Abstract

Komunikasi sangat penting bagi organisasi sekolah karena berdampak pada perspektif yang berbeda, mulai dari administrasi hingga kecerdasan antar mitra. Dari sini terlihat betapa pentingnya komunikasi yang menarik untuk mencapai kemajuan dalam pelaksanaan organisasi sekolah, membangun budaya partisipasi, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang baik. Komunikasi yang baik antara kepala sekolah, instruktur, siswa, wali dan instruktur dapat menawarkan bantuan melaksanakan program dan pengaturan instruktif, serta meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi komunikasi modern dalam pendidikan kognitif dapat mempercepat penyebaran data dan mempermudah seluruh anggota organisasi untuk mengaksesnya. Oleh karena itu, administrasi komunikasi yang penting di sekolah sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan ilmiah dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang baik.

Abstract

Basic education plays a crucial role in shaping the academic and behavioral foundations of children worldwide. Amidst challenges such as early onset social and psychological issues, guidance and counseling in elementary schools are pivotal in providing the necessary support for the holistic development of students. This article systematically reviews literature concerning the implementation and evaluation of elementary school guidance and counseling programs. It focuses on evaluation methodologies, outcomes measured, and factors influencing successful implementation. The studies reviewed span various global contexts, exploring diverse approaches and practices in evaluating counseling programs. Key findings reveal varying evaluation methods utilized, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative techniques to gauge the programs' impact on students. Evaluation outcomes underscore improvements in academic performance, enhancement of social skills, and advancements in students' mental well-being. Critical factors contributing to successful implementation include strong school leadership, adequate resource allocation, and active parental engagement in the counseling process.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the correspondence management system in improving organizational performance. The research results show that the implementation of this system significantly increases the efficiency of the administrative process, reduces the time required for mail management, and increases the accuracy and precision of information distribution. Apart from that, the correspondence management system also contributes to increasing transparency and accountability in document management. These findings indicate that the use of information technology in correspondence management can be an effective tool in supporting overall organizational performance.

Abstract

Scouting education management plays an important role in the formation of students' character, especially through the Scout Group (Gugus Depan) activities in schools. This study aims to analyze the implementation of scouting education management and its impact on the formation of students' character based on the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach and literature study. The SLR method is used to collect and evaluate literature related to the implementation of scouting management, while the literature study supports the analysis of relevant concepts and theories. The results of the study indicate that scouting education management includes planning, implementing, evaluating, and supervising structured scouting activities, with a focus on character values ​​such as discipline, responsibility, and leadership. These findings confirm that scouting education makes a significant contribution to the formation of students' character. This article provides strategic recommendations for optimizing Gudep management in supporting character education in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of lecture, discussion, and project-based learning methods on students' academic achievement at SMP Swasta Muhammadiyah 48 Medan. Using a quantitative approach and quasi-experimental method, the research involved 40 eighth-grade students divided into experimental and control groups. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test evaluations and analyzed using ANOVA. The results show that the discussion method significantly improves students' academic performance compared to lecture and project-based learning methods. The lecture method was found to be less effective, while project-based learning positively influenced students' practical skills. This study recommends using varied teaching methods to optimize students' learning outcomes.
