Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of farmer groups in increasing corn production in dry land, Labuhan Sangoro Village, Maronge District, Sumbawa Regency. The farmer groups sampled were 6 farmer groups from corn farmer groups in dry land which were determined using purposive sampling, data analysis techniques using a Likert scale with five indicators. The research results show that as many as 3 indicators perform well, namely indicators (1) planning activities, (2) carrying out activities and complying with agreements with other parties, and (3) application of technology and use of information; Meanwhile, 2 indicators performed quite well, namely indicators: (1) capital fertilization and (2) institutional relations between farmer groups and gapoktan. Overall, the performance of farmer groups in Sangoro Village, Maronge District, performed well with an average score of 2.88.

Abstract

This research analyzes the feasibility of income for forest honey hunters in Lantung Village, Lantung District, and analyzes how much the business of hunting forest honey bees contributes to the income of farmers in Lantung Village, Lantung District. This research was carried out in Lantung Village, Lantung District. The research was conducted in May-July 2023. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data sources are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method was carried out by census with a total sample of 36 hunters. The results of the research show that (1) The income from hunting for forest honey obtained by farmers in Lantung Village, Lantung District is IDR. 25,633,000/year, (2) The forest honey hunting business in Lantung Village, Lantung District is feasible to run, seen from the B/C ratio = 5.7> 1, (3) The contribution of the forest honey hunting business in Lantung Village, Lantung District to the total income of farming households is 63%.

Abstract

This distribution chain of Sumbawa forest honey has several problems such as the long-distance of the forest from settlements, the fluctuated price of forest honey, which is depended on the quality and the distance to get the honey. The next problem is the high shipping cost to customers, and the packaging must be hygienic and safe. Sumbawa forest honey delivery to consumers must be in good. The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing chain of Sumbawa forest honey in Sumbawa District, West Nusa Tenggara Indonesia. The method of determining location is done by purposive sampling, considering Sumbawa district is the center of Sumbawa forest honey. Respondent's sample determination was done by snowball sampling. The study was conducted by surveying the field by using a questionnaire with relevant institutions and carrying out documentation. The results showed that there were three types of distribution channels from Sumbawa forest honey. The first distribution channel is the honey hunter – the consumer. The second distribution channel is the honey hunter–honey enterprises-consumer. The third distribution chain is the honey hunter–honey enterprises–supermarket –the consumer. The price of honey received by consumers is not the same, depending on the length of the marketing chain. The marketing margin of the first distribution channel was Rp. 0,00. The second distribution were Rp. 60,000.00 and the third distribution were Rp. 50,000.00. Keywords: marketing, distribution chain, Sumbawa forest honey

Abstract

Tempe is a traditional Indonesian food that is similar to that of the people of Sumbawa Regency. Trading business Tiga Putra Arema is one of the Tempe producers in Sumbawa Regency. The Tempe business requires an effort in marketing. The 4P marketing mix is a business strategy prioritized for product, price, location, and promotion. The purpose of this study is to describe the marketing mix of the trading business of Tiga Putra Arema Tempe in Sumbawa Regency. This research was conducted in May–July 2023. The number of samples in this research was 30 respondents. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. The final results were obtained from the Likert scale and then entered into the weighted mean score formula. The most important aspect of marketing mix Tempe indicated that price was the component that had a high weighted mean score, namely 4.25 (very good), product with an average score of 4.21 (very good), location with an average score of 4.13 (good), and promotion with an average score of 3.83 (good).

Abstract

It is very crucial to evaluate the distribution of subsidized fertilizer through the application of the six rights principles (right price, quantity, type, quality, time, and place) by the government. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the distribution of subsidized fertilizer based on the six rights principles in the Sumbawa Regency. This study is conducted in May–July 2023. The research location was determined using purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 111 people, including distributors, retailers, and farmers. The research results show that the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution based on the six correct principles varies. The right place and quality belong to very effective criteria, the right type belongs to effective criteria, and the exact amount falls into the ineffective formula. At the same time, the right price and on time belong to very ineffective criteria.

Abstract

Pendidikan kewirausahaan di sekolah dasar merupakan komponen penting dalammembina keterampilan kewirausahaan awal di kalangan peserta didik muda.Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi bentuk-bentuk pendidikankewirausahaan di sekolah dasar yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan sekolah.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur yang relevan yangdidapatkan melalui analisis PICO(s) sehingga didapatkan 10 jurnal acuan.Adapun hasil yang didapatkan yaitu terdapat beberapa bentuk pembelajaran ilmukewirausaahaan yang diterapkan pada peserta didik yaitu melalui desainkurikulum, keterlibatan guru, dan integrasi dengan pengalaman dunia nyata.Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya paparan awal terhadap konsep dan praktikkewirausahaan dalam membentuk sikap siswa terhadap inovasi dan enterpris.Rekomendasi diberikan kepada pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan untukmeningkatkan implementasi pendidikan kewirausahaan di lingkungan sekolahdasar, dengan tujuan membudayakan generasi wirausaha muda yang proaktif daninovatif.

