Abstract

This research aims to find out the leadership of Islamic educational institutions in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hifzil Qur'an. The approach of this research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The informant in this study is the Deputy Head of Madrasah for Curriculum at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hifzil Qur'an Medan who was selected using puposive sampling techniques. The data collection technique from this mini research is observation. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the heads of madrassas in Islamic educational institutions show democratic leadership traits such as attention, discipline, initiative, wisdom, openness, and stable emotions in their daily actions. There are five strategies used to encourage the performance of teachers and education personnel, namely (1) involving education personnel (accompanying teachers) and school personnel in foundation training and related agencies, (2) providing opportunities for teachers to develop learning methods in the classroom, (3) observing or supervising classroom teaching, (4) evaluating teacher performance, and (5) giving awards or giving awards to teachers and staff.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana penggunaan model pembelajaran penemuan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam berbagai konteks pendidikan. Peneliti mengumpulkan dan menganalisis literatur yang berkaitan dengan model pembelajaran penemuan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran penemuan adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Model ini memberi siswa kesempatan untuk belajar lebih banyak dari apa yang mereka pelajari.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu pilar utama dalam pembangunan suatu bangsa. Dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, pendekatan sistem menjadi salah satu strategi yang efektif. Pendekatan ini pentingnya interaksi antara berbagai komponen pendidikan, termasuk kurikulum, pengajaran, manajemen, dan evaluasi. Dengan memahami pendidikan sebagai suatu sistem yang saling terkait, kita dapat mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan sistem pendekatan dalam konteks pendidikan di Indonesia. Melalui analisis mendalam terhadap berbagai model pendidikan dan praktik terbaik dari berbagai daerah, penelitian ini menemukan kolaborasi bahwa antara pemangku kepentingan, seperti pemerintah, pendidik, dan masyarakat, sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi juga terbukti meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan sistem pendekatan secara holistik, sekolah-sekolah dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari kajian ini mencakup pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih relevan, peningkatan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta penguatan peran orang tua dalam proses pendidikan. Dengan demikian, sistem pendekatan tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan, tetapi juga membangun fondasi yang kuat untuk masa depan generasi mendatang.

Abstract

Data dari International Labour Organization, terdapat sebanyak 2,78 juta pekerja meninggal setiap tahun karena kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja Tahun 2018. Puskesmas merupakan suatu institusi yang mempunyai risiko berasal dari fisik, kimia, biologi, ergonomi dan psikososial. Untuk meminimalisir risiko akibat kerja maka perlu penerapan K3 di puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan K3 di puskesmas Biak. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitaf. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas kesehatan di puskesmas Biak sebanyak 71 orang yang ada di area puskesmas Biak, dengan teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling, dengan mengambil seluruh populasi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 11 indikator standar K3 indikator yang telah diterapkan sebesar 5 indikator yaitu pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala, pemberian imunisasi, pembudayaan PHBS, pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, pengelolaan peralatan medis. Dan tidak terpenuhi sebesar 6 indikator yaitu pengenalan potensi bahaya dan pengendalian risiko, penerapan kewaspadaan standar, penerapan prinsip ergonomi, kesiapsiagaan menghadapi kondisi darurat bencana termasuk kebakaran, pengelolaan B3 dan limbah B3, pengelolaan limbah domestik. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini penerapan K3 pada petugas kesehatan di wilayah kerja puskesmas Biak masuk dalam kriteria penilaian penerapan cukup baik. Saran bagi pihak puskesmas Biak wajib menyelenggarakan pemenuhan standar K3 sesuai Permenkes No 52 Tahun 2018 disemua fasyankes wajib menyelenggarakan standar K3.  Data from the International Labor Organization shows that 2.78 million workers died every year due to work accidents and work-related diseases in 2018. Community health centers are institutions that have risks originating from physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic and psychosocial factors. To minimize work-related risks, it is necessary to implement K3 in community health centers. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of K3 in the Biak health center. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was all 71 health workers at the Biak health center in the Biak health center area, with a sampling technique using total sampling, taking the entire population. The instruments used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that of the 11 standard K3 indicators, 5 indicators have been implemented, namely periodic health checks, provision of immunizations, PHBS culture, management of facilities and infrastructure, management of medical equipment. And 6 indicators were not met, namely recognition of potential hazards and risk control, application of standard precautions, application of ergonomic principles, preparedness for emergency disaster conditions including fire, management of B3 and B3 waste, management of domestic waste. The conclusion in this research is that the application of K3 to health workers in the work area of ​​the Biak Community Health Center falls within the assessment criteria for fairly good implementation. Suggestions for Biak health centers are that they are required to fulfill K3 standards in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 52 of 2018. All health facilities are required to implement K3 standards.

