<![CDATA[Menurut Hasil pengamatan pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan sastra Indonesia tingkat 2 ditemukan suatu permasalahan yaitu hanya 40% mahasiswa yang mampu menulis meresensi novel. Hal ini tentu harus segera diatasi, mengingat kemampuan dalam meresensi amat penting guna meningkatkan mutu hasil pembelajaran. Diduga kurang tepatnya metode pembelajaran menulis resensi novel yang diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. <![CDATA[This study attempts to describe the pragmatic aspects contained in Axis advertising. The method used in this study used a qualitative approach with descriptive-analysis method. The purpose of this study to determine the meaning contained in Axis advertising in terms of pragmatic. The result of this research is the use of language in Axis advertisement get 4 kinds in a pragmatic aspect that is, direct speech act, an act of directive speech, an act of speech illocution, and not representative speech. In addition, the use of language in axis ads is only to attract viewers to buy their products and means that in axis ads very sparingly if used for browsing like video calls, streaming video, and upload photos.]]>

<![CDATA[This service is motivated by the problem of the number of provocative news that is distributed and published by citizens on social media (social media). Social media users can hide their identity which allows the emergence of unlimited communication that interferes with communication. There is no distance between social status and profession in social media, even the small people can easily comment instead criticize the leader directly. That is why messages written in social media can easily be spread and spread over a wide range and in a short period of time which then becomes viral (meaning to spread quickly and broadly like a virus). The purpose of this service is to explain the profile of provocative news that spreads on social media, the profile of pages that often contain provocative news, literacy development to ward off provocative news using theories of communication science, journalism, and farming. Provocative news tends to be close to hoak news, because news that contains hate speech will display fact manipulation to justify his hatred. Especially if the discourse is considered as a journalistic product (news). Whereas a news that is recognized as a journalistic product must be neutral and comply with the Journalistic Code of Ethics. Every news has different characteristics in terms of the depth of coverage, the depth of the facts, the speed of coverage, even in terms of the difficulty of reporting and writing. This service uses a qualitative approach to the method descriptive. Researchers will record in detail everything that can be achieved through empirical. The target in this service is 50 Subang District teachers. The results of this dedication can be concluded that after attending this counseling the teachers can distinguish provocative news so that they can convey their knowledge in school, especially to students.]]>

<![CDATA[Research in this journal relates to the definition of prokem language, language analysis of the prokem, as well as the use of language prokem in social media . Prokem language is a slang language in certain circles and has become a colloquial language that is used by the public. Social media play a role for the spread of language p rokem more broadly, because social media is one way people to communicate between individuals with individuals and groups in a group. In addition, social media also penye bab the existence of language variations . The use of language in this social media prokem, will be examined using qualitative descriptive method to process data. Data collected by using simak method assisted by advanced technique in the form of technique of note and technique used is random sampling technique. The data taken comes from social media such as facebook, whatsapp, line, and instagram. This study examines the canges based on phonological structure, the language vocabulary of the prokem, the process of formation of the morphological language of the prokem, and the type of meaning in the language of the prokem.]]>

<![CDATA[Poetry is an expression of the soul through beautiful words. Poetry can motivate any reader who wants to know the meaning of the meaning implied in a poem through analysis. With this, the authors are interested in conducting research by analyzing the poem by W.S Rendra, entitled "Burung Hitam" using a semiotic approach. Semiotics is an approach that examines science in studying the signs contained in a literary work. Semiotics has a very important role in building a poem so that it can provide an overview and understanding to the reader. The purpose of this study, namely to analyze the meaning and describe the results of the analysis of the poetry semiotics. W.S Rendra's poem "Burung Hitam" packs his poetry freely with figurative words. The poem "Burung Hitam" is analyzed and discussed semiotically in order to find out about the meanings and linguistic signs contained in the poem. The method in this research is descriptive which analyzes the meaning content of the poem "Burung Hitam" which is studied semiotics which is an approach in studying the signs in a poem. The result of semiotic analysis research on the poem "Burung Hitam" means that there is a relationship between a marker and a marker by describing a love from the poet to his idol who is very strong and is equipped with a loyalty that is mysterious in nature or kept secret as a sign (signified) with the sign. (signifier).]]>

