Abstract

The habit of reading must be instilled from an early age to increase children's horizons. Reading will train children to be more sensitive, active and creative. In this case the motivation to read is needed to encourage someone to love reading. However, in motivating children to like reading, there are often problems with the availability of reading facilities. The implementation method used in this service is the method of providing reading gardens and reading habits. The target of the program is the community, especially children who live in Kalikoa Village. The reading garden program begins with a survey of locations that are easily accessible to readers in Kalikoa Village, especially children who need a variety of reading sources to enrich their scientific treasures. The results of this community service activity are a solution to the lack of access and reading facilities and become one of the efforts to increase children's interest in reading in Kalikoa Village. Motivation to read is very necessary to encourage someone to love reading. However, in motivating children to like to read, there are often problems with the availability of reading facilities. The absence of facilities and infrastructure to increase children's interest in reading is the reason for the establishment of a reading park that can be used for the surrounding community. Reading gardens can broaden the horizons of its users and serve as a medium for lifelong learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini peningkatan terhadap Kualitas Hidup masyarakat desa Banyumas yang mana di desa Banyumas ini terdapat dua masalah yang sangat signifikan adalah kesehatan dan kebersihan lingkungan. Permasalahan ini tidak hanya terbatas pada infrastruktur atau fasilitas, tetapi juga melibatkan aspek sosial, edukatif, dan partisipatif. Oleh karena itu, selama pelaksanaan KKM tematik, kelompok 61 dari Untirta menetapkan program kerja utama yaitu kegiatan-kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Kualitas Hidup yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat desa Banyumas. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) yang termasuk dalam kategori penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) yang dilakukan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat dan memecahkan permasalahan yang ada di desa Banyumas. Program kerja ini ditujukan ke berbagai bidang yang ada di desa Banyumas, baik pendidikan, kesehatan, maupun sumber daya alam karena ketiga elemen ini memiliki pengaruhh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat.

Abstract

The goal of this activity is to advance the ability of small business owners to utilize digital technology to enlarge their market reach. The approach applied by this program is participatory, where MSME players are directly involved in the training process. This method aims to create solutions that suit their needs and increase involvement in the change process. The results of the training showed that participants were very enthusiastic and able to understand the importance of digitalization in expanding the market. This program is expected to improve the digital literacy and competitiveness of MSMEs in the Jampang region, Bogor. However, MSMEs in the MBS environment face various challenges, such as lack of marketing access, suboptimal financial management, and limited knowledge of digital technology. Therefore, this program focuses on overcoming these challenges by improving product quality and business management. With proper empowerment, MSMEs can contribute more to regional economic growth. Overall, this program not only leads to training, but also to sustainable economic empowerment for MSME players around MBS Ki Bagus Hadikusumo.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Instrumen keuangan sosial Islam memiliki potensi besar dalam penguatan ekonomi nasional, namun realisasi serapan wakaf uang untuk sektor produktif masih tergolong rendah akibat keterbatasan inovasi produk dan keraguan terhadap kepatuhan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme operasional Cash Waqf Linked Deposit (CWLD) serta menguji kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip keabadian aset (perpetuity) dalam koridor Madzhab Syafi'i. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research) dan analisis dokumen regulasi, termasuk Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 131/2019. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CWLD secara substansial memenuhi kriteria syariah melalui skema penjagaan nilai pokok (ashlul mal) dalam bentuk deposito yang dijamin, sementara manfaatnya (manfa’ah) disalurkan secara produktif bagi UMKM melalui akad Wakalah bi al-Istitsmar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa CWLD merupakan instrumen moderat yang mampu menyelaraskan antara rigiditas fikih Syafi'iyyah dan fleksibilitas manajemen perbankan syariah modern. Kata Kunci: Cash Waqf Linked Deposit (CWLD), Madzhab Syafi’i, Wakaf Uang, UMKM, Wakalah bi al-Istitsmar.   ABSTRACT Islamic social finance instruments hold significant potential for national economic strengthening, yet the realization of cash waqf for the productive sector remains low due to limited product innovation and concerns over sharia compliance. This study aims to analyze the operational mechanism of Cash Waqf Linked Deposit (CWLD) and evaluate its alignment with the principle of perpetuity within the Shafi'i school of thought. This is a descriptive qualitative study employing a library research approach and regulatory document analysis, including the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 131/2019. The findings indicate that CWLD substantially meets sharia criteria by preserving the principal value (ashlul mal) in the form of guaranteed deposits, while the benefits (manfa'ah) are productively distributed to MSMEs through the Wakalah bi al-Istitsmar contract. The study concludes that CWLD serves as a moderate instrument capable of harmonizing the rigidity of Syafi'iyyah jurisprudence with the flexibility of modern Islamic banking management.
