Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of dance in developing children's social skills at Anline Kindergarten. Social skills are an important component in early childhood development which includes the ability to interact, communicate, work together and manage emotions. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses thematic analysis techniques to identify main themes from the results of interviews and observations. The subjects of this research were teachers at Anline Kindergarten. The research results show that the Batak Tor-Tor dance is effective in developing children's social and emotional skills. Through dance movements, children learn to express their emotions, which helps them better understand and manage those emotions. Group dance activities provide opportunities for interaction with peers, which strengthens cooperation, mutual communication, and empathy. Dance also teaches discipline, responsibility, and self-confidence as children learn moves and perform in front of others. Children who initially feel shy become more confident and motivated when supported by their friends. The experience of dancing together makes this activity more fun and meaningful, so that children feel more enthusiastic and eager to learn. The strategy for implementing the Tor-Tor Batak dance is carried out in stages according to the child's abilities and is carried out repeatedly so that the information is stored in long-term memory. Dance practice is held regularly every Friday and additional practice is held after school. Teachers use YouTube guides to practice dance moves, pay attention to children's facial expressions, and encourage them to always smile while dancing. With proper guidance, children become more disciplined and confident in their performance. Apart from that, the strategy for implementing the Batak tor-tor dance carried out by Anline Kindergarten in developing children's social-emotional abilities is Learning Dance Movements and Techniques, Collaboration and Social Interaction, Evaluation and Monitoring Progress, and Integration with the Educational Curriculum.

Abstract

Children are a trust from Allah SWT, and it is the duty of parents, teachers, and the community to educate them as well as possible so that their potential can grow and develop optimally. Various stimulations can be provided during the growth and development process, both physically and mentally. These include introducing children to their religion, their God, good deeds as a Muslim, and getting to know their Prophet. Introducing children to the Prophet from an early age can foster a love for the Prophet through a connection with history, feelings, glory, pride, and making him a role model. In order to educate children to know and love the Prophet, parents can apply several parenting strategies based on the role models of the prophets in environmental education, the story of the Prophet Muhammad and nature conservation, the story of the Prophet Muhammad and his relationship with the environment, the story of the Prophet Moses and social awareness, and parenting strategies to build children's love for the environment. Using qualitative methods that include data collection or scientific work, this study identified various strategies implemented by parents to increase children's understanding of the importance of cleanliness. The results showed that parents utilized various parenting learning strategies, such as telling exemplary stories of the prophets and practical activities that involve children in cleaning activities. This activity not only provides hands-on experience but also helps children understand the impact of their behavior on the environment. Therefore, parenting strategies as educators, mediators, motivators, and role models are crucial in fostering children's hygiene and health habits, which will positively impact their future development.

Abstract

Simpang Dolok adalah sebuah desa yang berada di bawah wilayah administrasi Kecamatan Datuk Lima Puluh Kabupaten Batu Bara di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Desa ini ditempati oleh berbagai macam etnis seperti Aceh, Melayu, Jawa, Batak, dan China yang menganut agama yang berbeda seperti Islam, Katolik, Protestan dan Budha. Kehidupan beragama di desa ini layaknya miniatur negara Indonesia yang memiliki berlainan suku dan agama tetapi tetap bersatu dan utuh dalam keragaman. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana implementasi sikap toleransi beragama di kalangan masyarakat desa Simpang Dolok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat desa Simpang Dolok menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai toleransi, yang tercermin dalam sikap saling menghargai dan saling menghormati terhadap perbedaan-perbedaan yang mereka temui dalam kehidupan dan akvititas sosial di desa tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan para tokoh masyarakat, kehidupan masyarakat desa Simpang Dolok tidak pernah mengalami konflik sosial meskipun mereka hidup dalam keberagaman agama. Warga setempat saling mendukung dan menghormati dalam perayaan upacara keagamaan. Ada perayaan-perayaan tertentu seperti perayaan ulang tahun desa yang semakin mempererat hubungan antarumat beragama di desa ini. Bhinneka Tunggal Ika menjadi pegangan hidup mereka dalam mengimplementasikan sikap toleransi untuk hidup berdampingan secara damai dan bersatu meskipun dalam keberagaman. Tokoh masyarakat dan pemerintah desa memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga dan merawat kerukunan kehidupan beragama di desa Simpang Dolok.

