Abstract

Siswa dan siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Penerbangan Sriwijaya dengan kompetensi keahlian Usaha Perjalanan Wisata membutuhkan bekal ilmu dan pengetahuan tambahan sebelum memulai Praktik Kerja Lapangan di bandar udara agar dapat melaksanakan praktik kerja dan mendapatkan pengalaman kerja dengan optimal. Ketika berhubungan dengan pelanggan; dalam hal ini calon penumpang dan pengguna jasa bandar udara lainnya, pelayanan prima serta penanganan penumpang (termasuk bagasi) perlu dipelajari tidak hanya berdasarkan teori, namun juga workshop di laboratorium (hangar). Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan bandar udara, maskapai, dan ground handling; service excellence; passenger and baggage handling; serta penanganan kargo dan bea cukai. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan tiga metode, yaitu metode ceramah, metode tutorial, dan metode praktik di kampus Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Kedirgantaraan Yogyakarta, baik di dalam kelas dan di dalam laboratorium (hangar). Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa dan siswi meningkat. Siswa dan siswi tersebut juga dapat mempraktikkan penanganan penumpang, bagasi, dan kargo dengan baik.

Abstract

Angkutan udara saat ini terus berkembang, meliputi pergerakan pesawat, penumpang, dan kargo. Penyelenggaraan angkutan udara melibatkan penggunaan pesawat terbang sebagai sarana utama transportasi udara, dilengkapi dengan bandar udara yang berfungsi sebagai infrastruktur vital bagi perjalanan udara. Fasilitas biasanya menawarkan berbagai layanan, termasuk yang terkait dengan sisi udara dan sisi darat. Sisi udara terdiri dari infrastruktur yang diperlukan dan fasilitas tambahan, sedangkan sisi darat menampilkan bangunan terminal penumpang. Menyikapi perkembangan bandar udara dibutuhkan peningkatan kapasitas pelayanan sarana prasarana, berkaitan dengan keselamatan peralatan penyelamatan kecelakaan penerbangan dan peralatan pemadam kebakaran. Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor KM 103 Tahun 2020, kategori PKP-PK di Bandar Udara Raja Haji Fisabilillah Kategori VI (enam), dari katagori tersebut yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Perhubungan penulis ingin mengetahui kondisi fasilitas dan pemeliharaan alat PKP-PK. Berdasarkan Peraturan Udara Nomor PR 30 Tahun 2022 yang dikelurkan Dirjen Perhubungan Udara disebutkan Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan dan Pemadam Kebakaran (PKP-PK), sesuai dengan kategori spesifikasi bandar udara dan pesyaratan PKP-PK. Metodologi penelitian kualitatif melibatkan penerapan prosedur ilmiah secara sistematis yang ditujukan untuk mengungkapkan makna, pengertian, konsep, ciri, gejala, simbol, dan deskripsi fenomena. Studi ini menggabungkan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Fasilitas dan pemeliharaan fasilitas yang mendukung tugas pokok dan fungsi unit PKP-PK di Bandar Udara Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang secara umum telah sesuai dengan standar pemeliharaan yang tercantum dalam Keputusan Direktur Jendaral Perhubungan Udara Nomor : PR 30 Tahun 2022 tentang Standar Teknis dan Operasional Peraturan Keselamatan Penerbangan Sipil Bagian 139 (Manual Of Standard CASR Prat 139) Volume IV Pelayanan Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan dan Pemadam Kebakaran (PKP-PK).

