Abstract

Gold Konveksi is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) engaged in the garment industry that has not yet fully utilized technology in its marketing and product promotion. As a result, Gold Konveksi's market reach has been limited. This study aims to analyze the responses from questionnaires completed by respondents, with a specific focus on respondent profiles to generate brief demographic information. The objective of this study is to assess the readiness of both employees and customers of Gold Konveksi towards the adoption of new technology. The methods used in this research include data collection through questionnaires filled out by 247 respondents. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire instruments were tested using SPSS data processing. The validity test involved applying the r-value formula, compared to the r-table value, to determine validity. The reliability test was conducted using Cronbach's Alpha value compared to the reliability threshold. Additionally, the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) was calculated to measure user readiness in adopting new technology. The results of the study indicated a high level of readiness among users. The program interface was evaluated, and system testing was conducted using black box testing to ensure its functionality. Overall, the findings of the research show a high level of readiness among users in adopting new technology, which is expected to enhance transactions and sales data recording at Gold Konveksi.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to socialize the introduction of array formulas in Excel to SMA 1 Gunung Talang Solok students. Array formulas are a very useful feature in data processing in Excel, but are often not widely known by high school students. The method used in this research is a socialization method which involves presentations, demonstrations, and direct practice using array formulas in Excel. Socialization was carried out in the form of training involving SMA 1 Gunung Talang Solok students. The research results showed that the socialization of the introduction of array formulas in Excel had a positive impact on students at SMA 1 Gunung Talang Solok. After following the socialization, students were able to understand and apply array formulas in data processing in Excel. They are able to create array formulas that are more efficient and accurate in completing tasks that involve data processing

Abstract

Farmers still do not really understand how to diagnose problems in plants, one example is strawberry farmers. This is proven by several farmers and strawberry plant cultivators, not all of whom can understand the disease where there are various types of diseases that can attack strawberry plants with almost the same symptoms , and if a farmer or cultivator is wrong in handling the type of strawberry plant disease, it is not impossible that it will cause the strawberry plant to die. Strawberry farmers need a tool to diagnose strawberry plant diseases so that they can find out the condition of the strawberry plants. Therefore, an expert system was created to diagnose diseases in strawberry plants and find solutions to deal with the damage that occurs. The system built for diagnosing diseases in strawberry plants uses the Forward Chaining method. Forward chaining is a forward tracking that starts from a set of facts by looking for rules that match the existing hypothesis towards a conclusion. In its implementation, this system has met these objectives by using a database and rule base. The system draws conclusions based on existing facts using the forward chaining method, the search starts from the facts from which new conclusions are obtained, the existing rules are traced one by one until the search is stopped because the last condition has been met.

Abstract

Low levels of product literacy among consumers often cause a mismatch between the specifications of the purchased mobile phone and their actual needs. This problem is common, especially in stores that provide a wide selection of products with technical information that is poorly understood by prospective buyers. Lack of understanding of features such as processor type, camera quality, RAM capacity, and internal memory makes the purchasing process less than optimal. This study aims to improve consumer literacy by developing a mobile phone purchase recommendation system based on the C4.5 algorithm. The method used is a data mining approach with stages of collecting historical consumer purchase data, preprocessing data to eliminate noise, labeling purchase decisions, forming a decision tree model using the C4.5 algorithm, and evaluating model performance using a confusion matrix. The dataset used includes 19 types of mobile phones from a local store with attributes such as processor, main camera, front camera, RAM, internal memory, and price. The method used in this study uses the C4.5 algorithm. The results of the study show that the C4.5 algorithm is able to classify data with satisfactory accuracy and produce a relevant recommendation system. In addition to providing product suggestions, this system also includes a logical explanation of each decision taken, thereby increasing consumer understanding. Thus, this system not only helps the decision-making process, but also acts as an educational medium in increasing consumer literacy regarding mobile phone product specifications that suit their needs and budget.

Abstract

SMA N 1 Batang Anai merupakan salah satu sekolah yang sudah menerapkan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Sekolah tersebut membangun sistem informasi yang diberi nama BeeSmart, yang merupakan sistem informasi pertama yang digunakan di sekolah tersebut untuk siswa dan guru dalam melaksanakan ulangan harian secara terkomputerisasi. BeeSmart tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi pedoman untuk sekolah lain yang belum menerapkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, oleh karena itu sebagai pelopor sistem informasi ulangan harian BeeSmart tentu harus memenuhi standar kualitas sistem yang baik dan jauh dari kekurangan. Dengan menggunakan metode yang ada, maka kualitas dari sistem informasi ulangan harian ini dapat diukur dan diperbaiki lebih baik.

