Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Commitment, Switching Cost, Terhadap Customer Loyalty Pada Hypermart Lippo Plaza Buton Kota Baubau” Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Commitment, Switching Cost, Terhadap Customer Loyalty Pada Hypermart Lippo Plaza Buton Kota Baubau. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan jumlah responden 150. Adapun yang menjadi hasil penelitian adalah Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Dari hasil tersebut, persamaan regresi berdasarkan standardized yang diperolah adalah sebagai berikut: Y = -1,192 + 0,149SQ – 0,086CS + 0,371C + 0,834SC. Analisis Persamaan Regresi: Nilai konstanta sebesar-1,192 artinya jika SQ, CS, C, dan SC = 0 maka Y= -1,192. Jika service quality 0,149 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel SQ terhadapcustomer loyaltyartinya varibelservice qualitymengalami kenaikan satu satuan makacustomer loyaltyakan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,149 atau 14,9%. Jika customer satisfaction -0,086 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel CS terhadap customer loyalty artinya varibel customer satisfaction mengalami penurunan satu satuan maka customer loyalty akan mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,086 atau 0,86 %. Jika Commitment 0,371 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel C terhadap customer loyalty artinya varibel Commitmentmengalami kenaikan satu satuan maka customer loyalty akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,371 atau 37,1%. Jika Switching Cost 0,834 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel C terhadap customer loyalty artinya varibel Switching Cost mengalami kenaikan satu satuan maka customer loyalty akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,834 atau 83,4%. Service Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai signifikan = 0,004 <  nilai 0,05 (5%). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa customer satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai signifikan= 0,379 > 0,05 (5%). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dengan  nilai signifikan= 0,000 < 0,05 (5%). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa switching cost berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai signifikan = 0,000 <  0,05 (5%).

Abstract

Penerapan model bisnis e-commerce dalam bidang perikanan memiliki ruang lingkup yang luas dan dapat mencakup berbagai aspek dalam industri perikanan. Beberapa ruang lingkup utama yang dapat pertimbangkan dalam menerapkan model bisnis e-commerce di bidang perikanan, mulai dari persediaan produksi, iklan, jaminan kualitas hingga pemasaran yang menggunakan platform digital. Ruang lingkup penerapan model bisnis e-commerce dalam bidang perikanan di Kecamatan Batauga sangat bervariasi, dan pelaku bisnis dapat memilih aspek-aspek mana yang paling relevan sesuai dengan tujuan dan sumber daya mereka. Hal ini penting untuk merencanakan dengan baik, menjaga kualitas produk, dan menjalankan operasi yang efisien untuk kesuksesan jangka panjang dalam industri perikanan di Kabupaten Buton Selatan.

Abstract

The 2024 Simultaneous Regional Head Election (PILKADA) is a means of popular sovereignty to elect the Governor and deputy governor, Regent and Deputy Regent, Mayor and deputy mayor, which is carried out directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly and fairly. This service research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach method. The results of this socialization show an active increase in participatory supervision by participants, namely youth, students and youth organizations in monitoring and supervising the stages of the regional elections, namely by using the strategy of inviting other youth friends in the form of millennial voters or beginner voters or voters. women's base not to get involved in money politics and not get involved in spreading regional election hoaxes on social media or other media. Because of the massive black campaign and indications of money political movements, it is certain that it will harm the dignity of democracy. With strict participatory supervision, fraud in elections such as money politics, vote manipulation and voter intimidation can be minimized, as well as ensuring an honest and fair election process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on performance carried out at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Buton Regency. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. Respondents in this study amounted to 38 respondents. Data processing was carried out using SPSS, and analyzed the research instrument test and multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance with a significance value of 0.027 <0.05. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the adjusted r value is 0.141, which means that the independent variable in this study has an influence of 14.1% on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, workload has no effect on employee performance. Work discipline has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets, net profit margin and earning per share on stock prices in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis & multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection using the company's financial statements and processed with the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that partially, Return on assets (ROA) had no effect on stock prices, which was seen from the significance value of the partial test results, namely with a significant value of 0.205> 0.05. The Net profit margin (NPM) variable has a positive effect on stock prices, as seen from the significance value of the partial test results, namely with a significant value of 0.024 <0.05. Earning per share (EPS) variable has a positive effect on stock prices, as seen from the significance value of the partial test results, namely with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, all independent variables (bound) have a significant effect on investment decisions with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.005.

Abstract

Pemasaran pendidikan tinggi mengalami perubahan signifikan dengan berkembangnya teknologi digital, yang mendorong perguruan tinggi untuk mengadopsi strategi Hybrid Marketing, yaitu kombinasi pemasaran daring (online) dan luring (offline) guna meningkatkan efektivitas sosialisasi dan daya tarik calon mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi Hybrid Marketing dalam sosialisasi Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk menganalisis dampak pemasaran digital melalui media sosial serta kunjungan langsung ke sekolah-sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi digital melalui media sosial, seperti Instagram dan Facebook, efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan calon mahasiswa melalui konten interaktif, tetapi belum sepenuhnya optimal dalam mengonversi minat menjadi pendaftaran. Sebaliknya, kunjungan langsung memiliki dampak lebih kuat dalam membangun kepercayaan dan meningkatkan keputusan pendaftaran, dengan kenaikan minat hingga 30% setelah kegiatan sosialisasi luring. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi mencakup terbatasnya cakupan audiens dalam promosi luring, kurangnya analisis metrik digital dalam kampanye daring, serta perbedaan akses informasi di kalangan calon mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, integrasi strategi pemasaran digital berbasis data dan pendekatan personal melalui interaksi langsung menjadi solusi optimal dalam menarik lebih banyak mahasiswa baru secara efektif.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure on company value in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. This research uses a simple linear regression method and descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The data collection method was carried out by looking at the financial reports and sustainability financial reports of each company used as a research sample and processed using the SPSS application. Based on the research results, it was concluded that partially the corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure variable had a significant effect on company value, as seen from the significance value of the t test results (partial test), namely with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. The resulting regression coefficient is 8.328, which is positive. This positive direction means that the corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure variable is directly proportional (in the same direction) to the company value variable. The value of the contribution determined through the results of the coefficient of determination test is 30.5%.

Abstract

This community service (PKM) activity was implemented in the form of training to increase the capacity of youth to defend the nation in Lapandewa Kaindewa Village, Lapandea District, South Buton Regency. The background to this activity was the challenge of declining nationalism and the weakening understanding of national values among the younger generation amidst the rapid flow of globalization. The method used was a qualitative descriptive approa ch, involving 40 participants consisting of village youth, youth organizations, and local youth leaders. The activity was carried out through the delivery of national insight and discipline, and included a follow-up plan. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in the training participants' understanding of the concept of national defense. The impact of this activity was felt not only by the participants but also by the wider community, with community enthusiasm and commitment to establishing a youth forum for nation al defense as a follow-up. Thus, this PKM makes a tangible contributi on to developing youth with a patriotic character and a role in nation al development in general and regional development in particular
