Abstract

ABSTRACT The digital era is currently very facilitate the public in many ways, including in search of entertainment as a movie. Film is one medium that will influence the emotionally. Also a film that is able to convey a message to an audience and a growing condolences and empathy. One film quite popular and having message in it is 7 no. miracle in cells. On this movie raised the man in a way unusual, there is a portrait of hegemony masculinity. The research is the method qualitative descriptive of the literature study to analyze hegemony masculinity in movie miracle in cell no. 7. On this movie shows there are a number of things with masculinity in which a figure of a man is not just work it, but able to care for and raise a child alone on the identical with women. The hegemony masculinity indicated the principal character can be seen from the, behavior, and the story illustrated clearly and points the man very concern for his daughter. ABSTRAK Era digital saat ini sangat memudahkan masyarakat dalam berbagai hal, termasuk dalam mencari hiburan seperti menonton film. Film merupakan salah satu media yang bisa mempengaruhi masyarakat secara emosional. Film juga menjadi suatu wadah yang mampu menyampaikan pesan kepada penonton dan menumbuhkan rasa simpati serta empati. Salah satu film yang cukup populer dan memiliki pesan di dalamnya adalah Miracle in Cell No. 7. Pada film ini mengangkat tokoh lelaki dengan cara tidak biasa, yaitu terdapat potret hegemoni maskulinitas. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan adanya studi pustaka untuk menganalisis hegemoni maskulinitas pada film Miracle in Cell No. 7. Pada film ini terdapat beberapa hal yang menunjukkan sisi maskulinitas di mana sosok seorang pria bukan sekadar bekerja saja, tetapi mampu merawat dan membesarkan seorang anak seorang diri yang pada masyarakat identik dengan perempuan. Sisi hegemoni maskulinitas yang ditunjukkan tokoh utama terlihat dari sikap, perilaku, dan arah cerita yang tergambarkan dengan jelas serta menunjukkan sosok laki-laki yang sangat sayang terhadap anak perempuannya.

Abstract

This study discusses improving students' understanding of the culture of Mecca before Islam through web-based teaching materials in SKI lessons. SKI lessons play a significant role in building students' understanding. However, in reality, students lack understanding and are less active during learning because the learning process has not utilised teaching materials aligned with learning objectives. This is evidenced by the results of the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria, which only reached approximately 30% of the 33 students. Therefore, solutions are needed to improve this situation, one of which is the implementation of web-based teaching materials. The objective of this study is to describe the level of students' understanding of the material on the Culture of Mecca Society Before Islam before and after the implementation of web-based teaching materials. The method used was Classroom Action Research. Based on the results of the classroom action research conducted over two cycles, there was an increase in understanding in Cycle I to 64% with a satisfactory rating, followed by another increase in Cycle II to 100% with a good rating. It can be understood that there was an increase in understanding with a significance of 34% from the pre-cycle to cycle I and 36% from cycle I to cycle II. Therefore, overall, there was an increase in students' understanding with a significance of 70% from the pre-cycle to cycle II.  Keywords: Web-based Teaching Materials; Improved Understanding

Abstract

This study discusses improving students' ability to read the Qur'an through the albarqy method in the Qur'an Hadith subject. This is based on the ability to read the Qur'an, which is an individual's skill to read the Qur'an properly and correctly in accordance with the applicable rules. However, in reality, the ability of phase E students, especially those in class X-B MAN 1 Garut, to read the Qur'an is still relatively low. This is evidenced by the results of pre-research observations which show that only about 27.8% of the total 36 students have the ability to read the Qur'an. Therefore, a solution is needed to improve this, one of which is by applying the Albarqy method. The purpose of this study is to describe the ability of students to read the Qur'an through the application of the Albarqy method to improve the ability of students to read the Qur'an in the Qur'an Hadith phase E subject at MAN 1 Garut. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and tests. Based on the results of the classroom action research conducted in two cycles, there was an increase in students' ability to read the Qur'an in cycle I to 44.4%, then another increase in cycle II to 86.1%. It can be understood that there was an increase in students' ability to read the Qur'an with a significance of 16.6% from the pre-cycle to cycle I and 41.7% from cycle I to cycle II. Thus, overall, there was an increase in students' ability to read the Qur'an with a significance of 58.3% from the pre-cycle to cycle II.  Keywords: Student Ability; Reading the Qur'an; Albarqy Method

Abstract

Many horizontal conflicts and acts of violence arise from erroneous human perspectives on social, cultural, and religious diversity. In Islam, the Qur’an functions as a fundamental source of values and paradigms guiding Muslim attitudes toward such differences. This study examines the values of multicultural education derived from modern Qur’anic interpretations of QS. Al-Baqarah [2]: 62, 213, 256, an-Nisa [4]: 36, 135; al-Maidah [5]: 2, Ali-Imran [3]: 15, 134, al-Ḥujurāt [49]:11-13, a verse that explicitly addresses human diversity, equality, and moral merit based on piety (taqwā). The research focuses on Tafsir al-Maraghi and Tafsir al-Mishbah, selected as representative works of modern tafsir due to their rational, contextual, and socio-ethical approaches to Qur’anic interpretation. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a thematic (mawḍū‘ī) interpretation approach, the study analyzes how these tafsir conceptualize diversity and social relations. The findings indicate that articulate four core values of multicultural education: (1) learning to live with differences, (2) mutual respect among individuals and groups, (3) interdependence among human beings, and (4) non-violent conflict resolution and reconciliation. Rather than offering direct or complete solutions to conflict and violence, these values provide a conceptual and ethical framework that can contribute to the development of multicultural awareness and peaceful coexistence in plural societies.
