Abstract

This study aims to identify the needs of high school students for entrepreneurial career guidance to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. A descriptive quantitative approach with a survey model was employed, involving 30 randomly selected students from a high school in Sidrap Regency. The survey questionnaire was validated by experts and distributed online via Google Forms. The validity and reliability tests indicated that all items in both questionnaires were valid for use. Data analysis utilized the general percentage formula for Respondent Achievement Level (RAL). As shown in Table 1, students indicated a preference for E-Modules (90%), followed by projects or simulations (82%), and social media (70%). According to Table 2, students were interested in content such as success stories of young entrepreneurs (92%), the importance of entrepreneurial spirit (86%), and key entrepreneurial concepts (86%). These findings provide guidance for counseling teachers to develop E-Module products that include young entrepreneur success stories, the importance of entrepreneurship, key entrepreneurial concepts, and utilize social media support as well as project or simulation-based evaluations in entrepreneurial career guidance.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media layanan bimbingan dan konseling berbasis website bernama “Hi-Kons” sebagai sarana digital yang praktis, mudah diakses, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi tujuh langkah dari model Borg & Gall (2003), meliputi studi pendahuluan, perencanaan, desain, validasi ahli, revisi, uji coba kepraktisan, dan penyempurnaan produk. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif menggunakan skala Guttman Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa membutuhkan layanan konseling online yang fleksibel, menjaga privasi, dan mudah diakses tanpa batas ruang dan waktu. Website “Hi-Kons” dikembangkan dengan fitur utama berupa layanan konseling online, bank artikel kesehatan mental, forum diskusi anonim, dan sistem penjadwalan fleksibel. Hasil validasi ahli bimbingan dan konseling memperoleh rata-rata skor 3,33 (kategori baik), dan ahli teknologi pembelajaran sebesar 3,44 (kategori baik), sedangkan hasil uji kepraktisan oleh mahasiswa mencapai rata-rata 3,44 atau 86,11% (kategori sangat baik). Dengan demikian, media “Hi-Kons” dinyatakan valid dan praktis digunakan sebagai inovasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling berbasis website di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Abstract

The implementation of PTMT which began to be rolled out by the government in several schools turned out to have problems in the early days of student learning. BDR system leaves a psychological phenomenon in the form of learning loss which boils down to decreased student motivation in the classroom. The author as a teacher who acts as a facilitator BK students take the initiative to implement Project-Based Learning as an effort to internalize the character of the Pancasila student profile into each student so that it can re-trigger student learning motivation with a more student-centered learning model and atmosphere. The argument in this paper is built with the perspective of Best Practice teachers to restore student learning motivation lost during BDR. The results of this activity concluded that (1) Project Based Learning is worth using as a good practice for guidance and learning because it can restore student motivation that has decreased after the COVID-19 pandemic. (2) with Project-Based Learning, we can internalize the character of the Pancasila student profile with a pattern of integration and more fun.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the existence of Tudang Sipulung for group guidance that used KIPAS Counseling for the Bugis Youth at Senior High School at Sidrap. This research used a qualitative approach with Triple Hermeneutic Analysis method. The data collection technique are Interview and literature studies as well as data validation which is achieved through data triangulation. The subjects of this study were four people, two people from public figure (culturalists) and two people from students (Bugis youth). The results showed that Tudang Sipulung is the ancestral heritage of the Sidrap’s Bugis Society which contains positive values in the deliberation to reach consensus. In the practice of guidance and counseling, Tudang Sipulung can be constructed and implemented as group guidance in the perspective of the KIPAS counseling model in serving the counselee or Bugis Youth. The cultural values of Tudang Sipulung that can be integrated with the KIPAS model counseling include the counselor’s self-positioning, discussion themes, attitude, and positive thinking techniques, as well as the special technique of KIPAS is KaDo-MUDAH, and up to the steps of the KIPAS Counseling model
