The community service activities carried out have the aim of promoting Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage and providing information related to Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage to the wider community. This activity also has several benefits, namely helping the management in promoting their villas and inns, making it easier for the public to obtain information related to Sapo Rumbia Villas and Cottages, and increasing Sapo Rumbia's income from the promotions that have been made. The result of this activity is to add promotional media for Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage, so that it can increase public knowledge of the natural beauty around Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage which can add positive value to Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage.

Abstract

The community service activity entitled "Introducing Color to Create an Atmosphere in Interior Spaces" aims to increase the understanding and skills of vocational school students in using color to create the desired atmosphere in interior design. This activity involves theory sessions, practical workshops, and design projects designed to provide basic knowledge of color psychology and its application in the context of interior spaces. During the activity, students learned about various important aspects such as selecting color palettes, optimal space arrangement, and appropriate lighting to support interior design concepts. Through presentations and discussion sessions, they also improve their communication skills and receive constructive feedback from their instructors and peers. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding and ability to apply color concepts in interior design. They succeeded in producing design projects that demonstrated creativity and the correct application of theory. Factors supporting the success of this activity include student enthusiasm, support from the school, and the quality of the materials and instructors. However, several obstacles such as limited time and practical tools are challenges that need to be overcome in the future. Suggestions for improvement include increasing the duration of activities, using more advanced design technology, and collaborating with professionals in the field of interior design. Overall, this activity makes a positive contribution to interior design education for vocational school students, equipping them with practical knowledge and skills that can be applied in real projects in the future.

Abstract

In the Indonesian Government regulations, Fiduciary has been stated in Law No. 42 of 1999. Where the definition of Fiduciary is a process of transferring ownership of an object based on trust, but the object is still in the control of the party who transferred it. So that the Law becomes a means of creating a community rule that exists for everyone who wants to feel justice so that it becomes the main focus of the formation of legislation that must be in accordance with the principles of justice and the function of law as social control, then this relationship between law and social values ​​is interrelated where law as a solution to problems for society in general. Law has a dual function on the one hand is an action that may be so institutionalized which is then used by society to achieve a goal of solving problems in the responsibility of the police regarding the security of the Execution of Fiduciary Guarantees. The method used in this study is the Applied Research Method, where this method is a type of research whose results can be directly applied to solve the problems being faced. As. Prof. Mr. E.M Meyers who defines Law in his book "De Algemene bergrippen van het burglijik Recht" (Law is all rules that contain moral considerations, aimed at human behavior in society, and which serve as guidelines for state authorities in carrying out their duties). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis makna visual dalam penataan ruang galeri seni menggunakan pendekatan semiotika Roland Barthes. Studi dilakukan pada Art Gallery Fakultas Seni dan Desain Universitas Potensi Utama sebagai ruang representatif untuk kajian komunikasi visual dalam konteks desain interior. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi foto, dan analisis semiotik terhadap elemen-elemen interior seperti pencahayaan, material, tata letak, dan komposisi karya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen interior membentuk tanda-tanda visual yang berfungsi sebagai media komunikasi simbolik. Warna, tekstur, transparansi kaca, dan penataan ruang menciptakan konotasi akan keterbukaan, kedekatan dengan nilai budaya lokal, serta fungsi edukatif ruang galeri. Galeri ini bukan sekadar ruang pameran, melainkan medium naratif yang menyampaikan identitas institusi melalui struktur ruang dan benda yang dipilih. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa desain interior dapat dimaknai sebagai sistem tanda yang menyusun pesan dan makna dalam ruang.
