Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Digital Marketing, Service On Quality, and Product Apperance on Purchasing Decisions. The sample for this research is Es Teler Sempet Sayang consumers to collect data using a quitionaire. To analyze the data sing the validity test, Reliability test, Normality test, Classic Assumtions test, Multiple Linier Regrssion Analysis, F statistical test and t statical test, Cofficient of Determination Test using IBM Statistics SPSS 25From of the result calculation using SPSS, namely the Digital Marketing variables, Service Quality and Product Appearance, have a simultancous influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, partialy Digital Marketing, Service Quality, and Product Appearnce have and influence on Purchasing Decisions Keywords : Digital Marketing, Service Quality, Product Appearance, and Purchasing Decisons.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work-life Balance on Employee Engagement. This research uses a case employee study of PT. Bento Group Indonesia Malang area uses nonprobability sampling with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling (census). The data analysis methods used in this research are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classic Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (F test and t test), and Test Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2). The analysis process uses SPSS. The results of the research state that Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work-Life Balance simultaneously influence Employee Engagement and partially Organizational Culture and Work-Life Balance have a significant influence on Employee Engagement, while Leadership has no influence on Employee Engagement.  Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work-life Balance and Employee Engagement.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to determine how online customer reviews, flash sale, and live streaming affect purchases made on Tiktok Shop. The research's target demographic consists of 2020 FEB UNISMA Management students who utilize Tiktok Shop. Multiple linear analysis approaches are employed in this data analysis procedure. Purposive sampling, which is a sampling strategy based on respondents' criteria—that is, those who have made purchases from the Tiktok Shop—was employed in this study. The study's findings indicate that Tiktok Shop buyers are influenced by live streaming and flash deals. Online customer reviews, however, have no bearing on selections made about what to buy on Tiktok Shop. Keywords : Live Streaming, Flash Sales, Online Customer Review And Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the Influence of Social Media Use and Product Innovation on Business Development in MSME actors in Kanigaran District, Probolinggo City. The population in the study was MSME actors in Kanigaran District, Probolinggo City and used a sample consisting of 70 respondents. The method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS test tool version 23. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of Live Streaming, Online Customer Reviews, Cashback Promotions and Flash Sale Discounts on interest in buying Shopee products. Sampling was carried out among Shopee users in Malang City using the Maholtra formula so that a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 analysis tool. This research shows that the influence of Live Streaming, Online Customer Reviews, Cashback Promotion and Discount Flash Sale have a simultaneous effect on buying interest. Based on the t test (partial), Live Streaming and Cashback Promotion have a significant effect on buying interest, while Online Customer Reviews and Flash Sale Discounts do not have a significant effect on buying interest. Keywords: Live Streaming, Online Customer Review, Cashback Promotion, Flash Sale Discount, Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract This research investigates the effects of Flash Sale, Live Streaming, and Hedonic Shopping Motivation on impulse buying behavior among Shopee users, specifically focusing on students from an Islamic University. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a Ferdinand formula with a sample of 85 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, covering tests for normality, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression, and the adjusted R² coefficient. The findings indicate that Flash Sale does not affect impulse buying, while Live Streaming and Hedonic Shopping Motivation both have a significant impact on impulse buying. Keywords: Flash Sale, Live Streaming, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of shopping pleasure, price perception, and impulsive buying on purchasing decisions on Shopee Live e-commerce. Using the multiple linear regression method, this research focuses on explanatory research with a quantitative approach. A sample of 75 customers was determined using the Malhotra formula. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS, including validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The research results show that overall shopping pleasure and price perception have a significant effect on purchase satisfaction in e-commerce shoppe live. Meanwhile, impulsive buying does not have a significant influence on shopee live customers' purchasing decisions. Keywords: Shopping Pleasure, Price Perception, Impulsive Buying, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to see the influence of UMKM practices on the competitiveness of UMKM in Rejoso Hamlet, Junrejo Village. The number of samples used in this research was 35 UMKM, using a probability sampling method in the form of census sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Research data was analyzed using IBM SPSS software. Analysis data using multiple regression method. The research results show that recruitment does not have a positive and significant influence on the competitiveness of UMKM in Rejoso Hamlet, Junrejo Village. The training had a positive and significant influence on the competitiveness of MSMEs in Rejoso Hamlet, Junrejo Village. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and determine the influence of price perceptions, service quality and location on purchasing decisions (Study on consumers of UD Setia Makmur Malang). This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used the formula from Lemeshow with the calculation results of 96 samples. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires to visitors to the UD Setia Makmur Malang shop. To solve the problems in this research using SPSS assistance with instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests, normality tests, analysis of classical assumption tests, namely multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests, namely F tests, t tests and coefficient tests. determination. The results of this research state that price perception has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price Perception, Service Quality, Location, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze leadership style, work environment and compensation on employee loyalty. The type of approach used is explanatory research. The sample used in this research used a saturated sample formula, with a total of 46 samples and used 14 statement indicators. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of the research show that leadership style, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee loyalty at PT Jawara Properti Indonesia. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Jawara Properti Indonesia. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Jawara Properti Indonesia.
