Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the aud teacher in stimulating children's language development in Kindergarten Ikhlasul 'Amal Medan. In this study, the authors found that in Ra, the teacher's role in teaching focuses on children's "Calistung", the teacher uses reading books, or fairy tale books to teach children to read and write in teaching children. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The approach taken is literary in nature and is included in the category of approaches used in library research. The method given by the teacher in learning is a system of writing, reading, spelling. Furthermore, the children will be given the task to improve their writing and reading. The teacher at Ra also differentiates children's language development through their age. Keywords: Early childhood, child language development

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak melalui kegiatan berbicara dengan buku cerita bergambar pada Kelompok B di PAUD Azhura Medan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif oleh peneliti dan pendidik kelas. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari empat pertemuan. Subjek Penelitian ini 30 anak dalam kelompok B, yang terdiri dari 13 anak laki-laki dan 17 anak perempuan. Penelitian ini terutama meneliti kemampuan berbicaral anak. Metodologi pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara, menggunakan peralatan seperti lembar observasi (daftar periksa) dan protokol wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak setelah diperkenalkannya media buku cerita bergambar. Media buku cerita bergambar efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak kelompok B di PAUD Azhura Medan. Selain peningkatan yang cukup signifikan, rata-rata tingkat ketuntasan juga telah melampaui batas keberhasilan yang ditetapkan yaitu 80%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal melalui metode bermain peran. Desain pada penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan beberapa metode, seperti observasi, wawancara kepala sekolah dan guru yang mengajar, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian yang digunakan di tk lely menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan metode bermain peran merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatan kecerdasan interpersonal anak didik. Dengan pendekatan ini memfasilitasi perkembangan yang cepat, mendorong keterlibatan orang tua sebagai tutor, menyediakan alat permainan dan alat pembelajaran yang telah disesuaikan, dan memungkinkan guru untuk terus memantau kemajuan anak didik melalui catatan individual setiap anak didik. Tetapi, ditemukan adanya kendala dalam memperaktekkan pembelajaran bermain peran. Kendala tersebut yaitu, keterlibatan orang tua, fasilitas yang kurang memadai, ada beberapa anak yang sangat pendiam. Terlepas dari tantangan dan kendala, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga mengenai keuntungan dan keterbatasan penerapan metode bermain peran dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perkembangan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan keterlibatan guru, orang tuan, penyediaan alat permainan dan pembelajaran, dan pemantauan perkembangan individu setiap anak.

Abstract

Children are a trust from Allah SWT, and it is the duty of parents, teachers, and the community to educate them as well as possible so that their potential can grow and develop optimally. Various stimulations can be provided during the growth and development process, both physically and mentally. These include introducing children to their religion, their God, good deeds as a Muslim, and getting to know their Prophet. Introducing children to the Prophet from an early age can foster a love for the Prophet through a connection with history, feelings, glory, pride, and making him a role model. In order to educate children to know and love the Prophet, parents can apply several parenting strategies based on the role models of the prophets in environmental education, the story of the Prophet Muhammad and nature conservation, the story of the Prophet Muhammad and his relationship with the environment, the story of the Prophet Moses and social awareness, and parenting strategies to build children's love for the environment. Using qualitative methods that include data collection or scientific work, this study identified various strategies implemented by parents to increase children's understanding of the importance of cleanliness. The results showed that parents utilized various parenting learning strategies, such as telling exemplary stories of the prophets and practical activities that involve children in cleaning activities. This activity not only provides hands-on experience but also helps children understand the impact of their behavior on the environment. Therefore, parenting strategies as educators, mediators, motivators, and role models are crucial in fostering children's hygiene and health habits, which will positively impact their future development.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengembangan Seni Tari Untuk Meningkatkan Motorik Kasar Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di Paud Azhura. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan informasi secara sistematis, mengamati, mengobservasi dan wawancara ke lapangan. Kemudian dari berbagai sumber seperti buku-buku, artikel, dan lain-lain yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Dalam meningkatkan motoric kasar anak sangatlah penting agar anak bisa dapat melakukan hal yang diinginkan seperti seni tari. Banyak yang diharapkan guru atau orangtua agar anak nya lebih aktif dalam kemampuan seni tari. Oleh karena itu diadakan sebuah peningkatan kemampuan seni tari anak agar terciptanya suatu hal yang baru yang dilakukan oleh anak, dan suatu hal yang baru itu bisa menjadi manfaat untuk kedepannya bagi anak. Dari hasil penelitian yang kami lakukan terhadap anak bahwa kemampuan seni tari anak belum terlalu berkembang hingga masih peru bantuan guru disekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode menghafal dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab pada anak dini. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi partisipatif, penelitian dilakukan di PAUD Azhura, di mana anak-anak diajarkan kosakata bahasa Arab melalui teknik menghafal yang dikombinasikan dengan aktivitas menyenangkan seperti bernyanyi dan bermain. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan berbicara setelah menerapkan metode ini. Mereka menjadi lebih percaya diri dan aktif dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Arab. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam suasana ceria dan interaktif membantu anak-anak mengingat kosakata dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan metode menghafal yang bervariasi dan menyenangkan untuk mendukung penguasaan bahasa Arab pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

