Abstract

Pondok Pesantren merupakan salah satu kelembagaan pesantren yang ada di Indonesia dengan beragam corak pengembangannya dikenal di masyarakat yang menjadi ujung tombak pendidikan dan pembinaan ajaran Agama Islam dimanapun dan kapanpun. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran Pengurus Pondok Pesantren Darusy Syafa’ah dalam pembinaan sholat lima waktu berjama’ah kepada santri putra serta Faktor-faktor pendukung dalam melakukan pembinaan sholat berjama’ah kepada santri putra. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus, karena dilihat dalam beberapa sudut pandang permasalahan dalam penelitian ini lebih tepat dan akurat menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Peran pengurus pondok pesantren memiliki peran aktif, pasif, serta partisipatif. Sedangkan peran aktifnya antara lain; 1) Melaksanakan oprak-oprak atau mengajak santri untuk melaksanakan sholat berjama’ah dengan mengelilingi setiap asrama. 2) Memberikan sanksi bagi santri yang meninggalkan sholat berjama’ah. 3) Memberikan pembinaan sholat berjama’ah berupa pembelajaran kitab fiqih dimadrasah diniyah. Kemudian peran pasif dari pengurus pondok pesantren terletak pada absen sidik jari sholat berjama’ah yang terletak dimasjid. Kegiatan absen ini pengurus pondok pesantren cenderung lebih menunggu rekapan absen selama 2 hari, sebab absen sidik jari ini akan merekap dengan otomatis dan pengurus pondok pesantren hanya tinggal ngeprint hasil dari rekapan absen tersebut. Sedangkan Peran partisipatif dari pondok pesantren terletak pada bentuk pengurus pondok pesantren bagian keamanan untuk menahan diri agar memberikan kesempatan bagi pengurus yang lain untuk memerankan peran dari pengurus bagian keamanan seperti contoh memberikan sanksi atau hukuman bagi santri yang tidak melaksanakan sholat berjama’ah.

Abstract

In general, community participation is often interpreted as a contribution of energy, money or goods in order to make a development program or project a success. In general, the relationship between schools and the community has a goal to be achieved, namely improving the quality of education, so that the community can feel the direct impact of improving the quality of education in the form of school progress.Library research or literature review is the research method used in this research. Several data and information were obtained regarding community involvement in educational institutions sourced from several journal articles and books as primary and secondary data sources. The school's relationship with the community includes the school's relationship with other schools, the school with the local government, the school with other agencies and departments, and the school with the community in general. First, educational relationships are cooperative relationships in terms of education/students, between teachers at school and parents in the family. Second, cultural relations are collaborative efforts between the school and the community which enable mutual development and development of the culture of the community where the school is located. Third, institutional relationships, namely cooperative relationships between schools and other official institutions or agencies, both private and government.

Abstract

Education has its origins in the term 'Learning'. Learning refers to relatively permanent transformations in behavior or behavioral potential that arise from reinforced experience or practice. Teaching materials in PAI learning at SMP IT Ar-Raihan are contextual using technology based on the Goodnote application, because the large influence of media (such as television, newspapers, magazines, internet and radio) on society indirectly influences the cognitive condition of students in The meaning of words for them is that it is easier to describe real (factual) events or things compared to imagining something abstract. So PAI learning using the Goodnote application has a significant impact on the learning outcomes carried out in class. This research uses the library research method or literature review based on several books and journals which are then collected into research conclusions. The research results show that there are several positive impact points obtained from PAI learning using the Goodnote application, including; a) using the Goodnote application in PAI learning helps students make digital summary notes of material. So that students no longer need to use paper notebooks which have the risk of being torn, wet, or even damaged due to student negligence. b) using the Goodnote application in PAI learning helps educators explain PAI material practically and systematically. Apart from that, it also makes it easier for educators to note various important points in each chapter or sub-chapter of material. C) using the Goodnote application in PAI learning helps to introduce technology in PAI learning so that educators and students are not technologically challenged and appear more modern and sophisticated.

Abstract

In Islamic family law, childcare (hadhanah) is a shared responsibility that emphasizes the best interests of the child and the principle of justice. Where the responsibility for care is not only borne by the mother, but is a shared task that must be carried out. This is clearly regulated in the Qur'an, Sunnah, or in positive law in Indonesia. However, in reality, the role of the mother is more dominant in childcare, while the father mostly focuses on meeting economic needs. So that with this phenomenon, questions arise regarding the division of parenting roles applied by Generation X and the Millennial Generation in Central Lampung, by reviewing the factors behind the division of parenting roles, and how they are in accordance with the principles of Islamic family law. This type of research is field research on Generation X and the Millennial Generation in four sub-districts in Central Lampung Regency. This research is descriptive, with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses an inductive thinking framework. The results of the study show that Generation X still tends to use traditional parenting, with the dominance of the mother's role in the domestic sphere. Meanwhile, the Millennial Generation is starting to show a more equal pattern, with increased involvement of fathers in parenting, although there are some families that still use the mother's domestic role. Differences in child care are influenced by several factors, namely, changes in social and cultural, economic and educational, residential environment, and special conditions/situations. A review of Islamic law shows that flexibility in parenting roles is justified as long as it is based on the principles of justice, responsibility, and protection of children. This study emphasizes the need for a contextual understanding of Islamic family law so that it can be applied adaptively in the dynamics of modern families.
