Abstract

This research analyzes the feasibility of income for forest honey hunters in Lantung Village, Lantung District, and analyzes how much the business of hunting forest honey bees contributes to the income of farmers in Lantung Village, Lantung District. This research was carried out in Lantung Village, Lantung District. The research was conducted in May-July 2023. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data sources are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method was carried out by census with a total sample of 36 hunters. The results of the research show that (1) The income from hunting for forest honey obtained by farmers in Lantung Village, Lantung District is IDR. 25,633,000/year, (2) The forest honey hunting business in Lantung Village, Lantung District is feasible to run, seen from the B/C ratio = 5.7> 1, (3) The contribution of the forest honey hunting business in Lantung Village, Lantung District to the total income of farming households is 63%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas dinamika gender dalam peralihan peran tunggu tubang pada masyarakat adat Semende di Desa Sindang Agung, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, dalam konteks transmigrasi di Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Sistem tunggu tubang merupakan tradisi pewarisan matrilineal yang menempatkan anak perempuan sulung sebagai pemegang hak dan tanggung jawab atas rumah serta lahan keluarga. Perubahan sosial seperti pendidikan, mobilitas, dan ekonomi telah mendorong pergeseran peran tersebut kepada anak perempuan bungsu atau anggota keluarga lain yang lebih fungsional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan strategi studi lapangan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Semende beradaptasi dengan mengutamakan kemampuan aktual dan keberadaan fisik dibanding urutan kelahiran. Masyarakat juga membedakan antara pengelolaan dan pembagian waris, sehingga praktik Tunggu tubang tetap sejalan dengan hukum waris Islam melalui pendekatan maslahah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur gender dalam masyarakat adat Semende bersifat dinamis dan adaptif, mencerminkan negosiasi antara adat lokal dan prinsip syariah yang menjunjung keadilan serta tanggung jawab sosial. Kata Kunci:  Tunggu tubang, Semende, Gender, Waris, Maslahah   Abstract: This study examines the gender dynamics in the transition of Tunggu tubang roles among the Semende indigenous community in Sindang Agung Village, Tanjung Raja District, within the context of transmigration in North Lampung Regency. The Tunggu tubang system is a matrilineal inheritance tradition that places the eldest daughter as the holder of rights and responsibilities over the family home and land. Social changes such as education, mobility, and economics have driven this role shift to the youngest daughter or other more functional family members. This study employed qualitative methods with a field study strategy through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results show that the Semende community adapts by prioritizing actual ability and physical presence over birth order. The community also differentiates between inheritance management and distribution, ensuring that Tunggu tubang practices remain in line with Islamic inheritance law through a maslahah approach. The results indicate that gender structures in the Semende indigenous community are dynamic and adaptive, reflecting negotiations between local customs and sharia principles that uphold justice and social responsibility. Abstract

Background: The nursing management process starts with planning, organizing, commanding/coordinating, and controlling. One part of the controlling function is the nursing documentation audit. Nursing documentation audit is a professional evaluation process on the quality of nursing services which have been carried out by the nursing and midwifery profession against patients, namely through patient medical records. Objective: Nurses can implement nursing documentation audits at Ar-Raudah 1 room of Makassar Hajj Hospital. Methods: This study used a case study method. This study implemented education through leaflet media to enhance nurses' knowledge in implementing nursing documentation audits. A total of 14 nurses participated in this study. Data collection was obtained from interviews, observations and questionnaires. Results: The findings showed that the pre-test nurses' knowledge on P3 as many as 10 nurses (71.4%) answered correctly and as many as 4 nurses (28.6%) answered incorrectly. As for P7, 14 nurses (100%) answered incorrect. An increase in knowledge occurred during the post test, namely P3 (100%) and P7 (100%). After nursing implementation, namely education through leaflet media, it showed that nurses' knowledge increased in the application of nursing documentation audits. Conclusion: Nurses at Ar-Raudah 1 room of Makassar Hajj Hospital show an increase knowledge about nursing documentation audits.

