Abstract

Pasar Tanjung Anyar merupakan pasar terbesar dan pusat perekonomian di kota Mojokerto. Pasar Tanjung Anyar terletak di Jalan Residen Pamuji dengan tipe jalan 2/2TT (Jalan Dua - Lajur Dua Lajur Tak Terbagi). Dengan adanya aktivitas di pasar Tanjung Anyar yang cukup sibuk dan padat selalu dirasakan oleh pengendara saat melintasi jalan tersebut, situasi ini berdampak besar pada peningkatan volume lalu lintas, terutama adanya faktor penghambat di sisi jalan yang cukup signifikan, seperti pejalan kaki yang sedang menyebrang dan kendaraan yang akan melakukan parkir atau keluar dari tempat parkir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis besar Volume kendaraan pada Jalan Residen Pamuji pada jam puncak pagi hari dan sore hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observalsi daln malnuall count agar memperoleh daltal – dalta dari pengalmaltaln secalral lalngsung dan melakukan pengolahan data sesuai dengan PKJI 2014l. Volume lalu lintas di Jalan Residen Pamuji yang paling padat pada jam puncak pagi hari terjadi pukul 10.00 – 11.00 WIB dengan total 4868.5 skr/jam, sedangkan volume lalu lintas paling padat pada jam puncak sore hari terjadi pukul 16.00 – 17.00 WIB dengan total 4744 skr/jam.

Abstract

Infrastruktur saat ini berkembang pesat di Indonesia, termasuk salah satunya di Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur. Perkembangan ini berdampak positif bagi Masyarakat sekitar. Kebutuhan transportasi mendorong perkembangan infrastruktur seperti jalan, jembatan, bandara dan pelabuhan. Kabupaten Kediri memiliki Gunung Kelud yang memiliki potensi ekonomi seperti pertanian, pertambangan dan pariwisata, maka infrastruktur seperti jalan sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung sektor tersebut. Namun pada saat ini, akses jalan menuju Gunung Kelud mengalami beberapa kerusakan seperti lubang, retak, amblas, pelepasaran butir, kerusakan tepi dan terkelupas. Kerusakan tersebut tentunya akan menghambat laju ekonomi, maka diperlukan analisis kerusakan jalan menggunakan salah satu metode yaitu metode Bina Marga 1990 sebagai acuan perbaikan dan penentuan biaya pemeliharaan di ruas jalan Margomulyo, Gunung Kelud, Kabupaten Kediri. Analisis ini akan menjadi dasar perencanaan perbaikan dan biaya yang dibutuhkan sehingga efektif dan efisien serta mendukung pengembangan potensi ekonomi dan pariwisata di Kawasan Gunung Kelud

Abstract

Kerusakan jalan yang berada di Indonesia diakibatkan oleh kurangnya mutu dan akibat kendaraan berat. Maka filler berberan penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pada jalan. penelitian ini menggunakan filler serbuk abu kayu jati dan semen. Berdasarkan dalam pengujian filler serbuk gergaji abu kayu jati lolos saringan No.200 adalah 84,2%, sedangkan untuk filler semen lolos sarigan No.200 adalah 85%. Maka dari hasil nilai tersebut bisa dinyatakan lolos Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga. Berdasarkan nilai pelelehan flow menggunakan kadar aspal 4,5%, 5%, 5,5%, 6%, 6,5%. Serbuk gergaji abu kayu jati pada pengujian flow mendapatkan nilai 2,28 mm, 2,28mm, 2.90mm. 2.03mm dan 2.31mm dan untuk semen 2.28 mm , 2.18mm, 2.90 mm, 2.03mm dan 2.31mm dan untuk nilai stabilitas pada filler serbuk gergaji abu kayu jati mendapatkan nilai 2061,1kg, 1818kg, 1793,7kg, 2007,6kg dan 1735,4kg dan untuk semen 1774,4kg, 1816,8kg, 1808,3 kg, 2231,2kg, dan 2216,7 kg. maka nilai tersebut dinyatakan lolos Spesifikasi Bina Marga Tahun 2018 (Revisi 2) sebagai campuran AC –BC.

