Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia telah dapat berkontribusi terhadap PDB (Produk Domestik Bruto) nasional sebesar 55.56% berdasarkan data Biro Perencanaan Kementerian Negara Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia, pada tahun 2008. Untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing UKM, UKM membutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat mengintegrasikan dan mengotomatisasi proses bisnis UKM. Aplikasi ERP dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk UKM dikarenakan keuntungan yang dapat diberikan seperti memberikan informasi dengan waktu respon yang cepat, meningkatkan interaksi antar bagian dalam suatu organisasi, meningkatkan pengelolaan siklus pemesanan barang, dsb. Beberapa isu kritis yang dihadapi oleh UKM adalah terbatasnya dana dan kapabilitas teknologi informasi yang dimiliki. Dalam memahami kebutuhan layanan yang diperlukan oleh UKM untuk aplikasi ERP dan untuk menyediakan arahan bagi UKM serta menanggapi kurangnya riset ERP di Indonesia maka riset ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peta rencana jangka panjang dari agenda riset ERP yang akan dilakukan untuk UKM di Indonesia. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia has been able to contribute to the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of 55.56% based on national data Planning Bureau of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2008. To expand market share and improve the competitiveness of SMEs, SMEs need an application that can integrate and automate business processes of SMEs. ERP applications can be one solution for SMEs because of the advantages that can be provided such as providing information with fast response time, increase the interaction between the departments of an organization, improving the management of ordering goods cycle, etc. Some of the critical issues faced by SMEs are the limited funds and information technology capabilities they have. In understanding the needs of the services required by SMEs for ERP applications and to provide guidance for SMEs and response to the lack of research about ERP in Indonesia, this research aims to describe the long-term plan maps of the ERP's research agenda that will be made for SMEs in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor implementasi yang dianggap penting dalam penyediaan fasilitas layanan internet banking (e-banking) pada instansi perbankan di Indonesia. Adapun spesifikasi Critical Success Factors (CSF) pada internet banking yang ditelaah adalah dengan memandang kebutuhan dan kenyamanan bertransaksi pengguna sebagai nasabah individual. Tahapan penelitian meliputi studi literatur untuk mendefinisikan CSF pada internet banking serta evaluasi website studi kasus untuk mendefinisikan instrumen evaluasi website. Kemudian instrumen evaluasi tersebut digunakan dalam menguji CSF yang telah didefinisikan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini diakhiri dengan proses analisis atas data survei uji instrumen evaluasi. Hasil akhir penelitian menyimpulkan dua CSF yaitu kelengkapan layanan-layanan internet banking dan desain antarmuka website. This research aims to identify factors that are considered important in the implementation of the provision of internet banking services (e-banking) in the banking institutions in Indonesia. The Critical Success Factors specification (CSF) on the internet banking which is examined by looking at the needs and convenience of the user transactions as individual customers. Stages of research include studies in the literature to define CSF evaluation in internet banking website as well as case studies to define the website evaluation instruments. Then the evaluation instruments used in testing the CSF that have been defined previously. The research concludes with the analysis of survey data evaluation test instruments. The final results of two studies concluded that CSF completeness of internet banking services and website interface design.

