Abstract

This article was written to ( 1) the name parts of moeslim leader’s uniform of Minangkabau ( 2 ) to explain the meaning of name ( symbol ) of each moeslim leader’s Minangkabau in Kabupaten Solok. This research is qualitative research that used descriptive method. The technical to gather this data with observation, interview and library studies. Analysis data do with grouping, syncronyzed, differenciate the data and eliminate to the others group but not syncrone and also gather the meaning.  According this research found that the name parts of moeslim leader’s uniform Minangkabau in Kanagarian Kacang Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak Kabupaten Solok are: The head part is Saluak. The body part is baju hitam lapang, baju tidak bersaku, siba batanti/leher tidak berbuah, langan gadang, taburan banang emas, lilitan benang makau, cukia/ragi benang emas, motif pucuak rabuang. The trousers part is sarawa hitam gadang kaki. The accecories is Salempang, sisampiang, cawek, keris dan tungkek. The foot part is tarompa. Each name has a meaning leaders of the outfit, saluak symbolizes Minangkabau society is always consulted. Clothes and parts embodies the word leader is the result of collective consensus, the leaders are honest, patient, intelligent, and wise. Salempang implies sufficient in providing any prince in line with indigenous knowledge. Si sampiang and parts embodies the leaders knowledgeable and always helpful for others. Cawek meaning the leaders are patient and must protect its nephew. Keris symbolizes the tongue or speech of a leader. Tungkek/Stick meaning the elder person in a country and is obliged to maintain the prosperity of the country. Sarawa hitam gadang kaki implies that the prince always be on the right path and straight, and tarompa embodies a prince covered with kindness and all actions leaders must be resized. keywords: name, meaning, custom, Minangkabau

Abstract

Tourism is an important sector that supports the economy, creates jobs, and contributes to the country's foreign exchange. However, one of the challenges faced by local attractions, such as Dinoland Garut, is the lack of adequate information and interactive tourism experiences for visitors. This research aims to design a Virtual Reality Tour as an interactive information and promotion media, with a focus on Dinoland Garut. This application is expected to overcome the limitations in the delivery of information and improve the virtual tourism experience. The method used in this research is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. Making Virtual Reality Tour applications is done using 3D Vista software. The results of the test show that this application shows that all application features have run according to their functions and are rated very well by users. Dinoland Garut Virtual Reality Tour application is equipped with informative features, such as details about attractions, ticket prices, and location maps. Thus, this application acts as a digital innovation that is expected to increase the attractiveness of Dinoland Garut and expand the reach of tourism promotion nationally and internationally.

Abstract

Standardization of work systems is necessary both for companies and for workers, standardization makes it easier for companies to make company plans and targets. For workers, standardization is a guide in making it easier for workers to do their work. This study aims to integrate the results of research conducted from 2022 and try it out, resulting in standardization of work systems in the shoe industry at CV. Civani which includes the specifications and physical form of the facilities used, work methods for each work station and the physical work environment that meets the job requirements. By standardizing the work system, it is hoped that workers will be more comfortable and safe in doing their jobs and help in achieving targets.
