Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on performance carried out at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Buton Regency. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. Respondents in this study amounted to 38 respondents. Data processing was carried out using SPSS, and analyzed the research instrument test and multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance with a significance value of 0.027 <0.05. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the adjusted r value is 0.141, which means that the independent variable in this study has an influence of 14.1% on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, workload has no effect on employee performance. Work discipline has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to make the analysis of the financial administrative management function in the Siotapina District Office of Buton Regency run better and how to manage the financial administration there. The research approach is qualitative. The informants in this study were employees of the Siotaping District Office, Buton Regency, especially the Head of the Xiotapina District Office, the Finance Section or Treasurer, and related fields within it, which was carried out in August 2022. The data sources used were primary data sources and secondary data sources. While the data collection technique used is question and answer and documentation. The findings show that the Siotapina District Office of Buton Regency manages the financial administrative management function optimally, because 96% of the goals or budget are carried out in 2018 and 96% in 2019. and becomes 96% in 2020. Set at 95 percent. In addition, the procedure for managing the financial administration of the Siotapa District Office adheres to accrual state accounting rules, but is limited to a network system for the purposes of carrying out activities and reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of village officials in village financial management accountability in Wawoangi Village, Sampolawa District, South Buton Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the description of the research results and discussion of the war of village officials in the accountability of village financial management in Wawoangi Village, Sampolawa District, South Buton Regency according to the research objectives, it can be concluded that village officials in Wawoangi Village have played a role in village financial management accountability by carrying out their duties starting from from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability processes carried out according to the responsibilities of each village apparatus in Wawoangi Village and have carried out accountability with the Realization Report of the Implementation of the Wawoangi Village APBDes, although in carrying out their duties there are still village officials in Wawoangi Village who need assistance experts from Sampolawa Subdistrict and assistance from the Wawoangi Village Secretary such as making building designs and RAB (budget plans) which should be made by the Head of Development and also in making Financial Reports carried out only by the village secretary.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Commitment, Switching Cost, Terhadap Customer Loyalty Pada Hypermart Lippo Plaza Buton Kota Baubau” Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Commitment, Switching Cost, Terhadap Customer Loyalty Pada Hypermart Lippo Plaza Buton Kota Baubau. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan jumlah responden 150. Adapun yang menjadi hasil penelitian adalah Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Dari hasil tersebut, persamaan regresi berdasarkan standardized yang diperolah adalah sebagai berikut: Y = -1,192 + 0,149SQ – 0,086CS + 0,371C + 0,834SC. Analisis Persamaan Regresi: Nilai konstanta sebesar-1,192 artinya jika SQ, CS, C, dan SC = 0 maka Y= -1,192. Jika service quality 0,149 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel SQ terhadapcustomer loyaltyartinya varibelservice qualitymengalami kenaikan satu satuan makacustomer loyaltyakan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,149 atau 14,9%. Jika customer satisfaction -0,086 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel CS terhadap customer loyalty artinya varibel customer satisfaction mengalami penurunan satu satuan maka customer loyalty akan mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,086 atau 0,86 %. Jika Commitment 0,371 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel C terhadap customer loyalty artinya varibel Commitmentmengalami kenaikan satu satuan maka customer loyalty akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,371 atau 37,1%. Jika Switching Cost 0,834 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel C terhadap customer loyalty artinya varibel Switching Cost mengalami kenaikan satu satuan maka customer loyalty akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,834 atau 83,4%. Service Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai signifikan = 0,004 <  nilai 0,05 (5%). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa customer satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai signifikan= 0,379 > 0,05 (5%). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dengan  nilai signifikan= 0,000 < 0,05 (5%). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa switching cost berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai signifikan = 0,000 <  0,05 (5%).