Abstract

Proving that the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) can be a reference that regulates various activities therein, as well as managing K3 systematically and comprehensively in a complete management system as an effort to prevent work accidents. The SMK3 assessment on the Probolinggo Banyuwangi Toll Road Development Project Package 1 aims to find out how much level of SMK3 implementation is being implemented, what factors influence the fulfillment of SMK3 implementation and then provide a response as an effort to take corrective action/improvement. Based on the results of the audit and analysis consisting of 166 criteria (Advanced Level) assessment as stated in Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 concerning SMK3, it is known that the number of criteria fulfilled/appropriate is 149 criteria with an application percentage value of 89.76% and there are 17 The criteria are not met/not appropriate, namely with a percentage value of 10.24% (Minor Category). These results are included in the implementation assessment level category (Satisfactory). The implementation of SMK3 in the Probolinggo Banyuwangi Package 1 Toll Road Construction project is in accordance with and refers to applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

Research on the Aloha flyover construction project aims to determine the risks that occur in the workmanship of installing steel box girder, knowing the level of risk that occurs in the workmanship of installing steel box girder and knowing how to control the risks that occur in the workmanship of installing steel box girder. The method used in this research is the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method guided by the Malaysia HIRARC Guidelines (2008). Starting from identifying hazards at each stage of the work activity, a risk assessment is carried out, the results of which can be used as a reference for risk control, to reduce the risk of work accidents. The results of the analysis from the identification of hazards and risks arising in 5 stages of work and a total of 11 potential hazard findings were obtained. (1) Preparation stage for steel box girder erection maneuver; (2) The process of leveling/compacting the erection area soil for preparation of crawler crane footing/foundation; (3) The process of mobilizing steel box girder material from stockyard to erection area; (4) Installing slings + seals that will be used during steel box girder erection; (5) The process of installing steel box girder using crawler crane. The risk assessment results obtained a total of 11 potential hazard findings with details of 5 potential hazards with a percentage of risk value of 45.54% which is at a high level and 6 potential hazards with a percentage of risk value of 54.55% at a moderate level. The total number of risk level values is 132, with an average value of 12, meaning that the installation of steel box girder is at a moderate level. The results of risk control recommendations after obtaining the risk level value and analyzing the risk value, obtained 6 types of risk control in accordance with the risk control hierarchy, namely elimination, substitution, engineering control, warning system, administrative control, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Abstract

Low implementation of K3 in construction projects can cause the safety and health of construction workers to be given less attention, so that construction workers feel less safe and comfortable, which can result in a decrease in performance levels. The impact of non-optimal performance results in the project being carried out not being able to meet the quality requirements that have been set. Based on data analysis from observations on the Kapas-Glendeng 8 bridge widening construction project, Bojonegoro Regency, there are inhibiting factors in implementing the occupational health and safety management system, namely workforce competency, work experience in the construction sector, job training, ability to access information via digital media. , worker involvement in making regulations, understanding and awareness in wearing PPE, reporting procedures, data recording and documentation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine labor productivity against costs and time of implementation of the Watudakon River DPT project development work. The results of this study are the large number of labor productivity in the construction work of the Watudakon River DPT project, Mojokerto. With the results of calculating the overall productivity level, namely with an average of 2,228 m³/day, assuming 25% of formwork material shunting work and 75% installation of formwork, the calculation data is in accordance with what is carried out in the field. Duration of implementation according to a survey conducted on DPT Sungai Watudakon construction work, Mojokerto with an average value of duration for installation of pile cap formwork 1.013 days/hour, and for installation of DPT wall formwork 1.00 days/hour, then for pile repair work DPT cap and wall 1.00 days/hour, and also for pile cap casting work 1.166 days/hour, for DPT wall casting work 1.312 days/hour. The conclusion in this study is that the productivity of the workforce working hours is in accordance with the realization in the field and that work results can be increased by adding working hours or overtime.

Abstract

Ketersediaan air minum merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang harus dipenuhi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM) menjadi salah satu solusi dalam menjamin akses air bersih, khususnya bagi wilayah yang mengalami keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan investasi pengembangan SPAM dari Mata Air Cibulakan oleh Perumda Air Minum Tirta Raharja di Kabupaten Bandung menggunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV) dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Analisis ini dilakukan untuk menentukan apakah investasi yang direncanakan layak secara finansial. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa proyek ini memiliki NPV positif sebesar Rp 518.181.911.866 (NPV > 0), yang menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan lebih besar dibandingkan biaya investasi. Selain itu, nilai IRR sebesar 11,59% lebih tinggi dari tingkat bunga minimal 10%, yang menandakan proyek ini menguntungkan dan layak dijalankan. Berdasarkan hasil ini, pengembangan SPAM dari Mata Air Cibulakan direkomendasikan untuk diteruskan. Namun, guna memaksimalkan keuntungan, perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah strategis dalam mengurangi tingkat kebocoran air dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui pemeliharaan infrastruktur yang optimal. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi di sektor penyediaan air minum, sekaligus sebagai referensi bagi proyek serupa dalam meningkatkan akses air bersih secara berkelanjutan.
