Abstract

The research was conducted at SDN 02 Cintangara, from the research data by giving treatment to one class, namely class V. Based on the results of the analysis and overall discussion of the research data regarding the optimization of the use of virtual media in science practicum on student learning outcomes, according to the problem formulation the researcher obtained a conclusion, namely the posttest results of students after using the virtual media for science practicum as many as 17 students with a complete score of an average of 85% above the KKM of all 20 students. Therefore, the t test calculation results obtained, obtained tcount = 4.377 ≥ t table = 1.734. Because tcount = 4.377 ≥ t table = 1.734 so that tcount is outside the receiving area Ho, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded in this study that there are optimal and significant learning outcomes in science subjects using practicum virtual media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student learning independence and to find out the efforts made by teachers in establishing learning independence for fifth grade students at SDN 4 Karangsari Cikelet, Garut Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The methods are Observation, Interview and Documentation. The results showed that: 1) Planning, the teacher has described all the plans in the syllabus and lesson plans. The preparation of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) made by the teacher is developed in the syllabus. 2) Implementation, the teacher's role in shaping student learning independence can be seen from the media used, namely the appearance of videos and pictures using power point, as well as using the methods of discussion, question and answer, problem solving, socio drama and assignments. 3) Evaluation in the learning process to obtain information on the achievement of learning objectives which is carried out continuously

Abstract

Sejatinya, Pendidikan Pancasila dapat mengakomodasi kemampuan literasi budaya dan kewargaan peserta didik di tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Oleh karena itu, buku digital berbasis Etnotematik menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir peserta didik, termasuk kemampuan literasi budaya dan kewargaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kebutuhan buku digital berbasis Etnotematik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi budaya dan kewargaan peserta didik kelas V SD. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (RnD) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahap pertama dari model ADDIE, yaitu Analyze (Analisis). Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan melalui studi lapangan dengan instrumen berupa wawancara dan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukannya pengembangan buku digital berbasis Etnotematik pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SD. Dengan tetap mempertimbangkan hasil analisis kebutuhan yang sudah dilakukan sebagai landasan dalam proses pengembangan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran tematik adalah pembelajaran yang lebih menekankan pada keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar secara aktif dalam pembelajaran, sehingga siswa dapat memperoleh pengalaman langsung dan terlatih untuk dapat menemukan sendiri berbagai pengetahuan yang dipelajarinya. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan 1) Bagaimana perencanaan pembelajaran tematik pada kelas rendah dengan berbasis daring di SDN 2 Pananjung?, 2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik pada kelas rendah dengan berbasis daring di SDN 2 Pananjung?, 3) Bagaimana evaluasi pembelajaran tematik pada kelas rendah dengan berbasis daring di SDN 2 Pananjung?. Permasalahan tersebut dibahas melalui penelitian kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Pananjung Garut. Data penelitian menggunakan instrumen wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) dari segi perencanaan, guru telah menyiapkan diri dalam pelaksanaan daring. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kesiapan arsip perencanaan pembelajaran, 2) proses pembelajaran tematik kelas rendah berbasis daring sudah berjalan cukup baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan penyampaian materi yang telah tersampaikan, meskipun untuk keterlibatan siswa masih kurang terlihat, 3) evaluasi yang diadakan setiap satu minggu sekali berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Educators and education personnel are one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education. Human resources are important in achieving the goals of an institution or organization, because HR is the driving force of other resources. Competition between Integrated Islamic Primary Schools in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District will have an impact on the quality of recruitment of Educators and Education Personnel, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this study is the analysis of the recruitment of teaching staff and education personnel at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the recruitment strategy carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out through administrative tests, interviews and practice stages.

Abstract

Planning is carried out not only to solve the problems at hand, but also to plan ahead in terms of improving school performance or to anticipate changes and demands of the times. In general, schools prioritize physical development, even though non-physical development is much more important, because one of the main goals of schools is to produce quality students. Planning can be distinguished based on the time period, including long-term planning, medium-term planning, and short-term planning. In this regard, strategic planning plays an important role in achieving the targets of education providers in the midst of competition. The focus of this research is the school development plan at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the school development plan carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that development planning at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out with the baseline analysis stage, forming a vision and mission, translating it into strategic planning and operational plans.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model Pembelajaran RADEC berbantu media puzzle terhadap kemampuan pemecahan Masalah dan kecerdasan spasial Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan model pretest dan posttest yaitu melibatkan dua kelas. Sampel ditentukan secara purposive, dengan siswa kelas 5A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 5B sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil dari perhitungan statistik diketahui bahwa thitung sebesar 42,268 sedangkan ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% (a = 0,05) diketahui sebesar 2,492. Jika thitung >ttabel sehingga maka Hο ditolak dan Hα diterima.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Pembelajaran RADEC berbantu media Puzzle memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemamampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS SDIT Bina Insan Qur`ani Kelas V.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021 ditemukan fenomena yang berbeda yaitu keteladanan guru cukup baik tapi kedisiplinan peserta didik kurang. Dari latar belakang itu, maka peneliti bertujuan untuk melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keteladanan guru terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Objek penelitian ini adalah keteladanan guru dan kedisiplinan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex-postfacto dengan jenis causal comparative research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021 yang berjumlah 73 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low level of critical reading of PGSD students during direct learning activities. The aim of this research is to see the influence of the RADEC learning model on critical reading of PGSD students. The research method used is a quantitative method with a pre-experimental one group pretest posttest design with a sample size of 20 PGSD students. The research instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets to see students' critical reading abilities.The research results showed that the critical reading scores during the pretest of 20 students were in the moderate category, totaling 8 people with a percentage of 40%, the low category totaling 10 people with a percentage of 50%, and the very low category totaling 2 people with a percentage of 10%. At the time of the posttest, 20 students experienced significant changes, namely 14 people were in the very high category with a percentage of 70%, 3 people in the high category with a percentage of 15%, and 3 people in the moderate category with a percentage of 15%. So it can be concluded that the RADEC learning model influences the critical reading of PGSD students.

Abstract

Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. In fostering fraternity and being responsible for making decisions, developing, and maintaining the existence of an organization, the leadership function must play a role. Competition between SDITs in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District, will have an impact on how the principal should be the captain in carrying out school leadership, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this research is the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the leadership implementation carried out by the principal at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it is concluded that the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah can be implemented and has a positive impact on the implementation of SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah.