Abstract

Apron movement control personnel must have a license or competency certificate to prevent human error from occurring due to negligence of personnel at work. Drivers who drive GSE vehicles exceeding the maximum limit do not know the rules on the Air side, officers who do not wear vests when on the apron, and taxi way charie under repair. This study aims to determine the performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in supporting flight security and safety at Supadio Pontianak International Airport, to find out the obstacles encountered by Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. In supporting flight safety and security at Supadio Pontianak Airport, and to find out the efforts made to improve the performance of AMC officers in supporting flight safety and security at Supadio Pontianak Airport. In conducting research, the author uses qualitative research methods, which aim to find, analyze and manage data obtained from direct events that occur in the field by understanding social interactions through interviews and observations. This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II (persero) Supadio Pontianak International Airport at the Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit from 01 January 2023 to 30 January 2023. Data analysis techniques used in this study include: data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the AMC unit at Supadio Pontianak International Airport has been very good at supporting flight safety and security as seen from the personnel. Actions to overcome safety and security risks that are implemented in the work environment of the AMC unit are implemented by plotting parking stands and coordination with towers and GH. The obstacles encountered by the AMC unit included the lack of Apron Movement Control unit personnel, as well as the condition of Charlie's taxiway which had a slight crack which could result in accidents and incidents. Efforts are being made to improve the performance of AMC unit officers in supporting flight security and safety, namely by minimizing existing human resources so that they can run well and stay focused on the duties of each AMC unit personnel.

Abstract

The addition of the capacity of the domestic departure terminal room greatly affects passengers in terms of the quality of services provided by the airport, which can be assessed by passengers, in terms of meeting the needs of passengers. Passengers will feel satisfied if their needs and desires have been met. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the effect of increasing the capacity of the domestic departure terminal space on the quality of public services at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. 2) To find out how big the effect of increasing the capacity of the domestic departure terminal space on the quality of public services at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This study employed a quantitative research method. The research approach used was inferential statistics. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The number of samples was taken using the Slovin technique. The number of research respondents was as many as 100 passengers. The analysis used to answer the problem formulation was a simple linear regression analysis assisted by using the SPSS v.24.0 computer statistical application program. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of increasing the capacity of the domestic departure terminal space on the quality of public services at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This is evidenced by the significant value of 0.00. Besides the addition of the domestic departure terminal room capacity contributes to the quality of public services at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar by 47.5%.

Abstract

Recently, china or what we know as the bamboo curtain country was shocked by the news that one of its 55-years-old citizens from Wuhan, Hubei Province, was infected with a new deadly virus on November 17, 2019. which then spread as a worldwide pandemic. A new type of coronavirus known as SARS-CoV-2 is the cause of this pandemic. In Indonesia, the first case of this virus was found in March 2020. This virus in Indonesia causes an increasing number of deaths, the government’s efforts to accelerate the handling of COVID-19, especially for the aviation sector, by published the circular of the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Covid-19 Number 4 of 2020 which limits the travel of people to or from an area in order to accelerate the handling of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. This is one of the triggers for the decreased in the number of passengers at Kupang El Tari International Airport. This type of research is a mixed type of research with a comparative descriptive method, which is to compare the period before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In this study, the author only wants to explain the existing data. The method used in this study is a mixed method because the variables studied used data in the form of numbers and verbal data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the number of passengers in 2019 and 2020 is different.The number of departing passengers at Kupang El Tari International Airport in 2020 are fluctuated. Sometimes up and sometimes down. So, the decrease in the number of passengers from 2019 - 2020 was 44% or 358,324 passengers. So the decrease is significant.

Abstract

An airport is a land and water area with certain boundaries that is used as a place for aircraft to land and take off, boarding and dropping passengers, loading and unloading goods, and places for intra and inter-mode transportation, which are equipped with aviation safety and security facilities, as well as other facilities. products and other supporting facilities. Lion Air is the largest private airline in Indonesia, where the airline controls most of the domestic market share. This study used qualitative research methods. Qualitative research methods are often called naturalistic research methods because the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural settings). The results of this study explain the marketing strategy at the Air Lion Airline which, the challenges of implementing MPR include HR implementing Marketing Public Relations must be able to develop and improve IT capabilities on the basis of intellectual capacity, must understand data from research results, must understand the flow of research base data analysis , and coordination with related parties so that there is no coordination gap, must be able to have good relations with management who is the decision maker, HR implementing Marketing Public Relations must have a team leader mindset, and provide input to superiors.
