Abstract

Hospital administrators' services should be directed towards their goals, but in reality this is not always the case. For this reason, implementation behavior must be able to be measured through legal regulations. This article has discovered the principle of legal certainty for good hospital management in Indonesia. Using normative legal research methods, the principle of legal certainty in the administration of hospitals in Indonesia is found through division of labor by specializing the work of medical staff and corporate staff using the same methods and procedures which are guided by the principles: (1) Division clear work; (2) Condition factors of the community served; (3) humanitarian goals and equality before the law; (4) Hospital By Laws which are guided and based on and in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution which consist of corporate by laws, medical staff by laws, Nurse By Laws and Other Health by laws, which have so far been only corporate by laws and medical staff by laws. These principles should be made positive, so that benefit and justice for all parties can be realized for the sake of legal certainty for better health services in hospitals in Indonesia.

Abstract

Media sosial telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan remaja, termasuk siswa SMP. Meskipun memiliki berbagai manfaat, media sosial juga membawa dampak negatif, seperti penurunan konsentrasi belajar, risiko kecanduan, dan paparan informasi yang tidak sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa SMP Kartika terhadap dampak media sosial melalui kegiatan sosialisasi yang terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 100 siswa sebagai sampel. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan penyebaran materi edukasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap dampak media sosial, yang diukur melalui pre-test dan post-test. Rata-rata nilai kesadaran siswa meningkat sebesar 35%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terkait penggunaan media sosial yang bijak.

Abstract

Seizure of collateral (conservatoir beslag) aims to prevent the transfer of assets during the judicial process. Problems arise when the seized assets are claimed by a third party who is not directly involved in the dispute. This study analyzes the judge's considerations and the legal consequences of the decision of Case No. 28/PDT/2018/PT BGL on the rights of third parties. The Bengkulu High Court overturned the decision of the Bengkulu District Court and confirmed that the seizure of collateral remains valid, causing the third party (Siti Zahara) to lose her rights to the disputed land. The deed of agreement and power of attorney to sell that she owned were not recognized because they were not registered with the BPN. Other legal consequences are that the third party cannot file a re-claim (ne bis in idem), cannot change the name of the certificate, and bears the costs of the case. Legal efforts that can still be taken include a Judicial Review (PK) to the Supreme Court if there is new evidence, a PMH lawsuit, negotiation, or a complaint to the Judicial Commission and Ombudsman. In conclusion, the status of seizure of collateral is stronger than a claim of ownership based on a deed of agreement. Therefore, the third party must ensure the legality of ownership through official registration at the BPN in order to avoid legal problems.

Abstract

Another change in the administration of hospitals today is the development of the function of hospitals, which previously only provided health services, to become broader based on Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health. Article 197 of the Health Law provides for the expansion of health human resources into Medical Personnel, Health Personnel and Health Support or Support Personnel. The addition of health human resources in the form of Supporting Personnel or Health Support can be interpreted as part of encouraging the implementation of the development of hospital functions as intended in Article 184 paragraph (3) of the Health Law. The presence of non-medical health human resources (medical personnel and health workers) will strengthen the function of hospitals now and in the future. Through normative legal research and approaches to written legislation, and other written legal materials, the results were obtained that the preparation of hospital bylaws does not only contain corporate bylaws and medical staff bylaws, but must also be adapted to developments in the orientation, function and form of hospital services after the enactment of the Health Law.

Abstract

Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap berbagai bencana alam, termasuk gempa bumi, tsunami, banjir, tanah longsor, gelombang ekstrim, dan kekeringan. Kondisi ini menuntut strategi mitigasi yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mendampingi pemerintah desa dan masyarakat dalam mengintegrasikan Pengurangan Risiko Bencana (PRB) dan Adaptasi Perubahan Iklim (API) ke dalam dokumen perencanaan desa (RPJMDes dan RKPDes). Metode yang digunakan berbasis partisipatif, meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, pemetaan risiko, penyusunan Rencana Aksi Komunitas (RAK), dan fasilitasi integrasi ke dokumen perencanaan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap potensi risiko, kemampuan menyusun rencana mitigasi dan adaptasi sesuai kondisi lokal, serta penguatan kapasitas desa menghadapi bencana. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi PRB dan API untuk membangun desa yang tangguh, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan.