Abstract

Di TK Al Kausar Learning Media, penelitian ini menggunakan Media Boneka Tangan. Informasi intrapersonal dalam bahasa Inggris adalah Self-shrewd atau canny self yang berarti seseorang tahu bagaimana menyampaikan dirinya dalam menjalani rutinitas sehari-hari. Aktivitas kelas digunakan sebagai teknik dalam tinjauan ini. Siswa akan belajar cara berbicara satu sama lain menggunakan boneka jari, sehingga jarak di antara mereka mungkin akan terasa nyaman. Boneka tangan semakin banyak digunakan sebagai alat pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan interpersonal anak-anak, menurut penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode menghafal dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab pada anak dini. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi partisipatif, penelitian dilakukan di PAUD Azhura, di mana anak-anak diajarkan kosakata bahasa Arab melalui teknik menghafal yang dikombinasikan dengan aktivitas menyenangkan seperti bernyanyi dan bermain. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan berbicara setelah menerapkan metode ini. Mereka menjadi lebih percaya diri dan aktif dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Arab. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam suasana ceria dan interaktif membantu anak-anak mengingat kosakata dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan metode menghafal yang bervariasi dan menyenangkan untuk mendukung penguasaan bahasa Arab pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH) menjadi bagian penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan adanya RPPH agar kegiatan belajar mengajar terarahkan secara optimal. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran dan mengembangkannya dengan melibatkan tahapan pada kegiatan pembelajaran, serta kesiapan guru dalam menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran. Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dimana metode ini berupa penelitian yang bermaksud memberikan Gambaran yang terkait perencanaan pembelajaran di TK X melalui proses observasi dan wawancara.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of dance in developing children's social skills at Anline Kindergarten. Social skills are an important component in early childhood development which includes the ability to interact, communicate, work together and manage emotions. The method used in this research was observation and interviews with teachers at Anline Kindergarten. The research results show that dance activities significantly help children improve verbal and non-verbal communication skills, build self-confidence, and facilitate positive social interactions among peers. In addition, dance also contributes to the development of empathy and appreciation for individual and cultural differences. The implementation of dance programs in kindergarten has proven effective in creating an inclusive learning environment and supporting children's holistic social development. This research suggests that dance activities should be made an integral part of the early childhood education curriculum to support the development of better social skills.

Abstract

Naturalist intelligence is a fundamental domain of early childhood development, reflecting children's capacity to observe, identify, and relate to elements of the natural worldÔÇöan ability that is increasingly essential in fostering ecological consciousness from an early age. This study aims to determine the effect of the outing class learning method on the naturalist intelligence of children aged 5ÔÇô6 years. The research employed a Quasi-Experimental Design. Participants consisted of 20 children from Group A and Group B at Rahmatul Iman II Kindergarten. Using simple random sampling, ten children were assigned to the control group (Group A) and ten to the experimental group (Group B). Data were collected through structured observation to assess indicators of naturalist intelligence. Data analysis included both descriptive and inferential statistics, namely normality tests, homogeneity tests, and independent t-tests. The findings revealed a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups, with the experimental group showing a more substantial improvement in naturalist intelligence. The analysis confirmed this outcome, as the calculated t-value was substantially higher than the critical value, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. It can thus be concluded that the outing class method has a significant and positive impact on the development of naturalist intelligence in children aged 5ÔÇô6 years. These findings imply that integrating experiential outdoor learning into early childhood education may serve as an effective approach to nurturing environmental sensitivity and holistic development.┬á
