Abstract

Pemberlakuan kurikulum 2013 pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Luar Biasa (SMALB) memberlakukan kepada siswa untuk memperhatikan konsep pengetahuan deklaratif dalam pembelajaran, termasuk bagi siswa SMALB tuna netra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan deklaratif siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika SLB A Bina Insani Bandar Lampung. Subjek penelitian adalah guru matematika dan siswa kelas XI SLB A Bina Insani Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi waktu, yaitu dengan mencocokkan data perilaku metakognisi siswa tunanetra pada pengumpulan data kedua dan ketiga. Langkah-langkah dalam analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan deklaratif siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika meliputi mengingat informasi penting dalam pembelajaran, dapat menyajikan informasi dengan bahasa sendiri, dapat membandingkan dan membedakan konsep, mengetahui kesulitan dalam belajar, mengetahui strategi belajar diri sendiri, mengetahui sumber-sumber belajar, dan mengetahui tujuan soal, sedangkan perilaku metakognisi siswa tunanetra tentang pengetahuan prosedural dalam pembelajaran matematika meliputi mengetahui penerapan strategi belajar yang baik.

Abstract

The performance in question according that Wirawan is oriented to the outcome of a goodwork done by workers who are based on certain skills (profession) and work without beingbased on the work with expertise.The purpose of the research in this journal is to know thework of the administrative officer in the MAN of Lampung province.The results of this studyindicate that (a) the Planning of administrative performance in the Financial AdministrationService has been in accordance with the mechanism in arrange the planning performancemanagement, (b) the communication of the performance of the administration in the FinancialAdministration service has a managerial competence with its style so that it can improve theperformance of the administrative staff who serve the financial administration, (c) evaluationof the performance of administration in the financial administrative services to the supervisionto evaluate the quality of work of the administration in the financial services to the head ofadministration, (d) the development of the performance of the administration in the financialservices conducted through the motivation to improve knowledge through formal educationand training held by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Head of administration of MANLampung Province has shown good work in providing services, however not yet 100% butapproximately 90% already working provide good service for the satisfaction of teachers,students or interested parties. For example, work on assignments and requests according towhat is commanded. Administrative officers have many ways that can be done in improvingperformance, especially in providing services such as improving existing skills by providingand involving employees in all forms of training. Abstract

Salah satu faktor pendukung keberhasilan sebuah organisasi adalah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis GAP kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang meliputi; soft skill, hard skill, social skill, dan mental skill. Model Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan sebagai model analisis data. Penelitian melibatkan 17 tenaga pengajar yang dan 3 tenaga pendidikan yang ada di SMP X di Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masih terdapat kemampuan antara ketiga indikator dilihat dari perbandingan nilai standat dan nilai eksisting. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan SDM khususnya pada bidang pendidikan di Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to deepen and analyze the implementation and effectiveness of human resource management in the context of educational institutions in schools. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and documentation. The validity of this research is also obtained through the source triangulation technique, which compares the information obtained by the author with the theory used. Informants in this study consisted of school principals, administrative heads, and teachers. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the implementation of human resource management at SDIT Muhammadiyah has been carried out well, with a focus on four aspects; recruitment, training, compensation, and termination. The four main aspects studied by the author are in line with Schuler's theory and the opinions of the three informants studied. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of human resource management theory and practice, and provide useful guidance for educational institutions in improving the quality and effectiveness of human resource management.

Abstract

Education as a production process that produces successful graduates can be determined by the number of applicants and input components in an education system (Yohana et al, 2017). Prasejo (2010) said that education costs are a very important instrument input component in the implementation of education (in schools). There is almost no educational effort that can ignore the role of cost, so it can be said that without the cost of the education process, schools will not run. Research conducted by Sudarmono et al. (2021) revealed that education funding must refer to the standard education unit costs that have been set by a Ministerial Regulation based on the proposal of the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP). This education financing standard is expected to be used as a reference in the implementation of education at every level of education. Financing standards are standards governing the components and operating costs of educational units that are valid for one year. Financing standards include educational unit investment costs, personal costs, and educational unit operating costs (Mesiono Haidir, 2020).

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Sunan Pandanaran Lampung didirikan tahun 2018 merupakan afiliasi Pondok Pesantren Sunan Pandanaran di Yogyakarta. Lokasinya di Desa Banding Agung, Kecamatan Punduh Pidada, Kabupaten Pesawaran cukup jauh dari jalan utama sehingga penarikan saluran listrik tegangan rendah berjarak 2 km dari gardu distribusi PT. PLN (Persero) terdekat. Para santri yang berjumlah 22 orang sering mengalami kendala saat belajar dan mengulang hafalan Al Quran pada malam hari jika terjadi gangguan listrik PLN yang frekuensi pemadamannya agak sering pada musim hujan. Untuk itulah tim pengabdi menginstalasi sistem penerangan listrik tenaga surya pada posisi-posisi penting dalam menunjang aktivitas santri di malam hari. Pada kegiatan ini, 4 titik lampu DC 12 watt dengan panel surya berukuran 100 watt-peak dipasang lengkap dengan pengontrol cas dan baterai 12 volt. Hasil pemasangan panel surya dan lampu mendapat respon memuaskan dari pengelola pesantren dan para santri dimana cahaya lampu ini cukup untuk mendukung aktivitas santri pada saat malam.