Perkembangan ekonomi yang semakin cepat menyebabkan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Apalagi dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih, perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut berlomba-lomba dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan efisiensi kinerja perusahaan mereka dibandingkan pesaingnya. Salah satu investasi teknologi informasi yang populer saat ini adalah sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) yaitu paket aplikasi yang menawarkan ”best practice” dalam menjalankan bisnis dengan menggunakan satu basis data yang dapat diakses oleh semua divisi dalam perusahaan. Terdapat banyak keuntungan yang dapat dirasakan oleh perusahaan dengan mengimplementasi sistem ERP, seperti mengurangi biaya produksi, meningkatkan integrasi data, dan mengurangi level inventori. Namun, sebagian besar implementasi sistem ERP yang telah dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan mengalami kegagalan. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kegagalan ini adalah adanya resistensi pengguna terhadap perubahan. Resistensi dari pengguna ini juga menyebabkan perusahaan tidak dapat memaksimalkan keuntungan dari implementasi sistem ERP. Oleh karena itu, paper ini akan membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem ERP. Faktor-faktor penerimaan ini didasarkan pada model penerimaan pengguna yang sudah ada pada penelitian sebelumnya yaitu model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT). An increasingly rapid economic development led to the increasingly stringent business competition. Especially with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, these companies are competing in utilizing technology to enhance competitive advantage and efficiency of their company's performance than its competitors. One of the investment in information technology that is popular today is the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, is an application package that offers best practice of doing business by using a single database that is accessible by all divisions within the company. There are many advantages that can be felt by companies to implement ERP systems, such as reducing production costs, improve data integration, and reduce inventory levels. However, most implementations of ERP systems that have been done by some companies to fail. One of the factors that caused this failure is the presence of user resistance to change. Resistance from users has also led the company can not maximize the benefits of ERP system implementation. Therefore, this paper will discuss the factors affecting user acceptance of ERP systems in use. Acceptance factors are based on the user acceptance model that already exists in previous studies that model the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan fungsionalitas open source software ERP dalam pengembangan modul pembelajaran untuk proses bisnis penjualan, distribusi serta pengadaan. Penelitian ini membandingkan tiga OSS ERP yaitu Compiere 3.3 Community Edition, Openbravo 3.0 Community Edition, dan xTuple 3.6 PostBooks Edition. Kebutuhan functional masing-masing modul diturunkan dari proses bisnis best practice ERP. Hasil penelitian adalah suatu aplikasi yang direkomendasikan untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran ERP di tingkat universitas dan daftar kebutuhan fungsionalitas yang dibutuhkan untuk modul pembelajaran, seperti modul penjualan dan distribusi serta modul pengadaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang direkomendasikan sebelumnya. This study aims to analyze the comparison of the functionality of open source ERP software in the development of learning modules for the business processes of sales, distribution and procurement. This study compared three OSS ERP that are Compiere Community Edition 3.3, Openbravo Community Edition 3.0, and 3.6 xTuple PostBooks Edition. Functional needs of each module is derived from best practice business processes ERP. Hasil penelitian adalah suatu aplikasi yang direkomendasikan untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran ERP di tingkat universitas dan daftar kebutuhan fungsionalitas yang dibutuhkan untuk modul pembelajaran, seperti modul penjualan dan distribusi serta modul pengadaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang direkomendasikan sebelumnya.

The use of Information Technology (IT) in public sector organizations cannot always be applied properly. This could lead to failure of Information Systems. Many literature states that successful implementation of an information system is very dependent on the acceptance level of the system by its users. The Government of Bogor City as a public sector organization in Indonesia has been active in the development of IT. From 2008 to 2013, the Government of Bogor City developed nine application, four of which has running with low utilization and the other five applications no longer operate as a result of very minimum user. This study analyzes the individual factors that influence the acceptance of implementation of IT in the Government Environment using TAM. This is quantitative Survey Research using sample of 410 employees of Bogor city. Data processing was performed using descriptive statistical techniques and PLS-SEM. The results prove that the Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use has a significant influence on the Behavioral Intention to use IT at Government of Bogor City. Behavioral Intention has a significant influence on the Actual IT Use and Perceived Ease Perceived Ease of Use had a significant effect on the Perceived Usefulness.

In supporting the implementation of ICT service management, Pusat Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Keuangan (Pusintek) already have the Sistem Pengelolaan Layanan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (Sipelantik) application. This application is the automation of ICT service management business process, especially in the area of Service Support. In practice, the knowledge generated from this business process has broad enough coverage. However, these knowledges are not easily retrieved. Thus, a model that can describe and connect the knowledge is demanded. This study proposes a model of ontology-based ICT services knowledge representation using the existing knowledge on the Sipelantik application. The Ontology models are developed by software Protege in the form of Web Ontology Language (OWL). Simple Protocol And RDF Query Language (SPARQL) and Description Logic (DL) Query are used to obtain the information and knowledge from OWL models and to ensure that the relationships between concepts are properly defined. Reasoner Pellet plugin is used to ensure the consistency of the built ontology models. This research results in six classes of knowledge (knowledge base, role, service request, incident handling, component configuration, and service catalog) including the subclasses and an ontology model as knowledge of ICT services that can be shared and reused.

Perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia semakin pesat dilihat dari banyaknya toko-toko online yang bermunculan. Hal ini membuka peluang bagi penggunaan jenis-jenis e-payment sebagai media pembayaran pada toko online. PT XYZ mengembangkan produk uang elektronik bernama uang elektronik M sebagai salah satu solusi untuk sistem pembayaran dengan e-payment. Pada pelaksanaannya, perkembangan produk uang elektronik ini masih jauh dari target jumlah nasabah yang diharapkan yaitu baru mencapai 1776 dari target 142616 nasabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan hambatan dalam implementasi produk uang elektronik PT XYZ. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengguna dan pengelola produk uang elektronik M. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data kuantitatif dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada nasabah uang elektronik M sebanyak 125 orang yang terdiri dari 93 nasabah yang pernah bertransaksi dan 32 nasabah yang belum pernah bertransaksi. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada ketua tim dan manajer pemasaran uang elektronik M serta kepada 9 orang nasabah uang elektronik M. Penelitian yang dilakukan memberikan kesimpulan bahwa hambatan yang dihadapi nasabah uang elektronik M meliputi keterbatasan merchant, keterbatasan metode akses, keterbatasan channel transaksi, biaya transaksi, kompetitor produk sejenis, serta faktor sosial budaya yaitu kebiasaan menggunakan metode pembayaran selain uang elektronik. Hambatan yang dihadapi pengelola uang elektronik M meliputi kurangnya pengalaman menjalankan model bisnis B2C, serta sulitnya mengakuisisi pelanggan baru. Tantangan yang dihadapi PT XYZ dalam pengembangan uang elektronik M adalah tingkat kompetisi produk sejenis yang tinggi, adanya pengaruh barang substitusi serta tingginya ekspektasi nasabah untuk memperoleh layanan uang elektronik yang aman, nyaman, dan terpercaya.

The emergece of C2C (customer to customer) community in e-commerce platform is expected to boost the number of SME moving to online plaform. Since the community could provide information and experience required by new e-commerce players. This study aims to analyse what information is shared by members in C2C community and what is the information sharing mechanism that implemented on it. Netnographic study was conducted by observing 1002 posts from the Bukalapak community for six months. As Bukalapak is one of the largest C2C platfom in Indonesia. The result shows that the information shared could be classified by keyword in to five classes, namely categories of tips and tricks, ideas and problems with third parties, ideas and problems of features, community, and question and answer. The information category that has not been covered by Bukalapak original categories is and problems with third parties which mentioned in many posts by community member. The mechanisms used to share the information are including, standard, policy, status and reward.

This study aims to analyze the effects of justice theory and emotions on service recovery satisfaction of Indonesian e-commerce customers. The factors used in this study are distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, as cognitive aspect. Positive emotions and negative emotions are the factors used as affective aspect. This study used quantitative approach in the form of online survey. The total amount of data used in this study are 601 data. The respondents are Indonesian B2C or C2C e-commerce customer who filed a complaint directly to the B2C or C2C e-commerce at least once and receives a response at least once. Covariance-based structural equation modelling is used to analyze the data. The analysis results show that distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, and positive emotions affect service recovery satisfaction. The results of this study can help Indonesian B2C & C2C e-commerce to understand service recovery from the perspective of customers, so satisfactory service recovery can be implemented.

This paper aims to provide recommendations for information and communication technology strategy that can support government actions to overcome epidemics and pandemics in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach by conducting a narrative review and discussion with four experts in the field of information and communication technology. The results of this study are recommendations related to people, process, technology, and data. The recommendations are inspired by the success of Internet in establishing public and private collaboration. This research is intended to assist the government in formulating information and communication technology policies to support government and health organization actions to overcome epidemics and pandemics.
