Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of anorectal malformation (AMR) patients treated at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid General Hospital, Makassar City in the period 2021 to 2024. Using univariate analysis methods with medical record data, this study presents an overview of gender, initial age at surgery, anorectal malformation variants, and types of surgery performed on patients. The results showed that male patients dominated MAR cases with a proportion of 74.6%, while the other 25.4% were female. The initial age of surgery in most patients was ≤ 2 days (44.4%). The most common type of malformation found was the type without fistula (87.3%), followed by several types of rectovaginal, rectovesical, and other fistulas. Colostomy was the most common first surgical procedure performed, with 69.8% of patients undergoing the procedure. These findings are consistent with previous studies showing a male predominance in the incidence of MAR and a tendency to perform colostomy in the early stages of treatment. This study is expected to provide a clearer picture of the characteristics of MAR patients in Indonesia and the importance of early diagnosis and treatment to prevent complications.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the application of tax planning for Income Tax Article 21 at PT. SC and to determine the effect of applying each method used in the implementation of tax planning for Income Tax Article 21 related to the efficiency of paying the company's tax expense. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data sources were obtained through interviews and documentation. The results obtained through this research show that the policy of PT. SC in the application of Gross Up is implemented to reduce the expense on corporate income tax and so that employees are motivated to increase their productivity without worrying about the taxes that must be paid. However, tax planning for Income Tax Article 21 implemented by PT. SC is not yet efficient regarding the taxes that must be paid because the application of the Gross Up calculation causes the payment of the tax expense during one financial year to be greater than with other methods.

Abstract

This introduction to aquaponic planting techniques aims to provide examples of the application of advanced and sustainable agricultural technology to the people in Kayangan village, Kayangan sub-district, North Lombok district (KLU). This activity was carried out from December 2022 to February 2023 at the Bagek Kembar hamlet, Kayangan. The fish used were 60 days old fish seeds with a size of 10 cm x 5 cm which were reared in a 4x3 m tarpaulin container. The plant growth media used is in the form of used foam taken from one of the residents' houses with a size of 5 cm. Placement of the planting media uses used plastic cups and used bottles as containers for placing plastic cups. The vegetables used in making this aquaponics are mustard greens, lettuce and pakcoy. The nutrients used to support plant growth are in the form of fish manure and some additional organic nutrients which are made independently using organic waste from the kitchen. The results of using aquaponic technology as a cultivation technology show that the plants grow but the leaves of the plants turn yellow and the fish in the pond can grow large.