Abstract

Arsip punya peranan penting bagi kelancaran aktivitas organisasi sebagai sumber informasi serta pusat ingatan. Tetapi, pada kenyataanya rendahnya apresiasi pada arsip akan jadi masalah hingganya arsip yang tidak dikelola dengan baik membuaat pencarian kembali arsip yang sudah disimpan akan semakin sulit. Menuntut adanya tenaga profesional serta fasilitas yang memadai supaya menunjang tahapan kearsipan hingganya akan mengarah pada peningkatan pengelolaan kearsipan. Dengan manajemen kearsipan, arsip akan gampang ditemukan bila mana diperlukan serta terjaga keaslianya. Metode yang dipakai pada riset ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. yang mengilustrasikan dengan sistematis fakta, objek serta karakteristik objek yang dikaji dengan tepat. Data yang diambil pada penelitian ini ialah Seperti apa Pelaksanaan Manajemen Kearsipan. Teknik yang dipakai ialah observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang dipakai riset ini ialah dengan cara melaksanakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data lalu verifikasi data. Adapun teknik yang dipakai supaya memastikan keabsahan data pada riset ini ialah teknik triangulasi sumber serta triangulasi teknik. Hasil riset yang diperoleh jika di SMPI Sirojul Munir Al-Ikhsan Melinting sudah melaksanakan dengan baik tahap Manajemen Kearsipannya. 1) penyusunan arsip, dilaksanakan dengan dua tahapan ialah penyusunan surat masuk serta surat keluar. 2) pemakaian arsip, dilaksanakan dengan mengelompokan arsip jadi arsip aktif serta in-aktif. 3) penyimpanan arsip, dilaksanakan dengan sistem penyimpanan kronologi. 4) pemeliharaan arsip, dilaksanakan tiap hari, tiap minggu, serta tiap tiga bulan sekali. 5) pemusnahan arsip, dilaksanakan dengan cara pemeriksaan, seleksi, pembakaran.

Abstract

In general, community participation is often interpreted as a contribution of energy, money or goods in order to make a development program or project a success. In general, the relationship between schools and the community has a goal to be achieved, namely improving the quality of education, so that the community can feel the direct impact of improving the quality of education in the form of school progress.Library research or literature review is the research method used in this research. Several data and information were obtained regarding community involvement in educational institutions sourced from several journal articles and books as primary and secondary data sources. The school's relationship with the community includes the school's relationship with other schools, the school with the local government, the school with other agencies and departments, and the school with the community in general. First, educational relationships are cooperative relationships in terms of education/students, between teachers at school and parents in the family. Second, cultural relations are collaborative efforts between the school and the community which enable mutual development and development of the culture of the community where the school is located. Third, institutional relationships, namely cooperative relationships between schools and other official institutions or agencies, both private and government.

Abstract

A nation that with a strong character will be able to reach the pinnacle of world civilization. The formation of national character can be done through educational institutions, both formal and non-formal. This study aims to analyze and find the form and practice of students' religious values at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study state that religious values ​​are implemented in the formation of the spiritual character of students at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. The implementation of religious values ​​in MAN 1 Bandar Lampung related to religious character is Tawakal, Syukur, Polite, and Sabar.

Abstract

This research focuses on human resource (HR) management at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) Ad Du'a, with the aim of analyzing the influence of HR management on teachers' professional competence and the success of Al-Qur'an learning. The background of this research is rooted in the challenges faced by TPQ in maintaining the quality of education amidst the high number of teacher resignations and suboptimal use of teaching aids. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey, involving 54 teachers and 760 students as a population, and using path analysis to test the hypotheses that have been determined. The research results show that HR management for Qur'an teachers has a significant effect on teacher professional competence with a contribution of 11.5%. In addition, teacher professional competence has a direct influence on learning success, contributing 46.5%. The analysis also reveals that HR management has a significant indirect influence on learning success through professional competence. This research reinforces the importance of systematic and effective human resource management, as well as the role of internal supervision and external supervision in improving the quality of learning. These findings provide insight for other educational institutions to optimize HR management to achieve better educational outcomes. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berfokus pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Ad Du’a, dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen SDM terhadap kompetensi profesional guru dan keberhasilan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an. Latar belakang penelitian ini berakar pada tantangan yang dihadapi TPQ dalam menjaga kualitas pendidikan di tengah tingginya angka pengunduran diri guru dan ketidakoptimalan penggunaan alat peraga. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei, melibatkan 54 guru dan 760 santri sebagai populasi, serta menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen SDM guru Qur’an berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 11,5%. Selain itu, kompetensi profesional guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran, berkontribusi sebesar 46,5%. Analisis juga mengungkapkan bahwa manajemen SDM memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran melalui kompetensi profesional. Penelitian ini memperkuat pentingnya pengelolaan SDM yang sistematis dan efektif, serta peran pengawasan internal dan supervisi eksternal dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi lembaga pendidikan lain untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen SDM demi mencapai hasil pendidikan yang lebih baik.
