Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian implementasi kebijakan standar kompetensi manajerial kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Privinsi Sumatera Barat. .Kegunaan penelitian ini untuk memperkaya paradigma keilmuan di bidang Manajemen Pendidikan Islam khususnya kajian perilaku manajerial kepala madrasah.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kebijakan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data juga dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Provinsi Sumatera Barat dengan jabaran subjek penelitian (1) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padang, (2) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Padusunan, (3) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Lembah Melintang.Hasil penelitianini: 1) Hasil Implementasi kebijakan Standar Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padang sudah dilaksanakan secara optimal. Hasil Implementasi Standar Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Padusunan belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Hasil Implementasi Standar Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Lembah Melintang belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Implikasinya adalah kepala madrasah dituntut untuk senantiasa melakukan peningkatan kompetensi manajerial yang dimilikinya secara terus menerus dengan cara mengikuti workshop, pelatihan, seminar-seminar dan lain-lain, sehingga dapat melaksanakan tugasnya secara optimal.

Abstract

Generalization of education as generalization of opportunity to obtain;get to education, education have role expand education democratization it with password of education all for. Generalization of education include;cover two important aspect that is and equality of equity. Equality or meaningful equation of equation of opportunity to obtain;get to education, while equity have a meaning (of) justice in getting the opportunity is same education among various group in society. Access to education which flatten to mean all school age resident have got the opportunity education, meanwhile access to education have fair if between group can enjoy education is samely.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students in class 5 Islamic cultural history learning is the main problem faced by students, students often experience feelings of boredom, boredom, and permission from the class and have difficulty understanding Ski learning which is taught conventionally. The aim of the research is to improve student learning outcomes by using the application of audio-visual media in learning the history of Islamic culture. This research method includes Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely Design, Implementation, Observation, Reflection. The research results obtained were (1) Teacher activity in cycle I before using audio-visual media was 83.92%. In cycle II after using audio-visual media 92.85%, (2) Student activity before using audio-visual media 67% and after using audio-visual media 90%. This shows that the results of student learning on the Fathu Mecca and the Death of the Prophet Muhammad, using Audio Visual Media in Learning the History of Islamic Culture show very positive results.

