Abstract

The goal of this project is to establish a web-based SPP payment system in order to provide a digital solution. Designing and developing an application that can streamline the payment process for parents and students while simultaneously increasing the precision and efficiency of the school's financial data management is the primary goal. The research employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) technique in order to accomplish this goal. Because of its emphasis on quick and iterative development cycles, this approach was selected.A variety of potent web technologies were used in the design and construction of the payment system. The PHP programming language was utilized for the back-end, which handles logic and data processing.

Abstract

Many students at SMA Negeri 1 Lakbok often choose study programs in college because of the influence of friends or others, without considering in depth whether the study program is in accordance with their interests and talents. As a result, many students drop out of school midway because they feel they are taking an unsuitable study program. Therefore, the author conducted a data mining analysis using class data of class XII MIPA and IPS students. In the analysis, the author used Microsoft Excel and SPSS tools. The method used is the K-Means Clustering method with a total of 242 MIPA student data and 92 IPS student data, there are 19 attributes and 10 MIPA clusters and 10 IPS clusters. The number of MIPA Microsoft Excel calculations is 2 large, namely cluster 3 there are 43 data recommended to enter mathematics education, cluster 7 there are 53 data recommended to enter chemical engineering. The number of IPS Microsoft Excel calculations is 2 large, namely cluster 3 there are 16 data recommended to enter law science, cluster 5 there are 12 data recommended to enter geography education. And the number of SPSS MIPA calculations is 2 large, namely cluster 1 contains 39 data recommended for informatics engineering, cluster 5 contains 40 data recommended for Indonesian language education. The number of SPSS IPS calculations is 2 large, namely cluster 2 contains 14 data recommended for accounting, and cluster 7 contains 17 data recommended for Indonesian language education.

Abstract

Elections in Indonesia are held every five years. Election organizers are divided into two groups: the permanent General Election Commission (KPU) and the temporary (Ad Hoc) committees (PPK, PPS, KPPS), and the Pantarlih (General Election Committee). These committees serve only during the election process and can then be selected at the next level. The Pantarlih (Voter Data Update Committee) is responsible for verifying and scrutinizing voter lists to ensure their accuracy. The KPPS (Voting Organizing Group) is responsible for collecting and counting votes at polling stations (TPS). Currently, the PPS still manually recruits Pantarlih and KPPS members in Majingklak Village. The selection process involves direct coordination with the local hamlet head to directly select members based on subjective assessments. This creates problems, as registration information is not widely disseminated, leading to social jealousy in the community, and selected members do not meet the criteria. To address this issue, a web-based recruitment system is needed for Pantarlih and KPPS members. The results of this study are a blueprint for the recruitment of Pantarlih (Election Committee) and KPPS (Election Working Group) members using the Zachman Framework, which includes four planning stages: Scope/Contextual, Business Process, System Model, and Technology Model. This system is expected to provide solutions to problems in the recruitment process for Pantarlih and KPPS members and assist the PPS in decision-making to select qualified Pantarlih and KPPS members.

Abstract

Website is a digital-based information, which is used for e-commerce, news, school information, and other related functions. For schools, a website is highly beneficial for providing information about the institution, new student admissions, examinations and the most important is serving as a publication medium for new student enrollment. This study aimed to design User Interface (UI) of the SMK LPS 1 Ciamis website focusing on design landing page as a medium for school publication during the new academic year.The research method employed Kansei Engineering, a methodology that link users’ emotions and experiences with design elements. In this research, the process was carried out through direct fieldwork to collect data, conduct interviews, and gather questionnaire responses. Interviews and questionnaires were utilized to assess the emotional responses of respondents in the process of designing the website’s User Interface (UI). The findings of the User Interface website design research which employed the Kansei Engineering method at SMK LPS 1 Ciamis, were derived from interview data, the identification of Kansei words, and the collection of questionnaires from respondents. The respondents in this research consisted of 50 participants, including students, teachers, and the members of the community. The data obtained from questionnaires were analyzed using multivariate analysis in the XLSTAT application, which calculations conducted through the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Factor Analysis (FA) methods. The results of the PCA indicated factors (F) with Eigenvalues of 8.668 for F1, 0.732 for F2, 0.371 for F3, and 0.0299 for F4 which corresponded to variability values of 86.6% for F1, 7.320% for F2, 3.709%  for F3, and 2.295% for F4. In contrast, the Factor Analysis (FA) produced variability values (%) of 45.284 for D1, 20.101 for D2, with cumulative percentages (%) of 45.284 for D1 and 65.385 for D2. A cumulative percentage of 65% was deemed adequate to represent the variables reflecting the respondents’ emotional responses.

Abstract

PT. Pacific Eastern Coconut Utama is the largest coconut processing company in Java Island, facing challenges in managing raw material inventory and production scheduling. The current system is still manual, using Microsoft Excel, which often causes delays in information flow, inaccurate stock records, and a high risk of human error. This research aims to design and develop an Integrated Web-Based Raw Material Inventory Information System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. RAD was chosen for its ability to produce systems quickly through an iterative process that actively involves users at every development stage. The system includes stock management, recording incoming and outgoing goods, production scheduling, minimum stock detection, and automated report generation. Implementation uses PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP, with system modeling using UML. Testing was carried out with Blackbox and User Acceptance Testing, showing improvements in efficiency, real-time information access, and reduced recording errors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a web-based library information system to make it easier for librarians to manage data and for library users to find book collections. Previously, the library still used separate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for all administration. This non- integrated system leads to inefficient services, such as slow information retrieval, the risk of data errors, and difficulty for library users in finding book availability. To solve this problem, the author used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to build a web-based application with PHP and MySQL. The result is an integrated library website that makes administrative management more efficient and accurate.

Abstract

The development of website technology makes it easier for developers to design products that meet user needs. This study aims to produce a User Interface (UI) design using Kansei Engineering Type I to create a website aligned with users’ preferences. The research process involved determining Kansei words, preparing a Semantic Differential scale, collecting specimens, and classifying design elements. Data analysis applied Coefficient Correlation Analysis (CCA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and Factor Analysis (FA). The results were translated into design elements using Partial Least Square (PLS).