<![CDATA[In teaching first language, the child is able to master the language by imitating what their mother says. Through their mother's mimic activity, the child is able to develop their language and knowledge of the structure and patterns of their mother tongue. In addition, the language controlled by the child resulting from the imitation of their mother tongue is not good and true in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian language. This is what causes errors in language of young learners. Such language errors can be eliminated by instilling good and proper language habits by both mother and family. In addition, children can be trained from an early age so that the language is not deviant. In the process of language development of children, speech language errors are included in the discussion of error analysis in phonology. A speech error is an error pronouncing the word so that it deviates from the raw speech. The aims of this studies are to determine the errors of language in young learners and what words are the language pronunciation itself. The research design are: (1) the initial stage is the preparation stage to identify and search the literature study, especially with reference to related journals. (2) after the problem is identified and the basics of literature study are collected, the next stage conducts data collection with direct observation or observation. (3) after collected, recorded, documented, then analyzed by utilizing existing sources. (4) evaluate to get observation data to be used as a research result.]]>

<![CDATA[In Indonesia, the interest in reading in all circles is still lacking, especially students and students who are usually involved in the world of education. Because people who are less aware of the benefits of literacy. In addition, there are quite a lot of obstacles that occur when reading. When the government makes a policy to build a culture of literacy through ways of getting students to read for 10-15 minutes before learning begins. This study intends to determine the influence and obstacles of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program on reading hobbies among students at the Assyukur Bakti Health Vocational School. The subjects in this study were students of Assyukur Bakti Health Vocational School. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) What is meant by literacy? 2) What are the obstacles in literacy? 3) The approach used in this study is qualitative research. The data collection technique is done by questionnaire, observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study found that students' fondness for reading increased can be seen from the results of the questionnaire which showed the results that the students of reading were reading as gifts after the School Literacy Movement. Literacy culture can be improved, their reading activities can be observed, and their reading skills develop well by cultivating a culture of literacy in students.]]>

<![CDATA[Education must be adapted to the development of the times so that the academics are required to innovate by utilizing the sophistication of technology as a source of learning, learning media, and teaching and learning process. The development of globalization has an impact on the character of children today who are considered alarming. This can be seen from the development of personality and social development that is not in accordance with religious norms, cultural norms, and social norms prevailing in society. Children tend to be so selfish that they don't like to work together, can't respect their parents or teachers, often they are trapped in the world of crime and drugs. Efforts to instill the values of character education in children in the millennial era can be done by integrating subjects through technology, for example in learning Indonesian language children are assigned to memca poems, short stories, or novels which contain elements of moral values contained in literary works on the Internet. The formulation of the problems in this study are as follows: a) What are the values of character education contained in the short stories of IKIP Siliwangi students? b) What character education values are most contained in the short stories of IKIP Siliwangi students? This research is a qualitative study using descriptive analytical methods. Judging on the basis of methods and objectives, this research includes research and development.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan serta mendeskripsikan isi teks pidato berbahasa Indonesia presiden RI kepada TNI Polri yang mengandung tindak tutur ilokusi dan perlokusi. Serta bertujuan mencari maksud yang terkandung dibalik teks pidato dalam pengarahan presiden RI kepada peserta rapat Pimpinan TNI dan Polri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui metode simak dengan teknik sadap serta berlanjut pada teknik simak catat. Objek penelitian ini adalah teks pidato presiden RI dalam pengarahan kepala pimpinan TNI dan Polri yang diakses melalui akun resmi sekretariat Presiden. Teknik sadap sebagai pengumpulan data yang selanjutnya berlanjut dengan simak catat. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan peneliti melalui metode sadap dan dilanjutkan simak catat menunjukan hasil kalimat dan frasa pada teks pidato yang terdapat dua tindak tutur ilokusi representatif, tiga direktif, tiga ekspresif, dua komisif, dan empat deklaratif. Sedangkan untuk tindak tutur perlokusi terdapat dua perlokusi representatif, 5 direktif, dan satu komisif ]]>