Abstract

One of the main problems at SD Negeri 01 Balai Panjang is the learning outcomes of students in the subject of Minangkabau Natural Culture (BAM) in grade IV of elementary school. Students often have difficulty understanding conventionally taught material. Classroom Action Research (PTK) is used to improve student learning outcomes by using a snowball competition model in BAM subjects in grade IV. This research was carried out in two cycles, with four stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed a significant increase in several aspects: (1) an 80% increase in teacher activity during the first cycle to 86.25% in the second cycle, (2) student activity increased from 72.5% in the first cycle to 92.5% in the second cycle, and (3) student learning outcomes increased from 38.46% in the pre-cycle to 84.61% in the second cycle. These findings show that the application of the Snowball throwing learning model significantly improves student learning outcomes in BAM subjects in grade IV elementary school, as well as increases the involvement and activities of both teachers and students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest of students in learning Civics subjects because students feel bored, fed up with learning carried out using the lecture method so that students are not interested in participating in learning. This study aims to increase the interest of fourth grade students of SDIT Muhammadiyah 01 Kotapinang in Civics subjects by implementing a cooperative learning model of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) type based on liveworksheets. This research is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects in this study were 15 fourth grade students of SDIT Muhammadiyah 01 Kotapinang. While the object of this research is the application of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) learning model based on liveworksheets media to increase students' interest in learning. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle was carried out for two meetings. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study on the application of the TGT learning model based on liveworksheets in the Civics subject of class IV SDIT Muhammadiyah 01 Kotapinang are that in cycle I, teacher activity was 81.25% in the good category, student activity was 71.25% in the sufficient category and student learning interest was 72.91% in the sufficient category. In cycle II, the results of the application of the TGT model based on liveworksheets increased, teacher activity was 96.25% in the very good category, student activity was 91.25% in the very good category and student learning interest was 92.91% in the very good category. The results of this study indicate that the application of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) type cooperative learning model based on liveworksheets in class IV SDIT in Civics subjects can increase student learning interest.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning activity of students in science subjects because the learning activities carried out are still using the lecture method which is only centered on the teacher, causing learning to tend to be monotonous so that students feel bored, sleepy, and tired during the learning process. This study aims to improve students' learning activity in science subjects in class IV of SDIT Muhammadiyah 01 Kotapinang by implementing wordwall learning media. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 20 students in class III of SDIT Muhammadiyah 01 Kotapinang. While the object of this research is the application of wordwall learning media to improve students' learning activity. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle of which was carried out for two meetings. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study on the application of wordwall learning media in science subjects for grade III at SDIT Muhammadiyah 01 Kotapinang are that in cycle I, teacher activity was 78.75% in the good category, student activity was 68.75% in the sufficient category and student learning activity was 74.16% in the sufficient category. In cycle II, the results of the application of wordwall learning media increased, teacher activity was 98.75% in the very good category, student activity was 93.75% in the very good category and student learning activity was 93.54% in the very good category. The results of this study indicate that the application of wordwall learning media in science subjects for grade III at SDIT Muhammadiyah 01 Kotapinang can increase student learning activity.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of grade IV students in IPAS subjects are a problem faced. The use of conventional learning models in IPAS subjects causes students to be passive and have difficulty understanding learning. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes by using the STAD-type cooperative learning model in IPAS subjects. The research method used in this study is Quantitative Descriptive with a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach which is carried out in 2 cycles. The results of the research obtained are the learning outcomes of students of Indonesiaku Kaya Budaya material in the IPAS subject in the first cycle by using the STAD-type cooperative learning model, achieving classical completeness of 70% and increasing to 89% in the second cycle. This shows that the use of the STAD-type cooperative learning model to improve student learning outcomes is quite effective.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low ability to write descriptive essays in Indonesian language lessons for class V students at SDIT Bunayya Pekanbaru. The researcher found a way to solve this problem by applying poster media as an effort to improve the ability to write descriptive essays for class V students. The research method that the researcher used in this research was Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle having 2 meetings. Each cycle in this research consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The data that researchers obtained was then analyzed descriptively. This research involved 30 Sa'ad class V students. Researchers found that the results of teacher and student activities developed significantly in each cycle using poster media. In the first cycle of teacher activities, the results were 53% and 58%. In cycle II teacher activity increased to 66% and 96%. Student activity in cycle one was 34% and 52%. Meanwhile in cycle II it rose to 60% and 79%. The learning outcomes obtained at the pre-cycle stage were 58.10%. After the first cycle was held, the results obtained were 74.43% and the results obtained in the second cycle were 85.07%. The percentage of classical completion in the pre-cycle was 43%, increasing in cycle I by 60% and the percentage obtained in cycle II increased by 90%. Abstract

Disciplinary character is an attitude and feeling of being obedient and obedient to values ​​that are believed to be one's responsibility. Therefore, teachers try to develop students' disciplined character, one of which is by applying the role-playing method. This research aims to develop students' disciplined character through role-playing methods on Pancasila values. This researcher uses a qualitative method with the Classroom Action Research (PTK) type, which consists of 2 cycles and each cycle has 2 meetings. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results obtained from the application of the role playing method in PPKN subjects on Pancasila values ​​for teachers in cycle I increased from 75.5% to cycle II 88.75%. The application of the role playing method in PPKN subjects regarding Pancasila values ​​to students in cycle I was 67.5% and cycle II was 93.75%. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes in the mathematics subject material flat shapes after implementing the picture and picture model increased with the average score in cycle I being 65% and cycle II being 85%.

Abstract

The Active Learning method is active learning. Most practitioners and observers refer to it as a learning by doing strategy. The approach views learning as a process of building understanding through experience and information. With this approach, learners' unique perceptions, knowledge and feelings influence the learning process. The problems in this study are (1) How is student interest in learning in the application of the Active Learning learning model using smart wheel games multiplication material of class III mathematics lessons SDIT Baitul Ilmi (2) Whether the application of the Active Learning learning model using smart wheel games can increase student interest in learning multiplication material of class III mathematics lessons SDIT Baitul Ilmi. This research includes Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted in two cycles using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely design, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were third grade students of SDIT Baitul Ilmi, totalling 33 students. The research data was obtained using teacher and student observation sheets and student learning interest test results, then the data was analysed using the percentage formula. The results obtained are (1) teacher activity in cycle I using the Active Learning model from 87.50% to 93.75% in cycle II, (2) student activity in cycle I using the Active Learning model 54.64% to 85.17% and, (3) the results of student learning interest in Mathematics subjects cycle I using Active Learning 32.25% to 83.87% in cycle II. This shows that the results of students' confidence in Mathematics subjects using the Active Learning model show very positive results. Based on the results of this study, it can increase students' interest in learning to be more active and the teacher's ability to improve for the better.