Abstract

Penerapan model bisnis e-commerce dalam bidang perikanan memiliki ruang lingkup yang luas dan dapat mencakup berbagai aspek dalam industri perikanan. Beberapa ruang lingkup utama yang dapat pertimbangkan dalam menerapkan model bisnis e-commerce di bidang perikanan, mulai dari persediaan produksi, iklan, jaminan kualitas hingga pemasaran yang menggunakan platform digital. Ruang lingkup penerapan model bisnis e-commerce dalam bidang perikanan di Kecamatan Batauga sangat bervariasi, dan pelaku bisnis dapat memilih aspek-aspek mana yang paling relevan sesuai dengan tujuan dan sumber daya mereka. Hal ini penting untuk merencanakan dengan baik, menjaga kualitas produk, dan menjalankan operasi yang efisien untuk kesuksesan jangka panjang dalam industri perikanan di Kabupaten Buton Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on consumer purchase decisions at Malige Aquarium Store in Baubau City. The research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 97 respondents selected from a population of 3,115 consumers. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that product quality has a significant effect on purchase decisions, indicating that the physical condition and appearance of ornamental fish play an important role in consumer preferences. Promotion also has a significant effect, which means that marketing communication and information delivery can increase consumer interest. The simultaneous test confirms that product quality and promotion together influence purchase decisions. The coefficient of determination shows that 25.3 percent of the variation in purchase decisions is explained by both variables, while the remaining 74.7 percent is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The findings highlight the need for improving fish quality and strengthening promotional strategies to support consumer buying behavior

Abstract

This research aims to find out more about how human resource management is implemented through planning, procurement, development and compensation at the UPTD. Lawele Health Center Lasalimu District. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the exploration results, it shows that human asset management at the UPTD. Lawele health center, Lasalimu district said to be good, but still not optimal. There is preparation of plans for health programs, procurement of honorary staff to assist with equipment at the health center, development of education based on wishes and not planned by health workers, implementation of training planned by the health service, and compensation given in the form of salaries and appreciation awards for achievements, ease of reach and what is needed by health workers as well as compensation given based on class and profession. However, at the Lawele community health center there are multiple positions, this is because the Lawele community health center still lacks health workers or human resources, causing the workload to increase. Apart from that, the facilities and infrastucture of the Lawele community health center are inadequate, which affects patient service and comfort.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work facilities and workload on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 4 Baubau City. The research employs a multiple linear regression analysis approach. The population consists of all teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Baubau City, totaling 63 teachers, and a saturated sampling technique was used, in which all population members were included as research samples. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that work facilities have a significant effect on teacher performance, as shown by a t-value of 6.543, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.670, with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). Furthermore, workload also significantly affects teacher performance, with a t-value of 7.026 and a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, work facilities and workload have a significant influence on teacher performance, as indicated by an F-value of 50.491, which exceeds the F-table value of 3.15, with a significance level below 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that both variables significantly influence teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work culture, and work environment on employee performance at Wakaokili Public Health Center, Kaongkeongkea Village, Pasarwajo District. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study consists of all employees of Wakaokili Public Health Center, totaling 35 people. A saturated sampling technique was applied, in which all members of the population were used as research samples. Data were collected through observation, interviews, question aires, and documentation. The results show that partially, job satisfac tion has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 2.733 & a significance level of 0.010. Work culture also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 3.548 and a significan ce level of 0.001. In addition, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 2.844 and a significa nce level of 0.008. Simultaneously, job satisfaction, work culture, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 15.318 and a significance level of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of professionalism and employee competence on the quality of financial statements in the Central Buton Regency Government. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to identify the relationships among variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents directly involved in the preparation of financial statements and were subsequently analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the analysis indicate that professionalism has a positive and significant contribution to improving the quality of financial statements, as evidenced by a t-test significance value of 0.001 and a regression coefficient of 0.232. Employee competence is also proven to have a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.000 and a regression coefficient of 0.267. Simultaneously, both independent variables demonstrate a significant effect on the quality of financial statements, as indicated by an F-test significance value of 0.000.
