Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a chronic disease that can affect all humans from the youngest to the oldest. Data from WHO (World Health Organization) 2015, shows about 1.13 billion people in the world suffer from hypertension. That is, 1 in 3 people in the world suffer from hypertension. In Indonesia, based on Riskesdas 2018 data, the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is 8.4% and based on the results of measurements in the population aged ≥ 18 years 34.1%. Hypertension cannot directly cause death, if not treated immediately, it will risk complications such as stroke, myocardial infarction, kidney failure and encephalopathy. Hypertensive disease can also be prevented and minimized with non-pharmacological therapy to avoid the side effects of antihypertensive drugs, namely with a healthy and balanced diet. One of them is by consuming adequate potassium. The fruit that contains a lot of potassium is banana ambon. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of banana ambon consumption on the level of hypertension. Methods through database searches used include Google Scholar, Garuda and Directory of Open Access Journal. The keywords used in the article search were hypertension and banana ambon. The results obtained 103 articles and only 9 articles were used in accordance with the analysis of objectives, suitability of topics, research methods used, and the results of each article. Conclusion: banana ambon has an effect in lowering blood pressure / hypertension.

Abstract

Introduction : Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that attacks white blood cells and weakens the human immune system. Meanwhile, Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a group of symptoms that arise due to weakening of the immune system caused by infection with HIV. Adolescence is the peak transition period which is at risk of sexual behavior and delinquency because the emotional state of teenagers is still unstable, wanting to try something new and their curiosity is high. Having knowledge about HIV-AIDS can influence teenagers to act according to the knowledge they have gained. Good knowledge will have an impact on good attitudes as well. Digital storytelling is a modern learning media that combines various types of learning media, namely images, music, stories and sound. and what is unique is that digital storytelling can be provided in digital form and then uploaded to various social media platforms, so that digital storytelling can be accessed by anyone, anytime, anywhere, and in various conditions. Research objective : to determine the effect of education on increasing teenagers' knowledge and attitudes about HIV-AIDS using digital storytelling and leaflet media at the Kalasey State Agricultural Development Vocational School. Method : This research design used a Quasy Experiment with 84 teenagers from the Kalasey State Agricultural Development Vocational School as samples, selected through simple random sampling. Conclusion : The results of the Wilcoxon test show that the knowledge value is Pvalue = 0.008 or (P <0.05) and the attitude value is Pvalue = 0.000 or (P <0.05). So it can be said that there is an educational influence on increasing teenagers' knowledge and attitudes about HIV-AIDS using digital storytelling media at Kalsey State Agricultural Development Vocational School. Abstract

Pendahuluan Mahasiswa memiliki intensitas frekuensi dan durasi penggunaan laptop yang cukup besar padahal desain laptop yang beragam dapat mengakibatkan keluhan kesehatan fisik dan mata. Perilaku penggunaan laptop memberikan efek yang buruk bagi mahasiswa seperti memengaruhi proses belajar akibat keluhan kesehatan saat menggunakan laptop. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan perilaku penggunaan laptop dan keluhan kesehatan akibat penggunaan laptop. Metode menggunakan cross sectional dengan accidental sampling dan perhitungan sampel slovin, dengan jumlah responden 88 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas pengguna laptop ada mahasiswi, angkatan 2022, dan lebih banyak menggunakan laptop diluar lingkungan kampus. Mahasiswa yang menggunakan laptop dengan postur baik, ukuran laptop yang besar, dan mayoritas ada keluhan kesehatan ringan, akan tetapi frekuensi dan durasi penggunaan laptop yang tinggi. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan perilaku dan keluhan kesehatan penggunaan laptop dan keluhan kesehatan. Kesimpulan; keluhan kesehatan ringan pada mahasiswa perlu di intervensi agar dapat mengantisipasi komplikasi kesehatan lainnya.
