Abstract

A company needs good business continuity to maximize all aspects of businessactivities, therefore a structured management governance is needed. A goodenterprise resource planning system will produce a clear flow of supply chainmanagement and create good human resource performance within the company.The existence of ERP system assistance makes it easy to obtain existing informationon a company in each division with the support of a large database so that companyoperations run smoothly, such as at PT Infineon Technologies Batam which hassurvived until now. This study uses qualitative analysis methods and is in the formof descriptive information, the data obtained will be related to the theory andanalysis of the company. The results of the study show that implementing an ERPsystem at PT Infineon Technologies Batam is very beneficial for companiesbecause it can reduce costs due to continuous integration and monitoring, as wellas another factor of implementing an ERP system at PT Infineon TechnologiesBatam is being able to adjust customer interests to obtain a more efficient level inmaximizing revenue results.Keywords: Customer, Enterprise, Enterprise resource planning, Human Resources,Management, Product, Supply Chain, Technology

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of family firm succession on corporate social responsibility (CSR). A sample was drawn from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, comprising 147 firms, equivalent to 735 data points from the years 2018 to 2022, meeting the required criteria. A quantitative approach was employed as the research method to identify relationships and effects among variables, specifically family firm succession on corporate social responsibility (CSR). Companies meeting the family firm criteria were measured using a nominal scale in the form of dummy variables, while the disclosure of social responsibility was assessed using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) indicators. Data analysis was conducted using Stata software, applying descriptive statistical methods and OLS regression. The findings of this research testing are consistent with prior studies, indicating decrease in CSR levels during leadership transitions within family firms.

Abstract

Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) adalah sistem pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia yang dirancang untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan kemampuan adaptasi, kreativitas, dan kualitas unggul dalam menghadapi tantangan global. Universitas Internasional Batam memberikan peluang bagi mahasiswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam program ini melalui platform Kampus Merdeka Mandiri. Penulis berkesempatan mengikuti program Magang Mandiri MBKM yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Internasional Batam. Pengalaman kerja tersebut didapat secara langsung di industri atau organisasi mahasiswa tersebut bergabung. Tujuan utama dari program magang mandiri terhadap keterampilan mahasiswa, membentuk mental persiapan kerja, dan pemahaman lingkungan kerja yang terlibat. Program magang mandiri pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pembukuan di PT Administree Konsultan Indonesia. Penulis menduduki posisi sebagai staf admin payment pada tanggal 01 Juni 2024 hingga 01 Desember 2024 dengan jadwal kerja. Cakupan kerja yang dilakukan berupa pencatatan dan penginputan setiap transaksi keuangan, melakukan pengontrolan keuangan operasional, serta menentukan jumlah biaya pengeluaran yang perlu dikeluarkan setiap minggunya, dan memproses setiap kewajiban pembayaran tagihan perusahaan secara berkala. Setelah kegiatan transaksi pembayaran telah dilakukan, perlu adanya perapian administrasi dan penjurnalan transaksi menggunakan program. Sehingga dapat mengoptimalisasikan perapian sistem admnistrasi perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the franchise business model used by Mixue Ice Cream & Tea company. This corporate case study also aims to highlight the significance of licenses in managing a global supply chain business. The study methodology used is a qualitative approach with supporting information from news, scientific publications, and other sources. According to the findings of the case study of the Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Company, it was made possible by the necessity of halal licensing and other variables that allowed for business expansion potential in the Middle East and Asia.