Abstract

The development of embroidery services in the garment industry in Bandung is significant, garnering government attention as a driver of the country's economy. However, this sector has not yet become an independent sector and a pillar of the national economy. This study aims to determine the risks inherent in the embroidery services sector, as its operational activities pose various potential risks, both operationally, financially, and through human resources. The embroidery business is part of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. interviews, and documentation of service business owners and employees. Promotion is carried out through approaches between businesses, or clothing businesses that collaborate with embroidery services. This is because, in the embroidery service environment, there are several businesses producing clothing, jackets, and Levi's pants. The results of the study indicate that the main risks faced include the risk of machine damage, delays in orders, fluctuations in material prices, and dependence on skilled labor. Strategies implemented to control these risks include conducting routine machine maintenance and establishing intensive communication with customers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze risk management within the local Korean-style fashion MSME MadebyHara using the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, utilizing direct observation and in-depth interviews with the business owner to identify, assess, and categorize business risks. The findings reveal 14 key risks classified into market, marketing, financial, operational, human resource, and legal–reputation risks. Based on the risk matrix analysis, two risks fall into the high-risk category: intense competition with local Korean-style fashion brands and human error during packing and product delivery. Six risks are categorized as medium-level risks, including rapid changes in fashion trends, decreasing consumer purchasing power, declining social media engagement, unstable material supply, production delays, and customer complaints. Meanwhile, six other risks are identified as low-level risks. The results indicate that marketing and operational aspects represent the most significant sources of risk for MadebyHara. This study recommends several mitigation strategies, such as strengthening branding, enhancing product design innovation, implementing strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control, diversifying suppliers, and improving workforce competence. Consistent application of ERM is expected to improve business resilience and support the sustainability of MadebyHara in the competitive fashion industry..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze risk management within the operational activities of the Fotocopy Maju Jaya micro-enterprise using a 3×3 risk matrix through the stages of risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach supported by observations and interviews, the study identifies 28 risks that fall into six categories: market, marketing, financial, operational, human resources, and legal risks. The evaluation using the 3×3 matrix indicates that one risk is categorized as high, twelve risks as medium, and fifteen as low. The highest risk concerns the absence of a routine service schedule for photocopy machines, which may interrupt operations during peak periods. Medium-level risks are mainly related to the absence of standard operating procedures, limited employee skills, unstable cash flow, and insufficient promotional activities. The findings highlight that operational continuity depends heavily on equipment maintenance, workforce competence, and structured procedures. The study recommends implementing routine maintenance, establishing clear SOPs, enhancing employee training, digitizing financial recording systems, and completing business legality requirements to improve operational performance and support the sustainability of Fotocopy Maju Jaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kebijakan pendidikan dalam peningkatan kualitas guru di era digital melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis. Pokok masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana kebijakan pendidikan dapat mendukung pengembangan kompetensi guru agar mampu menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan mengumpulkan, memilah, dan menganalisis berbagai penelitian terdahulu terkait kebijakan pendidikan dan kualitas guru di era digital yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah terindeks pada rentang waktu terbaru. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa kebijakan pendidikan yang efektif mencakup integrasi teknologi dalam pelatihan guru, penyediaan infrastruktur digital, serta dukungan berkelanjutan melalui pengembangan program profesional. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan yang responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi mampu meningkatkan kompetensi guru digital, memperbaiki metode pembelajaran, dan mendorong inovasi pedagogik. Selain itu, hambatan seperti ketimpangan akses teknologi dan resistensi perubahan juga teridentifikasi sebagai tantangan utama. Kesimpulannya, kebijakan pendidikan yang memegang peran krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas guru pada era digital, terutama melalui kebijakan yang inklusif, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pembuat kebijakan untuk merumuskan strategi yang mampu mempercepat adaptasi guru terhadap teknologi digital demi peningkatan mutu pendidikan.
