This research was carried out based on phenomena that exist in the city of Medan. shows that there is an increase in the quality of community businesses by using information technology. The number of MSMEs in the city of Medan is a very large number, but not all MSME actors understand how to use technology to support their businesses. Information technology has an influence on increasing sales and income of MSMEs, such as increasing market access, operational efficiency and personalization of services. This research looks at how influential information technology is on the financial performance of MSMEs in the city of Medan. This research obtained data from 3 sub-districts which were used as research samples. if the significance value is <0.05, it means that variable X has an influence on variable Y and if the significance value is >0.05, it means that variable As a result of squaring R from the output, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.897, so from this table it can be seen that Information Technology has a good influence on the financial performance of Medan City MSMEs. Indonesia is a country known for its cultural diversity, more than that Indonesia also has a very wide water area. Most of Indonesia's territory consists of oceans and has considerable marine potential. With the potential it has, it should be able to prosper the community, fishermen who depend on this marine (maritime) potential. But in reality, the life of fishing communities is always poverty stricken, even the life of fishermen is often identified with poverty. Fishermen (especially labor fishermen and traditional fishermen) are part of a community group that can be classified as the poorest social layer among coastal community groups. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research design. The population in this study were all fishermen in the coastal area of Pantai Labu, Palu Sibaji District. Sampling of this study by accidental sampling. Data collection techniques in research by way of interviews using prepared questionnaires. Respondents in this study amounted to 30 people who work as fishermen. The findings from this study, most of the fishermen still catch fish using traditional tools, besides that the fishermen also make efforts to protect aquatic ecosystems such as making fish houses and strictly prohibiting the occurrence of sea bombings. Kesehatan masyarakat wilayah pedesaan di Indonesia, khususnya Desa Tapak Kuda, menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendiagnosis permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Tapak Kuda, Kec. Tanjung Pura, Kab. Langkat, dengan fokus utama hipertensi, penyakit kulit dan rematik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Tapak Kuda, Kec. Tanjung Pura, Kab. Langkat ini berfokus pada upaya penurunan Hipertensi, kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa penyuluhan hipertensi, penanaman Tanaman Obat Bersama (TOBAS), serta sosialisasi dan pemberian jus timun.

Disaster is defined as an event or series of events that endanger and disrupt people's lives and livelihoods, caused by natural, non-natural, or human factors. This research aims to analyze the preparedness of RSU Haji Medan in disaster management. The research method in this study is qualitative with research instruments in the form of interview guidelines and documentation, and secondary data collected from guidelines and official hospital documentation related to disaster preparedness. The results showed that Medan Hajj General Hospital has taken significant steps in disaster preparedness, with a clear structure and command system, as well as an organized disaster management team. Early warning systems have been implemented in the new building, although evaluation is needed in the old building. Infrastructure management shows good preparedness, with backup generators and an organized logistics system.