In the learning preparation process, the school or foundation needs to prepare learning activities at school. Things that must be prepared are such as adequate school facilities, then the teacher's method of teaching. The importance of having school facilities for the convenience of students in the learning process, in this case it is necessary to develop existing facilities at the school. For the learning process, there is also a need for teacher supervision of children in learning and outside the classroom, because teacher supervision of children is needed by students in their activities while at school. Supervision can be interpreted as a process of monitoring activities to ensure that all organizational operations are carried out as intended and the process of correcting deviations that will hinder the achievement of objectives. For teachers, absence from teaching according to schedule is sometimes unavoidable, considering that one time they had a sudden need at the same time so they did not teach. However, this becomes unnatural if the absence or delay of teaching in class always and frequently occurs. This has a negative impact on the learning process. First, students become disillusioned, and this can reduce their learning motivation. Students get a bad example of discipline. Second, teachers who teach earnestly feel that their efforts are futile and at the same time disappointed. What they built was broken by their professional colleagues. Not to mention, if a teacher who is disciplined in teaching earns the same income as a teacher who rarely teaches in class. A teacher can be called a professional if he has 4 (four) competencies, namely pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. The researcher uses qualitative data analysis techniques, because this study uses many words instead of numbers. Therefore, we use qualitative data analysis techniques.

Abstract

Coir stripping or known as stripping is also done using a tool made of iron in the form of a crowbar about 80 cm high with the sharp part facing upwards. At the bottom of this tool is given a seat so that the iron does not sink into the ground. Trained workers are able to peel an average of 500-1000 coconuts every day. This study uses a descriptive method that describes the facts that occur in the field. In this review, the researcher addresses the most common ways of gathering information through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants, in this case the residents of the old silo village, are direct sources of this data. This kind of data collection was used, among other things, to collect information from key informants, namely people who immediately knew about the problems being researched. In the old silo village of Teluk Nibung area in Tanjung Balai and Aer Joman in Asahan, the deputy governor visited points. Even though it is part of women’s empowerment, for Nurhajizah, wages of IDR 250-IDR 300 per kilogram are too low to be considered decent. Moreover, working from morning to evening, starting at 9.00-17.00, they receive only around Rp. 15-25 thousand per day. Application of Checking Coconuts In the old silo village to find out how to make and use it, the people in the village have one of their livelihoods, namely picking coconuts even though the wages are which can be obtained at a low nominal. Particularly for the female community, when they clean coconuts using their own knife, the way they peel them is very good and professional, so that the researchers who tried to peel the coconuts found it difficult and it was not as easy as it looked.
