Abstract

TikTok Ads is one of the promotional tools provided by TikTok Shop or TikTok to increase revenue, in addition to promotional videos and livestreams on TikTok accounts. Shop accounts that use TikTok Ads must carefully consider planning their financing and the best strategy to achieve the desired revenue target. The purpose of this study is to analyze the success of using TikTok Ads as a promotional media to increase revenue on the TikTok Shop Pondok Tactical account. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting revenue data from TikTok Shop Pondok Tactical accounts and conducting an analysis of the success and comparison of the amount of monthly revenue obtained with TikTok Ads and without TikTok Ads. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by analyzing sales data obtained on the TikTok Shop Pondok Tactical account. The results of the study show that TikTok Product Ads has succeeded in increasing revenue at TikTok Shop Pondok Tactical and providing a positive trend towards sales every month. In addition, the time factor and the existing campaign also affect the success of the ads or advertisements that are run. Revenue contribution and Return on Ads Spend must also always be considered so that the company does not suffer losses due to advertising on TikTok Ads

Abstract

Kehadiran film di tengah masyarakat dapat dijadikan sebagai media komunikasi yang efektif. Isu-isu sosial kerap hadir dalam sebuah film untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada masyarakat luas, salah satu isu sosial yang diangkat dalam film adalah cyberbullying. Peneliti menganalisis representasi dampak cyberbullying dalam film Budi Pekerti yang menerapkan metode semiotika menurut Roland Barthes dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari platform streaming Netflix dengan mengambil potongan adegan-adegan dalam film Budi Pekerti dan data sekunder diambil dari sumber lain seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel di internet yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa film Budi Pekerti menghasilkan representasi cyberbullying pada korban, seperti diskriminasi, tuduhan, cancel culture, dan kekerasan fisik. Film Budi Pekerti dapat menjabarkan mengenai dampak yang dirasakan korban cyberbullying di dunia nyata, dengan adanya film tersebut dapat menjadi pembelajaran bagi para penontonnya. Diharapkan agar penelitian lain dilakukan sebagai perbandingan dengan tema yang sama, khususnya mengenai representasi dampak cyberbullying dalam film agar menghasilkan perspektif yang beragam dan memperkaya pemahaman kita terhadap isu-isu sosial ini.

Abstract

Delaying pregnancy is a choice often made by young couples, especially students, who face economic and academic challenges. This study aims to identify the economic and academic considerations in the decision to delay pregnancy among student couples at STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember and to analyze this decision from the perspective of maqashid sharia. A qualitative method with in-depth interviews was used to explore the reasons and impacts of this decision. The results show that unstable economic conditions and academic burdens are the main factors influencing pregnancy postponement. Couples strive to balance their responsibilities as students and parents to maintain the quality of family life. From the maqashid sharia perspective, this decision aligns with the principles of preserving five main objectives of Islamic law, particularly the protection of life, wealth, intellect, and lineage. Delaying pregnancy does not imply permanently limiting offspring but managing birth spacing for the welfare of the family.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the meaning of the word jancuk in the film Lara Ati by Bayu Skak through Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The word jancuk in the context of this film is often used as an informal term and has different connotations depending on the context. The data collection technique is in the form of documentation, namely using scenes in the film Lara Ati which show the use of the word jancuk. The research results show that the word jancuk in the film Lara Ati not only functions as a curse, but also as a greeting and a symbol of closeness in friendships. Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis helps understand how the word jancuk becomes a complex sign, containing diverse and changing meanings depending on the context. Thus, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of how symbols in the media can provide complex and varied meanings, as well as how semiotic analysis can be used to reveal these meanings. Abstract

Public finance from an Islamic perspective is based on the purpose of Muslim life and the urgency of the role of the state in Islamic society. Indonesia as a country with a majority Muslim population has a role to manage public finance fairly and equitably. The source of state revenue is obtained from taxes, but in terms of Islamic public finance, people also should pay zakat. This study discusses the implementation of zakat and taxes as public finance in Indonesia, using descriptive qualitative methods with literature study analysis. In practice, zakat and tax have a relationship for public welfare but differ in terms of distribution. The distribution of zakat funds for the benefit of Muslims is a sign of gratitude to Allah. While the use of taxes to finance the general expenses of the state.

Diharapkan agar penelitian lain dilakukan sebagai perbandingan dengan tema yang sama, khususnya mengenai representasi dampak cyberbullying dalam film agar menghasilkan perspektif yang beragam dan memperkaya pemahaman kita terhadap isu-isu sosial ini.
