Abstract

Learning activities especially in teaching football games which is done by State Junior High School in Palu students in Palu, the male students are more dominant and enthusiastic when practiced football, while the female students are less active and didn’t pay attention to the teacher when learning activities are in progress. These problems aren’t appropriate because it happens in learning physical of education activities which all of the students should be more active and focus in football subjects. In the other hand the female students are afraid when they accepted the ball which is too fast and hard. In general studies the teacher usually uses a common football subject which is made female students less interest in learning football. The purpose of this research is to know how much the influence when applied the modification football games to increase female students’ interest in football learning activity (a study for students grade VIIIC in State Junior High School 5 Palu). This research include in experimental research and used one group pre test and post test design, the researcher take the sample with gather all of the students in class VIIIC 5 Palu, where the sample of this research all student in class VIIIC SMPN 5 Palu, for about 35 students which is 18 female students from VIIIC and 17 female students from Class VIIID. The instrument which is used in this research is filling the questionnaire about students’ interest which contain of 19 questions taken from Arvan Yahya Sulthoni’s previous research. The result and calculation from this research used SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) it knows that the average of pre test questionnaire is 65,60%. Otherwise the average of post test questionnaire is 69,83%. According to the result of this research, an application of modification football games to increase female students’ interest in football learning activity is increase 6,45%.

Abstract

Komunitas belajar ini menjadi perhatian utama dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran sekolah ini. Yang merupakan hal yang baru sehingga masih mencari formula terbaik dalam penerapannya. Guru-guru sudah mengikuti lokakarya Komunitas Belajar yang diselenggarakan Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, melalui kegiatan tersebut mereka dipandu dan diarahkan dalam membentuk komunitas belajar ini serta sudah terdaftar dalam Platfom Merdeka Belajar. Namun mereka masih mebutuhkan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk bisa mengembangkan komunitas belajar ini lebih baik di SMA 3 Sigi. Tim pengabdi perlu memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang ada. Tim pengabdi bermaksud bermitra atau bekerjasama dengan SMA 3 Kab. Sigi untuk mengadakan Pelatihan Pengembangan Komunitas Belajar Guru-Guru di SMA 3 Kab. Sigi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan Community Based Research (CBR). Dengan terlaksananya pelatihan ini maka permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra sudah teratasi, mereka lebih percaya diri dan mulai menyusun rencana program untuk komunitas belajar di SMA 3 Sigi serta motivasi dan kolaborasi dan dukungan profesional guru-guru semakin meningkat sehingga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara menyeluruh di SMA 3 Sigi. Dari hasil evaluasi melalui tes wawancara langsung ke peserta yang terdiri dari 30 orang guru di SMA 3 Sigi terdapat 25 orang yang sudah memahami dan 5 orang yang belum memahami tentang peran dan fugsi komunitas belajar di SMA 3 Sigi.

Abstract

This research aims to identify physical education teachers' perceptions of the independent curriculum. Quantitative descriptives were used in this research with a cross-sectional study design. The population is 56 physical education teachers spread across the city of Palu. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The results show that the majority of respondents provided very positive support for the independent curriculum, with many feelings interested and finding it useful. However, there are still some respondents who doubt or disagree, indicating the need for more effective communication and deeper understanding to ensure broad and effective acceptance at all levels of education. The majority of respondents showed a strong interest in following developments in the independent curriculum, although there were doubts that needed to be overcome. Challenges in getting support were also apparent, with some respondents preferring other curricula and viewing the independent curriculum as a temporary policy. This emphasizes the importance of effective communication and transparency from the government. In particular, research shows that respondents have diverse views regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum in physical education.
