Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of e-module development in the science learning process at the fourth grade elementary school level, especially in the material "Form and Function of Body Parts in Plants". This type of research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which describes the research results into several stages, namely the analysis, design and development stages. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the use of E-modules in the learning process is very helpful in increasing the effectiveness of learning in order to achieve learning goals. Apart from that, the use of e-module media can also increase students' enthusiasm and interest in understanding learning.

Abstract

In order to achieve educational goals optimally, effectively and efficiently, the educational process cannot be separated from education management. Education management is divided into several fields, one of which is the field of educational personnel. Personnel are all members of the organization who work for the benefit of the organization, namely to achieve the goals that have been determined. The field of personnel development is also called the entire structuring process that is related to the problem of obtaining and using labor to achieve the goals of the school that have been predetermined. The purpose of the field of educational personnel is to utilize labor effectively and efficiently to achieve maximum results, which is in the form of a result, product or production. Personnel administration consists of two types, namely educational personnel and non-educational personnel. The importance of personnel management in improving the quality of education is the main key to the success of achieving educational goals. Personnel are required to know the potential that exists around them and utilize them effectively and efficiently to improve the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

Character education in the digital era faces various complex challenges. Rapid advances in technology mean that children spend more time in cyberspace, such as playing games and social media, rather than opening learning sites. In this research, the method used is a qualitative descriptive method with literature study. The research results show that there are several challenges to character education in the digital era, including balance aspects, safety and security aspects, cyberbullying aspects, and copyright aspects. In overcoming these challenges, strategies that can be used are digital education, parental involvement and supervision, limiting screen time, and encouraging social interaction.
