The results of the research data analysis conclude that entrepreneurial orientation (EO), entrepreneurship insight (EI), and information technology adoption (ITA) have a positive and significant effect on business performance (BP). The research results will provide deeper insight into the influence of EO, EI, and ITA on the business performance of MSMEs in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research can also provide recommendations for MSME actors and policymakers to increase the competitiveness of small businesses through implementing entrepreneurial strategies and adopting technology. Thus, this research contributes to the development of MSME business theory and practice in the digital era and supports efforts to improve the performance of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital marketing, entrepreneurial ecosystem, and knowledge management on the competitive advantage of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative sector in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on MSME actors in the creative sector in various regions in Indonesia. The research sample consisted of 180 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression techniques to test the causal relationship between the variables studied. The results of the research data analysis concluded that digital marketing, entrepreneurial ecosystem, and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. The conclusion of this study confirms that digital marketing can increase market reach and promotion effectiveness. A strong entrepreneurial ecosystem, characterized by policy support, access to funding, and business networks, contributes to creating sustainable competitiveness for MSMEs. Abstract

This research aims to develop a business sustainability model in Indonesia's Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector by examining the role of financial literacy, innovation capability and knowledge management as the main predictors. The research method uses a quantitative survey design involving 350 MSME players in various industrial sectors in Indonesia. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire, which was analysed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The research results show that financial literacy, innovation capability, and knowledge management positively and significantly influence the sustainability of MSME businesses, both partially and simultaneously. These findings provide practical implications for MSME actors and policymakers to prioritise capacity-building programs in these three areas to build a stronger sustainability foundation. In addition, this research enriches the literature regarding strategies for strengthening MSMEs in developing countries, while also opening opportunities for further studies that integrate external factors such as government support and digital technology within the framework of business sustainability models.
