Abstract

This article presents an analysis of the relationship between service management in the context of Islamic education with principles taken from verses of the Qur'an and hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Service management is seen as a key element in the management of Islamic educational institutions to provide the best experience to learners, educators, and other related parties. The type of research used is a literature study. The source of research data comes from various relevant literature including the Quran and hadith, books, and scientific articles. Data analysis techniques are carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that service management in the context of Islamic education management is an approach used to manage services or facilities related to the implementation of Islamic education. Key principles such as honesty, fairness, responsibility, and empathy, found in Islamic sources, are analyzed in the context of their application in educational management. In addition, the importance of communication skills, leadership, as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that are in line with Islamic teachings are also clarified. Taking these principles into account, managers of educational institutions can ensure the overall and sustainable achievement of Islamic educational goals, as well as make a meaningful contribution in the formation of character and morality of learners in accordance with Islamic values

Abstract

The implementation of the reward system will affect employee performance, as well as teachers. This study aims to determine the system of giving Islamic education rewards. The research method used is a literature study. Data sources in this study consist of primary data sources obtained from journals or articles and books related to the management of educators and education personnel. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of data analysis show that Islam teaches that in giving rewards in education is oriented to sincere intentions, dimensions of the world and the hereafter, the importance of morality, and the role of managers of educational institutions

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the environmental care character formation program at SMPN 13 Sijunjung, describe effective strategies, and identify efforts to reduce plastic waste in schools. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study involved the principal, vice principal, teachers, students, and parents. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews, analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that environmental care characters have been formed through daily habits, supported by strategic school management including teacher training, socialization campaigns, curriculum integration, recycling facilities, collaboration with related parties, and periodic evaluations. This article is expected to increase environmental awareness and actions among junior high school students

Abstract

Implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebagai amanat Kurikulum Merdeka menghadapi berbagai tantangan di lapangan. Implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebagai amanat Kurikulum Merdeka menghadapi berbagai tantangan di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bagaimana guru IPA di Program Sekolah Penggerak memanajemen tantangan tersebut melalui Penelitian ini. Seiring dengan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan pembelajaran berpusat pada murid, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menjadi strategi kunci, namun implementasinya di lapangan menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data utama adalah empat orang guru IPA yang dipilih secara bertujuan (purposive sampling) dari empat sekolah yang berbeda. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berjalan sebagai suatu sistem yang terintegrasi, adaptif, dan reflektif. Perencanaan yang berbasis data asesmen diagnostik secara proaktif digunakan untuk merancang diferensiasi pada konten, proses, dan produk. Pelaksanaan yang efektif terwujud melalui peran guru sebagai fasilitator yang secara fleksibel mengelola ragam aktivitas belajar dan memberikan otonomi kepada siswa. Evaluasi berfungsi sebagai mekanisme reflektif di mana datanya digunakan untuk menyempurnakan strategi diferensiasi pada siklus pembelajaran berikutnya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi tidak hanya terletak pada penguasaan strategi, tetapi pada kapabilitas manajerial guru dalam mengorkestrasi seluruh komponen pembelajaran secara sistemik.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan  di SMPN 14   Sijunjung.   Penelitian   ini   menggunakan   metode   kualitatif   dengan desain   fenomologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan dua  orang  guru   SMPN 14 Sijunjung. Instrumen   penelitian   ini  adalah  lembar  wawancara,  dengan  mengumpulkan  data  melalui  wawancara.  Teknik  pengumpulan data  melalui  wawancara,  analisis  dokumen  dan  triangulasi  untuk  menjamin  keabsahan  data.  Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa strategi  yang  digunakan  oleh kepala  sekolah  di SMPN 14  Sijunjung dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada stuan pendidikan. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan strategi yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan guru dan lembaga adalah penting.  Penelitian  ini  memberikan  kontribusi penting bagi satuan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan  pada stuan pendidikan.
