Abstract

Standardization of work systems is necessary both for companies and for workers, standardization makes it easier for companies to make company plans and targets. For workers, standardization is a guide in making it easier for workers to do their work. This study aims to integrate the results of research conducted from 2022 and try it out, resulting in standardization of work systems in the shoe industry at CV. Civani which includes the specifications and physical form of the facilities used, work methods for each work station and the physical work environment that meets the job requirements. By standardizing the work system, it is hoped that workers will be more comfortable and safe in doing their jobs and help in achieving targets.

Abstract

This study aims to explore Islamic parenting practices in strengthening the prosocial character of early childhood children at RA Tarbiyatun Najah, located in Citapen Village. The background of this study focuses on the significance of Islamic parenting in shaping prosocial character, which is considered an important foundation for children's social and emotional development. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving observations and interviews with teachers and parents. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Islamic parenting in the school environment, through various methods such as role models, habituating prayer, teaching the value of monotheism, and giving praise for good behavior, has proven effective in shaping children's prosocial behavior. The prosocial behavior in question includes actions of sharing, helping, cooperation, and empathy. However, on the other hand, Islamic parenting practices in the family context are still limited to aspects of religious rituals. There are shortcomings in the habituation of morals and direct role models due to limited time and parental knowledge. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of closer collaboration between schools and families. Furthermore, this study also demonstrates the need for mentoring programs for parents to optimally strengthen children's prosocial character. With consistent Islamic parenting, it is hoped that children's prosocial character will develop well, enabling them to grow into individuals with a strong sense of social awareness and the ability to interact effectively within society. This research provides valuable insights for developing more effective parenting styles in the context of early childhood education and encourages increased parental awareness of the importance of their role in educating their children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa, seperti minimnya pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai adat, perilaku kurang sopan terhadap guru, dan tingginya tingkat bolos sekolah, untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diperlukan upaya penanggulangan yang efektif, salah satunya melalui implementasi Program KAN Masuk Sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Program KAN Masuk Sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Dari 89 siswa sebagai populasi, 73 siswa diambil sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data responden dianalisis dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program KAN Masuk Sekolah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa, dengan nilai adjusted R – Squared sebesar 67,1%. Koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa 45% variabilitas dalam karakter siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh Program KAN Masuk Sekolah. Sisanya sebesar 65% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji regresi linear sederhana menghasilkan nilai F Hitung sebesar 58,197 dengan Sig.= 0,000, menunjukkan signifikansi model persamaan regresi. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Program KAN Masuk Sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa, menjadi salah satu cara efektif dalam pengembangan khazanah Pendidikan Agama Islam di lingkungan sekolah.
