Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian implementasi kebijakan standar kompetensi manajerial kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Privinsi Sumatera Barat. .Kegunaan penelitian ini untuk memperkaya paradigma keilmuan di bidang Manajemen Pendidikan Islam khususnya kajian perilaku manajerial kepala madrasah.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kebijakan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data juga dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Provinsi Sumatera Barat dengan jabaran subjek penelitian (1) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padang, (2) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Padusunan, (3) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Lembah Melintang.Hasil penelitianini: 1) Hasil Implementasi kebijakan Standar Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padang sudah dilaksanakan secara optimal. Hasil Implementasi Standar Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Padusunan belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Hasil Implementasi Standar Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Lembah Melintang belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Implikasinya adalah kepala madrasah dituntut untuk senantiasa melakukan peningkatan kompetensi manajerial yang dimilikinya secara terus menerus dengan cara mengikuti workshop, pelatihan, seminar-seminar dan lain-lain, sehingga dapat melaksanakan tugasnya secara optimal.

Abstract

Generalization of education as generalization of opportunity to obtain;get to education, education have role expand education democratization it with password of education all for. Generalization of education include;cover two important aspect that is and equality of equity. Equality or meaningful equation of equation of opportunity to obtain;get to education, while equity have a meaning (of) justice in getting the opportunity is same education among various group in society. Access to education which flatten to mean all school age resident have got the opportunity education, meanwhile access to education have fair if between group can enjoy education is samely.

Abstract

Disciplinary character is an attitude and feeling of being obedient and obedient to values ​​that are believed to be one's responsibility. Therefore, teachers try to develop students' disciplined character, one of which is by applying the role-playing method. This research aims to develop students' disciplined character through role-playing methods on Pancasila values. This researcher uses a qualitative method with the Classroom Action Research (PTK) type, which consists of 2 cycles and each cycle has 2 meetings. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results obtained from the application of the role playing method in PPKN subjects on Pancasila values ​​for teachers in cycle I increased from 75.5% to cycle II 88.75%. The application of the role playing method in PPKN subjects regarding Pancasila values ​​to students in cycle I was 67.5% and cycle II was 93.75%. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes in the mathematics subject material flat shapes after implementing the picture and picture model increased with the average score in cycle I being 65% and cycle II being 85%.

Abstract

The Active Learning method is active learning. Most practitioners and observers refer to it as a learning by doing strategy. The approach views learning as a process of building understanding through experience and information. With this approach, learners' unique perceptions, knowledge and feelings influence the learning process. The problems in this study are (1) How is student interest in learning in the application of the Active Learning learning model using smart wheel games multiplication material of class III mathematics lessons SDIT Baitul Ilmi (2) Whether the application of the Active Learning learning model using smart wheel games can increase student interest in learning multiplication material of class III mathematics lessons SDIT Baitul Ilmi. This research includes Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted in two cycles using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely design, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were third grade students of SDIT Baitul Ilmi, totalling 33 students. The research data was obtained using teacher and student observation sheets and student learning interest test results, then the data was analysed using the percentage formula. The results obtained are (1) teacher activity in cycle I using the Active Learning model from 87.50% to 93.75% in cycle II, (2) student activity in cycle I using the Active Learning model 54.64% to 85.17% and, (3) the results of student learning interest in Mathematics subjects cycle I using Active Learning 32.25% to 83.87% in cycle II. This shows that the results of students' confidence in Mathematics subjects using the Active Learning model show very positive results. Based on the results of this study, it can increase students' interest in learning to be more active and the teacher's ability to improve for the better.

Abstract

Cooperative learning model is one of the models that can be used as an alternative. The use of small groups in cooperative learning makes students work together to achieve the learning objectives. The problems in this study are (1) How is the application of cooperative learning models in improving the character of self-confidence in civics subjects in class III SD Negeri 15 Pekanbaru (2) Whether the cooperative learning model can improve the character of self confidence in the subject of civics in class III. This research includes Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was conducted in two cycles using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely design, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were third grade students of SD Negeri 15 Pekanbaru, totalling 31 students. The research data were obtained using teacher and student observation sheets and student confidence test results, then the data were analysed using the percentage formula.The results obtained were (1) teacher activity in cycle I by using cooperative model from 72.11% to 92.15% in cycle II, (2) student activity in cycle I by using cooperative model from 45.71% to 83.69% and, (3) student learning outcomes in Civics subject in cycle I by using cooperative 32.25% to 83.87% in cycle II.This shows that the results of students' self-confidence in Civics subjects by using cooperative models show very positive results. Based on the results of this study, it can increase students' confidence to be more active and the teacher's ability to improve to be better.

