Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan Pt. Kereta Api Indonesia di Stasiun Bojonegoro , yang meliputi pelayanan khusus bagi penyandang disabilitas. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Subursan Pelayanan Stasiun Dan Komersial informan pendukung adalah petugas stasiun dan masyarakat pengguna layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di kelurahan ledok wetan dilihat dari dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiviness, assurance dan emphaty beserta indikatornya. Adapun kendala dalam pelayanan penumpang disabilitas di Stasiun Bojonegoro adalah belum sesuainya fasilitas dan kurang tanggapnya petugas stasiun

Abstract

Inclusive education is education that provides opportunities for students with special needs to participate in learning with general students. This research describes the strategy of the Bojonegoro Education Office for implementing inclusive schools. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that implementation of inclusive education in Bojonegoro has not run maximally because several problems occur, such as there is still resistance from communities towards children with special needs; there are limited competent special guidance teachers; learning curriculum still same as general students; and easily accessible learning media still less than optimal. However, on the other hand, the strategy of the Education Office in implementing inclusive education in Bojonegoro can be said to be quite good, this can be seen from the readiness of the Education Office to provide facilities needed by students with special needs and the existence of BOS funds helps meet the needs of students with special needs. Apart from that, there is also the ULD Trandiksus program which will be launched by the Ministry through BPPMP, in which case the Education Office will also provide supporting facilities for every inclusive education activity.

Abstract

This examination analyzes the implementation of capacity-building by the Bojonegoro Regency Community and Village Empowerment Agency (DPMD) to promote village governance and prevent corruption amid rampant mismanagement of Village Funds. A qualitative case study approach based on Grindle's (1997) theory was used, through in-depth interviews with eight key informants, field observations, and document analysis. The conclusions indicate that the DPMD has conducted SISKEUDES-CMS training, provided technical guidance on goods/services procurement, and facilitated multi-stakeholder collaboration involving the Prosecutor's Office, the Police, and the Village Consultative Body (BPD), thereby increasing village financial transparency and accountability by 89%. Nonetheless, implementation remains partial due to limited digital human resources in remote villages and minimal systemic policy integration. This study recommends institutional reform through steady monitoring and community participation to ensure integrity in village governance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika Collaborative Governance dalam penyelenggaraan Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Permasalahan yang dibahas pada proses interaksi antarpemangku kepentingan, desain institusional, kepemimpinan fasilitatif, serta mekanisme kolaborasi yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaan program. Guna mendekati masalah ini mengacu pada acuan teori Collaborative Governance dari Ansell dan Gash yang menekankan kondisi awal, desain institusional, kepemimpinan fasilitatif, proses kolaboratif, dan hasil kolaborasi. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi dengan melibatkan Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG), ahli gizi, sekolah, dan kader posyandu, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi lintas sektor dalam Program MBG di Bojonegoro berkembang secara adaptif melalui kombinasi mekanisme formal dan komunikasi digital informal. Kepemimpinan fasilitatif yang fleksibel dan berbagi peran mampu meningkatkan koordinasi, kecepatan respon, serta kepercayaan antarktor, sehingga memperkuat efektivitas pelaksanaan program di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

The Village SIAP application designed to support public services at the village level still faces problems that are not optimal due to incomplete and inaccurate data. This study aims to determine the success of implementing the Village SIAP application by assessing the quality of electronic services using the D&M Model. In this edition, information, systems, and services become three dimensions to determine the quality of IS services, namely Information Quality (INFQ), System Quality (SYSQ), and Service Quality (SERQ). The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. This study involved in-depth interviews with government officials and residents to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the use of the application. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study shows that the Village SIAP application is generally effective in providing budget transparency through accurate and complete budget and realization features, although improvements are still needed in the details and relevance of information, especially in the village planning menu which is considered too general. These findings highlight the advantages and disadvantages of the application while providing recommendations to improve the quality of electronic services. The results of the study are expected to provide practical recommendations that can be applied to improve the quality of service effectiveness of application use in Bojonegoro Regency.
