Abstract

Observasi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi Anak Luar Biasa (SLB) MI/SD. Adapun yang menjadi fokus masalah pada penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SLB Global Kids Centre Tebing Tinggi, hambatan apa yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SLB Global Kids Centre Tebing Tinggi, serta upaya guru dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Pada penulisan artikel ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang guru dan siswa di SLB Global Kids Centre Tebing Tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi Anak Luar Biasa (SLB) MI/SD menggunakan metode Program Pembelajaran Individual (PPI) yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa dan media pembelajaran untuk mempermudah anak dalam mempelajari materi. Kurikulum 2013 tidak dapat diterapkan sepenuhnya karena materi pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi anak. Berbagai upaya dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi hambatan terebut: misalnya menggunakan PPI, dan mempelajari berbagai metode terbaru yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia untuk anak autis.

Abstract

Learning concentration is the student's ability to focus entirely on the subject matter, leaving aside all unrelated distractions. Concentration involves focusing attention on a particular problem or object, where attention is the process of selecting stimuli from the environment. This centering is only aimed at certain objects. Therefore, it is important to have good knowledge and attitude in recognizing learning concentration disorders. Health education aims to increase students' knowledge about the definition, causes, characteristics, and ways to overcome concentration disorders, to create a conducive learning environment and optimal learning outcomes. The method used in health education is the lecture method. The supporting media for this service is in the form of leaflets, and visual media with power points. Before and after health education, participants were given pre and post-test questionnaires. The results showed that health education can be done repeatedly to get optimal concentration improvement results. Thus, it can be concluded that the health education provided can be effective in increasing students' knowledge regarding learning concentration disorders. Although only health education has been carried out once, the impact on grade 11 students at MAN 1 Sumedang has shown effective results. The conclusion of health education using this lecture method is effective in increasing knowledge about learning concentration disorders in students. Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "Development of Character-Based Reading Books to Improve Reading Ability". The development of reading books as a medium to support learning has a wide relationship between writing, pictures, and others. This character-based reading book contains a brief text narrative that is connected to colored pictures and vocabulary that can be conveyed through illustrations and text. This research is a type of RND research using the ADDIE model. This research model is the ADDIE development model, namely (1) Analyze (2) Design (3) Develop (4) Implement (5) Evaluate. The results of the study show that (1) character-based reading books to improve the reading ability developed, data were obtained from media expert validators with a percentage of 80% in the valid category, material expert validators with a percentage of 80% in the valid category and linguist validators with a percentage of 80% in the valid category, (2) The results of the student response questionnaire obtained data on the percentage of responses from students of the limited test in grade III of SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan, with a percentage of 88% in the very practical category and a large group test of 91.4. Thus, the illustrated storybook developed is practical (3) The effectiveness of the reading book is seen from the test results and data obtained from the results of the field test in grade III of SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan, with an average percentage of N Gain students of 84% in the Effective.

Abstract

Usaha mikro sering kali menghadapi kendala dalam mengelola keuangan, terutama pada pencatatan dan pengawasan kas. Melalui pengalaman langsung bersama pelaku UMKM Es Teler 88, kami menemukan bahwa pencatatan masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terstruktur. Hal ini menyebabkan kesulitan dalam memantau alur keuangan usaha. Dalam kegiatan ini, diberikan edukasi dan pendampingan sederhana mengenai pentingnya pencatatan kas harian, pemisahan antara keuangan pribadi dan usaha, serta pembuatan dana darurat. Dengan perubahan kecil namun konsisten, pemilik usaha mulai menyadari manfaat pencatatan dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan dan menjaga keberlanjutan usahanya. Harapannya, langkah ini bisa menjadi awal menuju pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik bagi pelaku usaha mikro.

Abstract

Melalui penerapan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching  (CRT) yang berbasis pada permainan tradisional, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat peserta didik dalam belajar dan olahraga. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dua siklus dilakukan pada peserta didik di kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 24 Surabaya. Instrument penelitian terdiri dari Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani dan lembar observasi untuk menilai minat belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kedua aspek tersebut. Rata-rata skor minat belajar peserta didik meningkat dari 3,2 pada siklus I menjadi 3,8 pada siklus II, sedangkan VO2max peserta didik laki-laki meningkat dari 24,1 ml/kg/menit menjadi 32,0 ml/kg/menit, dan peserta didik perempuan dari 22,6 ml/kg/menit menjadi 27,3 ml/kg/menit. Temuan penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT), yang mengintegrasikan unsur budaya lokal melalui permainan gobak sodor, tidak hanya efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar peserta didik, tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani mereka. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan ini direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran PJOK sebagai strategi untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih inklusif, menyenangkan, dan bermakna bagi peserta didik.

Abstract

This community service through the Community Service Program (KKN) aims to document the history, culture, and tourism potential of Blondo Village, Mungkid District, Magelang Regency, in the form of a book entitled The Story of Blondo. Blondo Village has diverse tourism potential, including natural, religious, and culinary tourism that can be developed to improve the welfare of the community. This program uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through field observations, interviews with community leaders, and documentation from various sources. The resulting book consists of 52 pages that discuss the origin of the village, socio-cultural development, and tourism recommendations. The results of this program show that The Story of Blondo book can be an educational medium for the community, especially the younger generation, to better understand the history and culture of their village. In addition, this book acts as an effective tourism promotion tool for local and foreign visitors. The main advantage of this book lies in the concise, systematic presentation of information, and is complemented by documentary images to strengthen the historical narrative. However, the limited coverage of the historical period covered is one of the weaknesses that could be improved through further editions or periodic updates.

Abstract

The gap between IT graduates’ skills and industry demands remains a barrier in the digital workforce. Limited project experience and professional connections hinder young talent from entering the job market. SIKOMPIT is introduced as an innovative solution a digital business platform that bridges collaboration between students, graduates, and industry partners. The development adopts a user-centered design approach through stages such as user research, backlog creation, roadmap planning, and business strategy using BMC, OKRs, and Product Metrics. Product validation was conducted through prototyping, usability testing, and A/B testing. Results show that SIKOMPIT has the potential to improve job readiness, project portfolios, and professional connectivity. The platform also contributes to building a collaborative digital ecosystem that supports the development of tech human resources in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hakikat, tujuan, karakteristik, jenis, serta kelebihan dan kekurangan penelitian korelasional dalam konteks pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan melakukan analisis kritis terhadap berbagai literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian korelasional berperan penting dalam mengidentifikasi hubungan antar variabel, seperti motivasi belajar dengan prestasi akademik, tanpa adanya manipulasi terhadap variabel-variabel tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat mengukur keeratan hubungan melalui koefisien korelasi dan menentukan signifikansinya. Jenis penelitian korelasional yang dibahas meliputi korelasi bivariat, regresi, analisis faktor, dan korelasi kanonik. Kelebihan metode ini terletak pada kemampuannya menganalisis beberapa variabel secara bersamaan serta memberikan gambaran prediktif. Meski demikian, kelemahannya adalah tidak mampu membuktikan hubungan sebab-akibat. Meskipun memiliki keterbatasan, penelitian korelasional tetap penting dilakukan dalam bidang pendidikan, karena mampu memberikan dasar empiris bagi pengembangan teori dan penelitian lanjutan yang bersifat eksperimental. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya analisis korelasional dalam memahami fenomena akademik dan sosial secara sistematis dan berbasis data.