Abstract

Background: Basic human needs are the elements needed by humans in maintaining physiological and psychological balance, which aims to maintain life and health. Certain medical conditions can hinder the process of oxygenation in the body. These conditions include disorders of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. One disease that occurs in the lungs is pleural effusion. In the treatment of pleural effusion, pharmacological therapy alone is not enough to relieve shortness of breath in some patients. One of the non-pharmacological therapies currently being developed is breathing exercise in an effort to treat complaints of shortness of breath in patients. Purpose :The purpose of this study was to find out the description of Nursing Care Analysis on Pleura Effusion Clients with Disorders of Fulfilling Basic Needs of Oxygenation Using Breathing Exercise Intervention at Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo General Hospital Makassar. Method: The research method used is a case study with data collection techniques through physical examination, interviews and observation. Results: some nursing problems can be resolved, and there are changes after the provision of nursing interventions is carried out Conclusion: giving breathing exercise interventions can help clients shortness of breath and optimize muscle work breathing, some of the formulated nursing problems can be resolved.

Abstract

Backround: Stroke is one of the leading causes of irreversible brain damage and functional disability. Purpose: Explore stroke rehabilitation research trends through bibliometric analysis. Methods: Publication searches from 1997 to 2024 were conducted using the Scopus database. Furthermore, the data obtained was analyzed bibliometrically using VOSviewer version 1.6.20. This analysis includes visualization analysis, co-occurrence analysis, and stroke rehabilitation publication trend analysis. Results: The results of the bibliometric analysis identified 247 publications that met the search criteria in the field of stroke rehabilitation trends. The distribution of publications by country shows that the United States dominates with 83 publications (33.6%), followed by China with 29 publications (11.74%), and Canada with 19 publications (7.69%). This distribution pattern indicates that research on stroke rehabilitation trends remains concentrated in developed countries with high research capacity. These findings confirm that stroke rehabilitation is a topic receiving significant academic attention and continues to evolve globally; therefore, further studies on research trends in this field are considered important to provide direction for the development of more effective stroke rehabilitation interventions in the future. Conclusion: this article provides a comprehensive overview of stroke rehabilitation trends.

Abstract

Fenomena judi online telah berkembang menjadi krisis sosial yang mengancam ketahanan keluarga Muslim Indonesia secara sistematis, khususnya di kalangan pasangan muda Generasi Z. Kecanduan judi online tidak hanya menguras harta keluarga, tetapi juga memicu penelantaran nafkah, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT), dan perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implikasi hukum kecanduan judi online suami terhadap kewajiban nafkah dan perlindungan hak istri dalam perspektif Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) dan Maqashid Syariah, dengan menggunakan studi kasus masyarakat Muslim Bukit Kemuning, Lampung Utara periode 2021–2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif-empiris dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan studi lapangan melalui observasi serta wawancara mendalam.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecanduan judi online suami merupakan pelanggaran serius terhadap kewajiban nafkah dan prinsip hifz al-mal dalam Maqashid Syariah. Meskipun KHI dan UU PKDRT memberikan landasan perlindungan bagi istri, belum ada regulasi yang secara eksplisit menjadikan kecanduan judi online sebagai grounds perceraian yang mandiri. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pembaruan regulasi hukum keluarga Islam Indonesia yang responsif terhadap tantangan digital agar terwujudnya keluarga Muslim yang sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah.

Abstract

Proses orientasi pasien yang masih manual dan tidak konsisten menjadi hambatan dalam pelayanan rumah sakit. Salah satu pendekatan inovatif yang dapat diterapkan adalah penggunaan video orientasi pasien berbasis QR code sebagai sarana informasi mandiri bagi pasien dan keluarga yang dapat diakses kapan saja, guna mengatasi keterbatasan komunikasi petugas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan media orientasi pasien baru berbasis video QR code dengan metode edukasi yang dievaluasi melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengisian kuesioner pre-test dan post-test pada 12 orang pasien baru yang dirawat di ruang perawatan Pusat Jantung Terpadu Rumah Sakit Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa intervensi berupa video orientasi pasien baru terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman pasien, dibuktikan oleh peningkatan signifikan skor dari pretest ke posttest. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kasus, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian edukasi melalui media video berbasis QR code terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pasien baru terkait orientasi penerimaan di rumah sakit. Disarankan agar rumah sakit mengimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan video orientasi pasien berbasis QR code sebagai bagian dari standar pelayanan, serta mengoptimalkan pemanfaatannya melalui pengembangan konten dan sosialisasi kepada tenaga kesehatan.