Abstract

Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a teaching and learning process in the classroom where students are first asked to observe a phenomenon. Then students are asked to record the problems that arise, after that the teacher's job is to stimulate critical thinking in solving existing problems. The teacher's task is to direct students to ask questions, prove assumptions, and listen to different perspectives among them. The problems in this study are (1) Can Problem-Based Learning (PBL) improve student learning outcomes in Civics class V at SD Negeri 15 Pekanbaru (2) How is the effect of student learning outcomes with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in Civics class V at SD Negeri 15 Pekanbaru. This research includes Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was conducted in two cycles using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely design, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 15 Pekanbaru, totaling 35 students. The research data was obtained using teacher and student observation sheets and student test results, then the data was analyzed using the percentage formula. The results obtained were (1) teacher activity in cycle I using a problem-based learning model from 78.75% to 91.25% in cycle II, (2) student activity in cycle I using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model 50.48% to 85.26%, and, (3) student learning outcomes in Civics subjects in cycle I using problem-based learning 40% to 94.28% in cycle II. This shows that student learning outcomes in Civics subjects using problem-based learning models show very positive results. Based on the results of this study can improve student learning outcomes to be more active and the ability of teachers to improve for the better.

Abstract

Religious comic media is one of the media that uses visual illustrated stories to improve student’s reading skills through characters and with islamic nuances. The problems in this research are (1) what are the application in the religious comic media to improve student’s reading skills (2) what are the application in the religious comic media outcomes for improve student’s reading skills in Bahasa Indonesia lesson (3) what are the constraint for implementing the religious comic media for improve student’s reading skilss in Bahasa Indonesia lesson in class II SDN 111 Pekanbaru? This research includes Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycle. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely design, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this research were class II students at SDN 111 Pekanbaru totaling 38 students. Research data was obtained using teacher and student observation sheets and student test results, then this data was analyzed using a precentage formula. The research results obtained are (1) teacher activity incycle1using religious comic media from 62% to 83% in cycle 2, (2) student activity in cycle 1 using the religious comic media 60% to 85% in cycle 2 and (3) student’s reading skills outcomes in Bahasa Indonesia lesson in cycle 1 using the religious comic media 60% to 79% in cycle 2. This shows that the student’s reading skill outcomes for Bahasa Indonesia lesson using the religious comic media show very positive results. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that by implementing the religious comic media, student’s reading skilss outcomes and teacher’s abilities can improve more better.

Abstract

Inventory of goods at MI is an important process to ensure smooth operations and learning. With a good inventory system, MI can manage its goods effectively and efficiently, so that it can support the achievement of its educational goals. Administration of goods equipment or goods inventory in MI includes activities such as recording, coding and reporting goods inventory. This includes inventory items (such as tables, benches, whiteboards) and non-inventory items (such as markers, erasers, pencils). The inventory process aims to create goods administration, financial savings, and effective supervision of these goods. Inventory activities of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools include planning, procurement, distribution, use, maintenance and disposal of goods. Inventory recording of goods is carried out in various books, such as the goods inventory master book, goods inventory class book, non-inventory goods record book, quarterly report list, inventory item mutation, and annual recapitulation list. A computerized goods inventory system can help organizations increase efficiency and effectiveness of goods management. This system can help organizations save time and costs, increase productivity, and make better decisions regarding goods management.

Abstract

Al Fityah Elementary School students and girls experience various learning difficulties such as difficulty concentrating or focusing on the material being taught, difficulty communicating thoughts and opinions to other people, difficulty communicating well, difficulty solving complicated problems that require students to think critically, and difficulty Arranging words and sentences correctly, this is interesting. This research aims to describe the types of learning difficulties of students at SDIT Al Fityah Pekanbaru, in order to understand the steps taken by teachers in overcoming the learning difficulties of participants at SDIT Al Fityah Pekanbaru. This research uses a qualitative approach. Teachers take steps to make student learning easier, namely directing and paying attention to students who experience learning difficulties, utilizing the learning environment, presenting assignments and exercises to create a desire for independent learning in students, directing students to study in groups using interesting learning. role models and rewards for students so that students feel happy and motivated in learning. Teachers also connect the material taught with students' daily lives, so that students easily understand the concepts being taught.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students in flat shapes material in grade 1 elementary school mathematics lessons is the main problem faced. Students often have difficulty understanding the basic concepts of flat shapes taught conventionally. The aim of the research is to improve student learning outcomes by using the Picture and Picture learning model for Flat Building Material in Mathematics Lessons. This research method includes Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely design, implementation, observation and reflection. The research results obtained are (1) teacher activity in cycle I using the Picture and Picture learning model from 83.92% to 92.85% in the cycle II, (2) student activities in cycle I using the Picture and Picture model 75% to 91% in cycle II and (3) learning outcomes for Flat Figure material in Mathematics lessons in cycle I using the Picture and Picture model 60% to 90% in cycle II. This shows that the student learning outcomes for Mathematics Lesson Flat Figure Material using the Picture and Picture Learning model show very positive results.
