According to Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data, it was found that complete basic immunization coverage in Indonesia in 2018 was still below the national target, including in the city of Tomohon, North Sulawesi Province. Objective: to find out the factors related to achieving complete basic immunization for babies in the working area of the Lansot Health Center in Tomohon City.Method: This research uses design cross sectional 42 respondents, mothers of toddlers aged 1-2 years as research samples, were taken using the technique purposive sampling representing 7 sub-districts in the Lansot Health Center Working Area, Tomohon City. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using testsChi square. Results : p value The relationship between maternal knowledge and the achievement of complete basic immunization for babies is 0.017 (< 0.05). Meanwhile, the mother's employment factor: is 0.008 (<0.05), the family income factor: is 0.067, and the distance factor for immunization services: is 0.059. This means that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and occupation in achieving complete basic immunization for babies in the Lansot Community Health Center Working Area, Tomohon City, while family income and distance to immunization services are not related. It is recommended that the Lansot Community Health Center increase education about complete basic immunization for babies in families so that mothers' knowledge can increase and they can also take the time to bring their babies even if the mother works.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of perceived organizational culture and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior, with additional multiple linear regression analysis. Involving 150 employees, the study adopted a quantitative descriptive approach with questionnaires as the main survey instrument. Although quantitative methods provide a measurable analytical framework, it is important to be mindful of some potential weaknesses, including bias in the measurement of complex constructs and the limitations of statistical analysis. The addition of multiple linear regression analysis allowed the researcher to evaluate the extent of the influence of perceived organizational culture and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior of PT. sumber cipta multiniaga (dso jombang) jointly, while controlling for other factors that might influence the results. However, interpretation of multiple linear regression requires caution, due to assumptions about linearity and independence between variables. The statistical analysis tool SPSS version 25 is also worth noting, especially in the context of this complex study. Multiple linear regression analysis may provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the relationships between variables, but a qualitative or mixed methods approach may be needed to capture deeper context and nuance. The results of this study highlight the importance of an innovation-supportive organizational culture, employee perceptions of the work environment, and the role of transformational leadership in driving innovative work behaviours. The practical implications include the potential development of more effective management strategies, but keep in mind that further research is needed to deepen the understanding of these complex dynamics. By combining holistic quantitative and qualitative approaches, future studies may make more substantial contributions to sustainable and innovative management practices.

Abstract

Knowledge is acquired in education from an early age including elementary school. Elementary school children are the main target for improving dental health. This improvement requires appropriate promotional media to support dental health promotion so that a theoretical understanding of the related material can be achieved. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of pamphlet media and demonstration of dental phantom props on children's knowledge level of dental caries. The study was conducted with a Quasi-Experimental research type with a "Two group pretest posttest design". It was carried out in June 2022 at SD GMIM 28 Manado City. The sample of the population, namely 40 students, was divided into 2 groups, namely 20 samples using pamphlet media and 20 samples using the dental phantom demonstration method. Knowledge measurement using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed through paired t-test statistical tests. The study's results used a paired t-test with df = 19 resulting in p = 0.000 for etiher pamphlet or dental phantom media. The t-value of the pamphlet media was -71.53, greater than the t-value of the demonstration using a phantom with a value of -4.397. This study concludes that pamphlet media is more effective than phantom media in increasing knowledge of dental caries in children.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as obesity, hypertension, and diabetes are increasingly becoming serious challenges to the health of adolescents in Indonesia, primarily due to modern lifestyles heavy on fast food consumption, low physical activity, and exposure to tobacco and alcohol. Recent data shows that the prevalence of overweight and obesity among Indonesian adolescents is at an alarming rate, yet awareness of early detection remains low, resulting in many cases going undiagnosed until they reach their productive years. Adolescence is a critical period in the formation of lifestyles that will have long-term impacts on health, so early educational interventions are crucial to instilling healthy lifestyles. In this context, social media is a strategic tool because it is closely related to the lives of millennials and Gen Z, who are active in the digital space. Platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube have proven effective in conveying health messages in a visual, interactive, and accessible manner. Integrating digital education strategies with health promotion theories such as the Health Belief Model and national policies through the Germas (Healthy Living Movement) and CERDIK campaigns allows for more contextual and applicable messages. Furthermore, the involvement of influencers and healthcare professionals increases the credibility of content and encourages changes in healthy behavior. With a cross-sectoral approach involving families, schools, communities, and government, social media can transform into a sustainable health education ecosystem. This effort is expected to reduce the prevalence of NCDs, improve adolescent health literacy, and develop a healthy, productive, and competitive young generation

Abstract

Smartphone addiction in college students—especially health students—correlates with sleep disturbances and decreased academic productivity. This study aims to analyze the relationship between smartphone addiction (SA), sleep quality, and productivity in health students and test the mediating role of sleep quality. The research design uses a cross-sectional quantitative approach with purposive sampling. Instruments include the Smartphone Addiction Scale–Short Version (SAS-SV) for SA and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) for sleep quality; Productivity is measured through GPA indicators, late assignment collection, and self-rated academic productivity indexes. Statistical analysis includes multiple regression and bootstrapped mediation. The results showed that SA was positively associated with poor sleep quality and negatively associated with productivity. Sleep quality mediates in part the influence of SA on productivity. The findings confirm the importance of sleep hygiene interventions and the regulation of smartphone use in the health campus environment. This study contributes by focusing on the health student population in Indonesia and testing a measured sleep quality mediation model with validated instruments.

Abstract

Back Ground of dental health problems in children until now, is still very high. Several studies have reported that dental caries is still high and the lack of behavior to maintain dental and oral health is closely related to children's lack of knowledge. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the demonstration method and poster media on the knowledge of school-age children about dental and oral health. Method research pre-experimental (one group pre-post test design). The sample was 40 children in grades IV and V (total sampling) at SD GMIM 28 Manado City, which were divided into 2 groups. Group A used the demonstration method, group B used Poster media. Measurement of knowledge using a questionnaire with an intervention that is health education about dental and oral health, data analysis using the Paired Sample T Test. The Results of the statistical test analysis of group A obtained the mean value before the intervention was 20.05 and after the intervention became 25.80, with a Pvalue 0.000 (< 0.05). ). Group B got the mean before the intervention 20.45 and after the intervention 25.10 with a Pvalue 0.000 (<0.05). These results indicate that there is a significant difference in children's knowledge before and after education, both using demonstration methods and poster media. Conclusion Education using demonstration methods and poster media, is effective in increasing knowledge of school age children about dental and oral health.