Abstract

Loyalitas konsumen adalah elemen penting untuk memastikan kelangsungan hidup bisnis dalam pasar ritel yang sangat kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen dengan menerapkan sistem Customer Relationship Management (CRM) berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan metode pengambilan keputusan multi-kriteria, yaitu Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian dilakukan di Friiday Store, sebuah toko yang menjual aneka aksesoris, dengan pendekatan campuran yang mencakup pengembangan sistem, analisis kuantitatif, dan uji pengguna. Metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk menilai alternatif produk berdasarkan kriteria utama seperti harga, desain, dan ulasan pelanggan, sehingga dapat menghasilkan peringkat dan rekomendasi produk berdasarkan data. Sistem CRM mempermudah interaksi dengan pelanggan, pengelolaan transaksi, serta menawarkan layanan yang disesuaikan melalui fitur katalog daring, riwayat pembelian, dan obrolan langsung. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penggabungan TOPSIS dalam CRM secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan serta loyalitas pelanggan berkat rekomendasi produk yang lebih relevan dan peningkatan dalam layanan responsif. Sistem ini juga membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis melalui wawasan yang dapat diterapkan dari analisis preferensi pelanggan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gabungan antara CRM dan alat pengambilan keputusan multi-kriteria seperti TOPSIS memberikan pendekatan strategis untuk menjalin hubungan yang tahan lama dengan pelanggan serta meningkatkan tingkat retensi dalam usaha ritel kecil dan menengah. Abstract

Kualitas air merupakan faktor utama yang memengaruhi kesehatan dan produktivitas budidaya tambak udang. Parameter seperti pH, kekeruhan, kadar garam, suhu, dan kedalaman kolam perlu dipantau secara berkala untuk menjaga kondisi optimal. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem pengukur pH dan kekeruhan air pada tambak udang berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan integrasi sensor tambahan untuk mendukung monitoring kualitas air secara menyeluruh. Sistem menggunakan ESP32 sebagai penghubung ke jaringan internet sehingga data dapat dikirimkan ke aplikasi Telegram untuk pemantauan jarak jauh sekaligus pengendalian pompa air. Pengguna dapat mengakses sistem melalui RFID sebagai otorisasi awal, keypad 4x4 untuk pengoperasian manual seperti pengisian atau pengurasan air, serta LCD 20x4 sebagai penampil informasi. Sensor pH, sensor turbidity, sensor salinitas dan sensor suhu DS18B20 membaca parameter kualitas air secara realtime. Hasil pembacaan ditampilkan di LCD dan dikirim ke Telegram, yang juga dapat mengirimkan perintah untuk mengaktifkan pompa sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem dilengkapi LED dan buzzer sebagai indikator status serta relay untuk mengendalikan aliran air. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu memantau parameter kualitas air secara akurat dan memberikan kontrol otomatis maupun manual, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas air dan mendukung keberlanjutan budidaya tambak udang.

Abstract

Tomatoes are a plant that is currently widely planted by farmers. Environmental factors and stable selling power are the reasons why this plant is popular with Indonesian farmers. However, that doesn't mean tomato plants don't have growth problems. Diseases such as leaf rot, fusarium wilt, bacterial wilt and leaf scorch are still the main factors inhibiting the decline in yield and quality of tomato plants in Indonesia. This is because farmers do not understand the correct diagnosis of tomato diseases. Misdiagnosis of diseases causes the use of pesticides that are not appropriate, resulting in damage or failure of tomato plants. When diagnosing tomato diseases, you need a farm advisor who can accurately diagnose tomato diseases. In this study, an expert system for diagnosing tomato plant diseases was built to determine pest and disease diagnoses and provide solutions and suggestions for existing diseases based on the selected symptoms. The method used in this expert system is certainty factor. This method was chosen because the certainty factor measures the value of a hypothesis's belief in a fact. These values are divided into two parts, namely MB and MD. The results of applying the confidence factor method to an expert system for diagnosing tomato plant diseases with examples of cases of late blight diagnosis by selecting the appropriate symptoms obtained a percentage of 97%, so it can be interpreted that the use of this method has the opportunity to solve problems in tomato plants

Abstract

An expert system is a system that adopts the expertise of an expert in a particular field into the system. Rabbits are one of the animals that are close to humans and have high body adaptability. However, rabbits are not free from the threat of disease. Treatment requires more costs so we need a way to find out the disease and the solution so that we can take the necessary actions. To overcome this, an expertise media was created that can be accessed by rabbit owners online using the Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor methods. The expert system must be able to work under uncertainty, so the Forward Chaining (FC) and Certainty Factor (CF) methods were added to overcome this problem. Forward Chaining is a decision making method that is commonly used in expert systems and the Certainty factor method is a method to prove the uncertainty of an expert's thinking. The system diagnosis results display possible diseases suffered by rabbits and provide treatment solutions for diseases with the largest CF values. With the calculation results, the level of confidence information based on the table is Definitely Yes. The accuracy of the system output is proven from the results of system validity with experts.

Abstract

Service is an activity where a company helps customers solve their problems. Good service quality can make customers loyal to the company. To maintain service quality, service performance is measured. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is one method that can be used to measure service performance from a customer perspective. Qanaah Carpet Shop is a business that operates in the field of goods and services. By using the IPA method, Toko Qanaah Karpet measures its service performance manually using paper media, which makes analysis ineffective and inefficient. This research aims to build an information system that can analyze service quality using the IPA method. The analysis was carried out by measuring 30 service attributes which were divided into 5 dimensions, namely: Tangible (Physical evidence), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Guarantee), and Empathy (Empathy). Data collected through a questionnaire involved 50 respondents. The results of this research show that there are 6 attributes in quadrant A, 10 attributes in quadrant B, 8 attributes in quadrant C, and 6 attributes in quadrant D. Companies can take action to maintain and improve service attributes in accordance with the recommendations from the results of this research.
