Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja komite sebagai badan pertimbangan, seabagai badan pendukung, sebagai badan pengontrol dan sebagai badan penghubung dalam manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Ternate. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian reduksi data, penyajian data dan simpulan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah komite sekolah dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Komite sekolah sebagai badan pertimbangan cukup baik dalam hal perencanaan sekolah, perencanaan program (kurikulum, PMB dan Penilaian), pengelolaan sumber daya pendidikan (SDM, S/P, Anggaran).  2) Komite sekolah sebagai badan pendukung cukup baik dalam hal pengelolaan sumber daya, pengelolaan saraan dan prasarana dan pengelolaan anggaran. 3) Komite sekolah sebagai pengontrol dalam hal Mengontrol perancanaan pendidikan, memantau perencanaan program sekolah dan memantau output pendidikan. 4) Komite sekolah sebagai badan penghubung cukup baik dalam hal Perencanaan, pelaksanaan program dan pengelolaan sumber daya pendidikan.Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Komite Sekolah, Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's managerial leadership in the implementation of school-based management. Descriptive qualitative research method with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis of data reduction research, data presentation and conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation of methods and sources. The results showed that the principal's managerial was effective and efficient in planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the implementation of school-based management in SMA Negeri 1 Ternate City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran metakognitif dan minat belajar terhadap hasil biologi siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 4 Kota Bau-bau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian expost facto dan bersifat korelasional yang dilakukan untuk meneliti variabel yang telah terjadi tanpa perlu memberikan perlakuan terhadap variabel tersebut. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel bebas kesadaran metakognitif (X1), minat belajar (X2) dan variabel terikat yaitu hasil belajar (Z). Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 4 Kota Bau-bau. Sampel penelitian terpilih dengan dengan teknik Proporsional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari - Maret 2024. Data yang diperoleh dari sampel penelitian berupa data kuantitatif. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan dua macam teknik analisis statistik, yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) versi 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran metakognitif dan minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 4 Kota Bau-bau.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the leadership of school principals in improving the performance of honorary teachers and what the supporting and inhibiting factors are. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the research subjects namely the principal and teacher council at SMA Negeri 3 South Halmahera. Data collection techniques used in research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the principal always provides guidance in terms of involving teachers in activities and training, supervising monitoring and monitoring in each class, carrying out supervision, as well as providing motivation and providing ideas and thoughts to teachers in improving the performance of honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 3 South Halmahera very good.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the committee as a deliberative body, as a supporting body, as a controlling body and as a liaison body in school-based management at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Ternate. Descriptive qualitative research method with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis research data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The subjects of this study were school committees and school principals. The research results showed that: 1). The school committee as a deliberative body was quite good in terms of school planning, program planning (curriculum, PMB and Assessment), management of educational resources (HR, S/P, Budget); 2) The school committee as a supporting body is quite good in terms of managing resources, managing facilities and infrastructure and managing the budget; 3) The school committee acts as a controller in terms of controlling educational planning, monitoring school program planning and monitoring educational output and 4) The school committee as a liaison body was quite good in terms of planning, program implementation and management of educational resources.Keywords: Performance, School Committee, School Based Management.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program in the Integrated Islamic High School environment in Ternate City and its impact on strengthening synergy between science and social fields in forming a superior generation. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of the MBKM principle at the high school level, although still in the adaptation stage, has encouraged cross-disciplinary collaboration through problem-based learning projects and contextual learning. Students are given space to develop their potential holistically, both in academic and character aspects. Collaboration between science and social teachers is key to integrating Islamic values with a scientific and humanistic approach. The conclusion of this study states that the implementation of MBKM at the Integrated Islamic High School in Ternate City makes a significant contribution to efforts to produce a superior generation intellectually, spiritually, and socially.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of social media use on learning behavior and mental health of students at SD Inpres 1 North Halmahera. This study examines how social media affects students' learning behavior and mental health. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. The data for this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were 40 students at SD Inpres 1 North Halmahera. Meanwhile, the research data collected were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that students aged 9 to 12 years, especially grades 4, 5, and 6, had a significant tendency to use social media every day, with grade 6 recording the largest number of users. There is a clear gender difference where female students are more active in using social media than male students. The most frequently used platforms are Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok. WhatsApp serves as the main tool for communication and academic discussion. Although social media provides several benefits such as access to learning materials, excessive use can interfere with students' learning focus. Many students spend more time socializing on social media than completing academic assignments which has the potential to reduce students' academic achievement. Dependence on social media can also result in difficulty concentrating and negative impacts on mental health, such as stress and anxiety.
