Abstract

Human body temperature can be measured using a thermometer. Thermometers currently available include analog thermometers and digital thermometers. This tool usually takes up to 1-2 minutes to detect body temperature readings. Therefore, a new method is needed to obtain body temperature values in a shorter time without sacrificing accuracy. As part of this research, a tool has been developed that can measure human body temperature values in a short time and provide accurate readings, as well as a monitoring tool. The tools used in this research are the MLX90614 series infrared sensor, ultrasonic distance sensor, NRF24L01 series wireless sensor, and a sound sensor, namely a buzzer, combined with an Arduino Nano and Uno with an I2C LCD screen, made in such a way that the thermometer is without physical contact. The research methods used include observation, interviews and literature reviews, as well as the use of the Throw Away Prototyping design method and R&D methods. Based on the results of tests carried out, this sensor detects the temperature of objects at a distance of 0-5cm and issues a warning if the temperature is > 37'C.

Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe that the Work Competence variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Work Productivity variable. Different from previous studies, this research adds the Work Motivation variable which researchers believe can moderate the influence of Work Competence variables on Work Productivity. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. This research data was obtained using a questionnaire method distributed to 250 Bank Mandiri employees spread throughout Indonesia with the criteria of having worked for a minimum of 2 years. This data can be called primary data. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 method. The results of this research show that the Work Competence variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on Work Productivity because the better the Work Competency, the more qualified the workers are, so that the work carried out will be more effective, efficient, and the target will be easier to achieve. Apart from that, the Work Motivation variable can moderate the influence of the Work Competency variable on Work Productivity because the better the employee's motivation, the more enthusiastic the employee will be so that it can go hand in hand with Work Competency which will ultimately have a more significant influence on Work Productivity. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of STEM-based Think Pair Share (TPS) model on students' 21st century thinking skills in Indonesia. This type of research is meta-analysis research. The sources in the meta-analysis came from 15 national and international journals published in 2021-2024. The inclusion criteria in the research are that the research must be indexed by SINTA, Scopus and Web of Science, the research must be experimental or quasi-experimental related to the STEM-based Think Pair Share (TPS) model on students' 21st century thinking skills; Research data obtained through google scholar, Mendeley, Sciencedirect and ERIC, Research must be open access, and research must have complete data to calculate the effect size value. The sampling technique is purposive samling. Data analysis in this study is quantitative statistical analysis by calculating the effect size value with the help of the OpenMEE application. The results concluded that the STEM-based Think Pair Share (TPS) model had a significant effect on students' 21st century thinking skills in Indonesia with a high influence category with an average effect size value (ES = 0.952). This finding provides important information for teachers in implementing this model to encourage students' 21st century thinking skills in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to explore sustainable tourism development strategies in a destination. Through in-depth case studies, this research examines various aspects related to sustainable tourism development, including environmental, social and economic aspects. This research uses a case study of one tourist destination in the coastal area. Data was collected through interviews with stakeholders, field observations, and document analysis. The research results show that implementing a sustainable tourism development strategy requires a holistic approach that pays attention to environmental sustainability, empowerment of local communities, and the creation of sustainable economic value. These findings provide valuable insights for tourism stakeholders, researchers and practitioners to design and implement more effective strategies for managing tourism in coastal destinations. This research also makes a significant contribution to the literature on sustainable tourism development by enriching understanding of the factors that influence the success of sustainable tourism development strategies in coastal destinations.

Abstract

Researchers believe that the combination of two brands will make consumers more interested in the products offered and will ultimately decide to make a purchase kuantitatif. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of CO-Branding strategies on Purchasing Decisions. Different from previous studies, this research adds the Brand Trust variable as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely research that uses a number of previous studies as a reference and basis by analyzing them more deeply until finding new novel elements. The main data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from credible and accountable respondents in the form of Oke Oce employees and consumers spread throughout Indonesia. This data is classified as primary data which was distributed using a questionnaire method to 150 employees and 150 oke-oce consumers spread across Indonesia. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show the Co Branding Strategy variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions because the T-Statistics value is above 1,960, namely 8,987 and the P-Values value is below The significance level is 0.05, namely 0.007. This is because the Co Branding Strategy can make consumers more interested, more curious, and ultimately consumers make purchasing decisions. In line with the results of the first line Path Coefficient, the results of the second hypothesis which the researcher believes can moderate the influence of the Dependent variable on the Independent variable in this study show similar results because the T-Statistics value is above 1,960, namely 14,540 and the P-Values value is below the level. significance is 0.05, namely 0.000. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted and proven.

Abstract

Using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm, this research aims to create a better lecturer attendance application that improves the attendance system and creates peace of mind when lecturers arrive at national universities. The author analyses the results of applying deep learning algorithms to an experimental face recognition system that uses convolutional neural networks. The purpose of this study is to show that deep learning algorithms can improve the accuracy and efficiency of recording presence. In addition, the goal of this research is to create a timekeeping application using face recognition technology that is expected to have a high level of accuracy. In addition, this research includes a modification of the CNN model. This modification resulted in an epoch value of 75 for training of 100% and test of 95%. Analysis of results, drawing conclusions, and suggestions for additional development are the final stages of this research. Evaluation of the integrated system is done by collecting actual attendance data and comparing it with the attendance records created by the system. This validation will help explain the performance of the system and find problems or vulnerabilities that may need to be fixed.

Abstract

There are two opposing camps who have their own arguments which are almost equally strong, namely the function of the Food Estate policy in order to increase food security in Indonesia. However, on the other hand, this policy has the potential to damage the environment. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach related to Food Estate as a solution to overcoming food scarcity or whether it is a wrong policy that can damage the surrounding environment. The result in this article show several things regarding the Food Estate policy have more advantages or disadvantages as follows: 1. Food Estate can increase food security in Indonesia 2. Food Estate can also cause less damage to the environment if it has a print that protects the environment and achieves sustainable development goals.

Abstract

This research investigates the dynamic interactions between online marketing strategies, customer loyalty, and e-commerce business success in Asian markets, with a particular focus on the Tokopedia and Shopee platforms. Quantitative analysis was conducted with a diverse sample, taking into account demographic factors such as age, gender, and geographical distribution. The measurement model assessment confirmed the reliability and validity of the survey instrument, providing a solid foundation for the subsequent analysis. Evaluation of the structural model revealed a significant direct impact of online marketing strategies on customer loyalty, which in turn positively impacts e-commerce business success. The model fit assessment, R-Square value, and hypothesis testing results collectively underscore the robustness and significance of this study's findings. The implications of this study extend to businesses, marketers, and policymakers looking to navigate the competitive landscape of Asian e-commerce.