Abstract

UMKM tersebut harus mampu beradaptasi dan menyesuaikan diri dengankemajuan teknologi dan informasi sebagai bagian integral dalam strategipemasaran mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategipemasaran yang tepat dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi daninformasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja penjualan produk pada UMKM YeyaFood & Beverages Sumbawa Besar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan(field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dilaksanaka dari bulanMaret-Juni 2024, menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa bahwa inovasi pemasaran dengan memanfaatkankemajuan teknologi dan informasi merupakan strategi yang sangat diperlukanuntuk menjaga relevansi bisnis dan memenangkan pasar yang semakinkompetitif. Pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi untuk mendukungkegiatan pemasaran pada UMKM Yeya Food & Beverages Sumbawa Besar,maka akan dapat memberikan manfaat positif dalam berbagai aspek bisnis,mulai dari memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, mendorong peningkatanpenjualan produk, dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar yang semakinkompetitif sehingga pada akhirnya akan dapat meningkatkan keuntungan yangdiperoleh UMKM. Penerapan digital marketing tidak lagi hanya menjadi opsi,tetapi suatu kebutuhan bagi UMKM yang ingin tetap relevan dan bersaingdalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif dan terus berubah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembanganlumbung pangan masyarakat di Kabupaten Sumbawa, Indonesia, dengan fokuspada variabel jenis kelamin, umur, pendidikan, dan jumlah anggota keluarga.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dilakukan pada tigakelompok lumbung di Desa Jorok, Desa Marga Karya, dan Desa Semamung.Data dikumpulkan dari 45 rumah tangga selama 24 hingga 30 Juni 2024. Analisisdata menggunakan tabulasi dan metode Miles Hubberman. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa dominasi partisipasi laki-laki dalam kelompok pertanianmencapai 96%, yang menyoroti perlunya inklusi gender yang lebih kuat untukmeningkatkan efektivitas program. Kelompok usia 40-49 tahun mendominasi,dengan pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang berharga, sementara keterlibatangenerasi muda penting untuk inovasi dan keberlanjutan. Tingkat pendidikanmayoritas anggota adalah menengah, yang berhubungan positif dengan partisipasidalam program lumbung pangan. Variasi jumlah anggota keluarga menunjukkanperbedaan dalam kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan kontribusi ekonomi keluargaterhadap lumbung pangan. Kesimpulannya, pengelolaan lumbung pangan diKabupaten Sumbawa harus mempertimbangkan inklusi gender, keberagamanusia, pendidikan, dan jumlah anggota keluarga untuk mencapai ketahanan panganyang berkelanjutan dan inklusif

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility of farming and the pattern of shallot marketing channels in the eastern and western regions of Sumbawa Regency. The research area was determined using a purposive sampling technique, starting from the district to the village level which is the center of shallot production. The research was carried out in May-July 2024. The number of samples or farmers in this research was determined by 30 shallot farmers. The analysis method uses descriptive methods, income approach, RC Ratio, and BEP. The research results show that the average income from shallot farming in the western zone is higher, namely: Rp. 77,947,742,- per farm/farmer/season compared to the average income of shallot farming in the eastern zone, which is Rp. 28,058,875,-. per farm/farmer/season. The R/C ratio value of shallot farming in the western zone is greater, namely R/C = 3 compared to the R/C ratio value of the eastern zone, namely R/C = 2. This shows that the efficiency of farming in the western zone is more efficient than with shallot farming in the eastern area of Sumbawa Regency. The BEP price value for the eastern zone is IDR. 10,100 per kilogram, and the BEP price for the west zone is IDR. 8,500,- per kilogram. There are 2 (two) market channel patterns in the western zone of Sumbawa Regency, namely: (1) farmers - retailers at the sub-district market - consumers, (2) farmers - village level collectors - retailers at the sub-district market. Meanwhile, there is only 1 (one) market channel pattern in the eastern zone, namely: farmers - collectors outside the sub-district - wholesalers outside Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organsasi. Motivasi yang kuat akan membuat karyawan dapat menghasilkan pekerjaan berkualitas tinggi dengan hasil kinerja yang baik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi pekerja sementara, antara lain kepastian pekerjaan,hubungan dengan tim dan manajemen, keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi, kompensasi dan penghargaan.
