Abstract

This study aims to : (1) determine the description of employee performance, professionalism, and achievement motivation; (2) analyze the effect of professionalism and achievement motivation employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were 38 employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. Because the population is limited, this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using deccriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of employee performance, professionalism and achievement motivation are categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics show that partially the variables of professionalism and achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of professionalism and achievement motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of 29.25%.

Abstract

The background of this research aims: 1). To find out the work performance of apparatus in four villages 2). To analyze the effect of work behavior and work conflict on the performance of village officials. The population in this study were village apparatus in Kewapante District (In Ian Tena Village, Wairkoja Village, Seusina Village and Namangkewa Village), totaling 32 people. The population is limited, so this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and differential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the t test and f test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the three variables are categorized as not good. The results of the t test statistics show that partially the work behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus. The results of the t test statistics show that partially the work conflict variable has a negative and significant effect. The results of the f test statistics show that simultaneously the variables of work behavior and work conflict have a significant effect on work performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two variables are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the village apparatus in Kewapante District (In Ian Tena Village, Wairkoja Village, Seusina Village and Namangkewa Village) of 28.5%.

Abstract

The background of this research was that the employees' performance at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency had not been maximized. This research aimed to: (1) determine the description of employee performance, person-job fit, and person-organization fit; and (2) analyze the effect of person-job fit and person-organization fit on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research were employees at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency as many as 50 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variable of employee performance. person-job fit, and person-organization fit were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistic indicated that partially the person-job fit and person-organization fit variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test statistic showed that simultaneously the person-job fit and person-organization fit variables significantly affected employee performance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this research were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency by 42.1%.

Abstract

This research addressed the purchasing decisions of Ikat weaving at Bliran Sina Workshop in Watublapi, Maumere, focusing on the influence of price and product quality. The objectives were twofold: (1) to assess the current landscape of price, product quality, and purchasing decisions in the local market, and (2) to analyze the individual and combined effects of price and product quality on these purchasing decisions.The research population comprised residents of Maumere town, with purposive sampling employed due to the infinite population size. Data were gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, particularly multiple linear regression. Hypotheses were tested using the F-test and t-test.Descriptive analysis reveals that variables related to purchasing decisions, price, and product quality are rated positively. The statistical findings from the t-tests indicate that both price and product quality significantly influence purchasing decisions of Ikat weaving at Bliran Sina Workshop, Watublapi, Maumere. Furthermore, the F-test confirmed that collectively, all independent variables exerted a significant impact on these purchasing decisions. Additionally, the determination analysis underscores the explanatory power of both variables in understanding fluctuations in purchasing decisions of Ikat weaving at Bliran Sina Workshop, Watublapi, Maumere.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) find out the picture of Purchase Decisions, Product Quality and Price; (2) analyze the influence of Product Quality and Price on Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is Oppo mobile phone consumers who are domiciled in the Sikka Regency area. Because the population is not limited, 100 people were sampled. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is carried out through the F test and the t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the Purchase Decision variable is in the criteria is quite good, the Product Quality variable is in the good criteria, then the Price variable is in the good criteria. The statistical results of the t-test show that partially the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variation of the up and down of Purchase Decisions at the Mustika Rivel Maumere Store by 54.9% while 45.1% was influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) describe the availability of clean water, complaint responsiveness, and customer satisfaction; (2) analyze the significant influence of clean water availability and complaint responsiveness on customer satisfaction. The population in this research was the customers of Perumda Air Minum Wair Pu'an in Lepo Lima vilage. Due to the indefinite population size, a sample ef 100 respondents was taken. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive inferential methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted through F-tests and t-tests. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed that the variables of clean water availability, complaint responsiveness, and customer satisfaction were categorized as good. The t-test statistical analysis demonstrated that both clean water availability and complaint responsiveness had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the F-test statistical results indicated that all independent variables collectively had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The determination analysis revealed that the contribution of clean water availability and complaint responsiveness. to customer satisfaction at Perumda Air Minum Wair Pu'an in Lepo Lima Village was 54.2%. while the remaining 45.8% was influenced by other factors beyond the scope of the research variables.

Abstract

The background of this research is how much effect service quality and product completeness have on purchasing decisions at Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy. This research aimed to (1) determine the description of service quality and product completeness on purchasing decisions at Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy, (2) Know the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions at the Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy, (3) Know the effect of product completeness on purchasing decisions at the Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy, (4) Know the simultaneous effect of service quality and product completeness on purchasing decisions at the Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy. The population in this research were consumers who bought products at the Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy using the Lemeshow formula. The sample in this research amounted to 100 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistical methods and multiple linear regression statistics. Hypothesis testing was done through a partial tests "t-test" and simultaneous tests "f-test". The results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that the respondent's perceptions of the purchasing decision variable of 62.35% were categorized as quite good and then the respondents’ perceptions for the service quality variable were 70.48% in the good category, the respondents’ perceptions of the product completeness variable of 64.65% were categorized as quite good. The results of the "t-test" showed that the service quality variable (X1) had a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y) and the product completeness variable (X2) had a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y). The results of the simultaneous test "f-test" showed that the variables of service quality (X1) and product completeness (X2) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). In addition, the results of the determination analysis (R2) on the contribution of the service quality and product completeness variables to purchasing decisions at the Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy is 18.3%, while 81.7% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the services provided by the Detusoko Village Office based on public satisfaction Index. The research included participants who had received services at the Detusoko Village Office in 2023. The nonprobability sampling technique, specifically incidental sampling, was used for selecting the subjects. The primary and secondary data were used as the sources of information. Data collection methods included questionnaires, document studies, and interviews. The validity test used the Pearson Product Moment formula, and the reliability test used the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results revealed that the Public Satisfaction Index for the Detusoko Village Office services was 71.41, categorizing it as “Less Good”

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) understand the overwiew of Employee Performance, Job Placement, and Workload; and (2) analyze the influence of job Placement and Workload on Enployee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consisted of employes of the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Departement of Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population, this study was conducted using a census or sampling method , with 48 samples determined using Slovin’s formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted F-tests and t-tests. The descriptive analysis results indicated that the Employee Performance variable was categorized as good, the job Placement variable was categorized as good, and the Workload variable was categorized as low. The t-test results showed that, partially, the job Placement variable had a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performancee. Meanwhile, the Workload variable had a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test results showed that, simultaneously, the job Placement and Workload variabels had a significant effect on Empolyee Performance. The coefficient of determination analysis showed that the two independent variabels in this study explained 15,3% of the variation in Empolyee Performance at the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Depertement of Sikka Regency
